According to the Baltimore Scheme, viruses are classified into 6 main classes based on their replication and coding strategies. Except for some small DNA viruses, most viruses code for their own polymerases: DNA-dependent DNA, RNA-dependent RNA and RNA-dependent DNA polymerases, all of which contain 4 common motifs. We undertook a phylogenetic study to establish the relationship between the Baltimore Scheme and viral polymerases. Amino acid sequence data sets of viral polymerases were taken from NCBI GenBank, and a multiple alignment was performed with CLUSTAL X program. Phylogenetic trees of viral polymerases constructed from the distance matrices were generally consistent with Baltimore Scheme with some minor exceptions. Interestingly, negative RNA viruses (Class V) could be further divided into 2 subgroups with segmented and non-segmented genomes. Thus, Baltimore Scheme for viral taxonomy could be supported by phylogenetic analysis based on the amino acid sequences of viral polymerases.
Current vaccine program which scans virus code patterns has a difficult to detect the encrypted viruses or polymorphic viruses. The decryption part of polymorphic virus appears to be different every time it replicates. We must monitor the behavior of the decryption code which decrypts the body of the virus in order to detect these kinds of viruses. Specialty, it is not easy for the existing methods to detect the virus if the virus writer has modified the loop count of execution intentionally. In this paper, we propose an advanced emulator using a new algorithm so as to detect various kinds of polymorphic viruses. As a result of experiment using advanced emulator, we found that our proposed method has improved the virus detecting rate about 2%. In addition, our proposed system has a merit that it runs on not only MS-Windows but also Linux, and Unix-like Platform.

To purpose of this study is to develop the new type of precast concrete baseplate which is only for bimodal tram. The experiments with real size specimens, which are hollowed precast baseplate, prove the efficacy of new designed baseplate by comparing with the result of RCAHEST. Through tests progressed according to different loading locations, the specimens show the stability by the safety factor of 8~9. Also the results of RCAHEST that is the nonlinear finite element method program, appropriately estimate the occuring crack on concrete, yielding reinforcement and ultimate behavior at failure.
In this paper, we demonstrated, through experiment and numerical reconstruction, that the bias and the conjugate image, which are main drawbacks in incoherent holography, can be removed. By using wave plates of the modified triangular interferometer, which was made by adding simple passive devices to the conventional triangular interferometer, we adjusted the relative phase differences of two optical waves traveling in clockwise and counterclockwise. In this way, we obtained four intensity patterns, and then by manipulating the four intensity patterns electronically we obtained the complex hologram without bias and the conjugate image. Comparing numerical reconstruction results of the complex hologram with numerical reconstruction results of the hologram obtained from the conventional triangular interferometer, we demonstrated that bias and the conjugate image can be removed using the modified triangular interferometer.
We perform static program analysis for the binary code. The reason you want to analyze at the level of binary code, installed on your local computer, run the executable file without source code. And the reason we want to perform static analysis, static program analysis is to understand what actions to perform on your local computer. In this paper, execution flow graph representing information such as the execution order among functions and the flow of control is generated. Using graph, User can find execution flow of binary file and calls of insecure functions at the same time, and the graph should facilitate the analysis of binary files. In addition, program to be run is ensured the safety by providing an automated way to search the flow of execution, and program to be downloaded and installed from outside is determined whether safe before running.

When a vulnerability occurs in a program, it is documented and published through CVE. However, some vulnerabilities do not disclose the details of the vulnerability and in many cases the source code is not published. In the absence of such information, in order to find a vulnerability, you must find the vulnerability at the binary level. This paper aims to find out-of-bounds read vulnerability that occur very frequently among vulnerability. In this paper, we design a memory area using memory access information appearing in binary code. Out-of-bounds Read vulnerability is detected through the designed memory structure. The proposed tool showed better in code coverage and detection efficiency than the existing tools.
Emerging hotspot and trendy areas are formed into alleys and blocks with the help of viral effects among social network services (SNS) users called "Golmogleo." These users search for every corner of the alleys to share and promote their own favorite places through SNS. An analysis of hot places is limited if it is only based on macroeconomic indicators such as commercial area data published by national organizations, large-scale visiting facilities, and commuter figures. Careful analyses based on consumers' actual activities are needed. This study develops a "social big data analysis methodology" using Instagram data, which is one of the most popular SNSs suitable to identify recent consumer trends. We build a spatial analysis model using Local Moran's I. Results show that our model identifies new trend zones on the basis of posting data in Instagram, which are not included in the commercial information prepared by national organizations. The proposed analysis methodology enables better identification of the latest trend areas formulated by SNS user activities. It also provides practical information for start-ups, small business owners, and alley merchants for marketing purposes. This analytical methodology can be applied to future studies on social big data analysis.
