Salted and dried yellow corvenia(Pseudosciaena manchurica), so called 'Gul-bi', is one of nation-widely consuming fish foo::ls. It is suitable for a long term preservation and its pro-duce is also a great deal on sea food processing in this country. The texture of 'Gul-bi', however, have often appeared to be a delicate factor for the quality of the product. The loss or dislocation of fat in the tissue of the fish resulted by salting and drying is believed to profoundly relate to the texture of product. In this paper, the tissue of yellow corvenia and movement of fat were microscopically observed before salting, immediately after salting, and after drying and the results observed in the tissues dry salted, brine salted, and brine salted with the addition of BHA were compared. The cross section of yellow corvenia muscle showed that a distinctive border by connective tissue between white and red muscle could not be seen in general, and red muscle was surrounded by hypodermic fatty tissues. In the tissue of fresh yellow corvenia, the fat was mainly distributed in hypodermic fat layer which located under the corium while rarely distributed in white muscle. It was found that some parts of the fat in the tissue were permeated into intermuscular tissue passing through the connective tissues during salting. The result Was the same in both dry-salting and brine-salting tissue. However, the fat translocated into intermuscular tissues disappeared during drying process in the salted without BHA tissues whereas in BHA added tissue. This result suggested that BHA may take a role of multiple effect in translocation of fat in tissues as well as in retarding oxidation. In an advanced stage of salted and dehydration, the muscle fibers were ajoined together and then limits between muscle fibers already became indistinguishable. And the migrated fat into intermuscular tissue aggregated around the connective tissue and are apt to gradually to flow out from the muscular system through these tissues.
A Interior material, a main cause of fire-growth and generating toxic gas when it burns, should be dealt with great care in life safety design. Nonetheless, it has been used recklessly with undue attention to its contribution to fire in particular in entertainment occupancy and causes many victims in fire. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the current use of interior material in Korea and find out what to be improved and enhanced in terms of related regulations. Based on the comparison and analysis of the Korea regulation with those of advanced nations, suggestions are made for an effective and efficient improvement and complement to the current system. What can be suggested from this study are as follows. The use of interior material should be controlled under the unified regulation of fire-safety codes. Code should be set up so that the current construction enforcement should be applied in retroactive to those entertainment buildings that obtained a license prior to the implementation of the system certifying that the building is fire-resistant and fire-protective. The legislation should be made to control the fire-protection facilities of small-sized, underground entertainments. It should be obliged to present the blueprint displaying the use of interior material at the time of changing occupancy. Or, it should be compelled to report changes that go way without permit to the administrative office. A compulsory provision should be set up to have a fire-resistant performance to movable furniture. The classification index designating the fire hazard of interior material by flame spread rate and smoke toxicity and its test method should be established.
The main geological structure of the Ogcheon belt in the Buunnyeong area, Mungyeong, which consists of three stratigraphic sequences, Joseon and Pyeongan Supergroups and Daedong Group, is characterized by the development of ESE-vergence structural unit (Dangok unit) and WNW-vergence structural units (Samsil and Bugongni units) onto an autochthonous unit (Buunnyeong unit). Three phases of deformation are recognized in this area. The lent phase of deformation coourred under the WNW-ESE compression, forming an upright-open fold (Buunnyeong-I fold) with NNE axial trend in the Buunnyeong unit. The second phase of deformation also under the WNW-ESE compression formed the Dangok, Samsil and Bugongni units, resulting in the further closing of the Buunnyeong-I open fold, the elongation of pebbles in the conglomerate rocks of a basal sequence of the Daedong Group, recumbent folds (Buunnyeong-II fold) and drag folds (Dangok fold) with NNE axial trend in the Buunnyeong and Dangok units, respectively. The third phase of deformation formed kink folds with its axis p1unging subvertically. The first and second phases of deformation took place before and after the deposition of the Daedong Group of the Upper Triassic -Lower Jurassic, respectively. These first two deformation events, which occurred under the same WNW-ESE compressional field, produced the regional NNE trend of geological structure in the Joseon and Pyeongan Supergroups of this area.
The major limitation of fine needle aspiration of the thyroid is in the evaluation of follicular tumors. it may be difficult or occasionally, impossible to distinguish on a cytologic basis, between hyperplastic nodular getter, follicular adenoma and well differentiated follicular carcinoma. We reviewed cytologic presentations of 15 histologically confirmed follicular neoplasms of the thyroid. Aspiration smears of 6 follicular adenomas were cell-rich with ball-like or syncytial aggregates of monotonous follicular cells, in contrast to honeycomb-like flat sheets of adenomatous goiter Mild nuclear pleomorphism and a small visible nucleolus were noted in 2 cases, respectively. Nine cases of follicular carcinoma showed very high cellularity, irregularly shaped cell clusters, and numerous isolated tumor cells. Nuclear pleomorphism and visible nucleoli were noted in 6 and 5 cases, respectively. Another characteristic finding, entrapped endothelial cells within the ceil clusters, was noted in 7 carcinomas and 1 adenoma. The background of the smears of all follicular neoplasms was hemorrhagic, with no or scanty colloid. We confirmed that the cytologic features of follicular adenoma and carcinoma were similar in general, with subtle differences in cell morphology, but the presence of isolated tumor cells and entrapped endothelial cells was suggestive of malignancy.
We have fabricated a-Si:H multilayer for contact-type linear image sensor by means of RF glow discharge decomposition method. The ITO/i-a-Si:H/Al structure has relatively high dark current due to indium diffusion and carrier injection from both electrodes, resulting in low photocurrent to dark current. To suppress the dark current and to enhance interface electric field between ITO and i-a-Si:H film we have fabricated ITO/insulator/i-a-S:H/p-a-S:H/Al multilayer film with blocking structure. The photocurrent of ITO/$SiO_{2}(300{\AA})$/i-a-Si:H/p-a-Si:H($1500{\AA}$)/Al multilayer sensor with 5V bias voltage became saturated at about 20nA under $20{\mu}W/cm^{2}$ light intensity, while the dark current was less than 0.1nA. To increase the light generation efficiency we have adopted ITO/$SiO_{x}N_{y}(300{\AA})$/i-a-Si:H/p-a-Si:H($1500{\AA}$)/Al structure, showing photocurrent of 30nA and dark current of 0.08nA with 5V bias voltage. Also the spectral photosensitivity of the multilayer was enhanced for short wavelength visible region of 560nm, compared with that of the a-Si:H monolayer of 630nm. And its photoresponse time was about 0.3msec with the film homogeneity of 5% deviation.
Purpose : The initial Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) protocol included bilateral breast imaging with 2 views of each breast-craniocaudal (CC) and mediolateral oblique (MLO). Furthermore, Axillary lymph nodes view can be acquired easily. The most meaningful prognosis factor for prediction of breast cancer is whether or not the breast cancer has metastasized to the lymph nodes. However, axillary view doesn't conduct in clinical. This article collates a diverse data of BSGI and describes technical details to acquire optimal imaging. Materials and Methods : A retrospective review was performed on 343 patients who had undergone BSGI between May 2011 and March 2012. Patients who had undergone BSGI received intravenous injection of 740 MBq (20 mCi) $^{99m}Tc$-sestamibi. Results : The following contents are the technical details for optimal axillary imaging. $^{99m}Tc$-sestamibi should be administered using an indwelling venous catheter or scalp needle followed by 10 cc of saline to flush to reduce extravasation and vascular trapping. After administration, patients raise their arm over their head and exercise with stress ball for 1 full minute. A lead shield attached to the gamma camera is removed and patients axilla is placed as close as possible to the camera at a $90^{\circ}$ angle. A lead apron is placed across the shoulder to reduce background from other organs. Acquisition time is enough for 120 sec~180 sec. Conclusion : If patients undergo bilateral axillary imaging as a standard with CC, MLO views, it could improve cancer treatment. Result of this study could maximize efficiency axillary imaging of breast cancer patients.

In the fabrication of electronic circuits used in electronic products, molybdenum thin films are deposited on semiconductors to prevent oxidation. During the deposition, the presence of a particle or dust at the interface between the thin film and substrate causes the decrease of adhesion, performance, and life cycle. In this study, a damage measurement targeting two kinds of glass substrate, with and without particles, was performed in order to measure the change in the molybdenum thin film deposition area in the presence of a particle. Clean and dirty molybdenum thin film specimens were fabricated and directly deposited on a substrate using the sputtering method, and a reflection-type digital holographic interferometer was configured for measuring the damage. Reflection-type digital holography has several advantages; e.g., the configuration of the interferometer is simple, the measurement range can be varied depending on the magnification of a microscopic lens, and the measuring time is short. The results confirm that reflection-type digital holography is useful for the measurement of the damage and defects of thin films.
As device dimensions approach submicrometer size in ULSI, the demand for interlayer dielectric materials with very low dielectric constant is increased to solve problems of RC delay caused by increase in parasitic resistance and capacitance in multilevel interconnectins. Fluorinated amorphous carbon in one of the promising materials in ULSI for the interlayer dielectric films with low dielectric constant. However, poor thermal stability and adhesion with Si substrates have inhibited its use. Recently, amorphous hydrogenated carbon (a-C:H) film as a buffer layer between the Si substrate and a-C:F has been introduced because it improves the adhesion with Si substrate. In this study, therfore, a-C:F/a-C:H films were deposited on p-type Si(100) by ECRCVD from $C_2F_6, CH_4$and $H_2$gas source and investigated the effect of forward power and composition on the thickness, chemical bonding state, dielectric constant, surface morphology and roughness of a-C:F films as an interlayer dielectric for ULSI. SEM, FT-IR, XPS, C-V meter and AFM were used for determination of each properties. The dielectric constant in the a-C:F/a-C:H films were found to decrease with increasing fluorine content. However, the dielectric constant increased after furnace annealing in $N_2$atomosphere at $400^{\circ}C$ for 1hour due to decreasing of flurorine content. However, the dielectric constant increased after furnace annealing in $N_2$atmosphere at $400^{\circ}C$ for 1hour due to decreasing of fluorine concentration.
For the purpose of next generation technology for robot perfomances, a RAoRA (Robot Actor on Robot Arm) structure was proposed using a robot arm joined with a humanoid robot actor. Mechanical analysis, machine design and fabrication were performed for motions combined with the robot arm and the humanoid robot actor. Kinematical analysis for 3D model, spline interpolation of positions, motion control algorithm and control devices were developed for movements of the robot actor. Preliminary visualization, simulation tools and integrated operation of consoles were constructed for the non-professionals to produce intuitive and safe contents. Air walk was applied to test the developed platform. The air walk is a natural walk close to a floor or slow ascension to the air. The RAoRA also executed a performance with 5 minute-running time. Finally, the proposed platform of robot performance presented intensive and live motions which was impossible in conventional robot performances.
The purpose of this study is to find improvements in current issues faced in counseling training within the military and also show limits in counseling capabilities of military officers who are in charge of leading and counseling their troops. In reference to previous studies made on this topic, we looked at issues rising from military troops who are mainly in their post-adolescents having difficulties in adopting themselves to military life style. We also studied current status of counseling within the military and the counseling difficulties faced by military officers who are closely related to their troops.Survey and in-depth interviews were conducted to achieve the purpose of this study. 100 military officers were surveyed for the frequency of the counseling sessions, and to supplement the survey, in-depth interviews were conducted 3 military officers and analyzed qualitatively. As a result of the survey and the in-depth interviews 76.5% of the military officers never had counseling training prior to joining the military and only 32.9% received counseling training after joining the military. 61% of the survey participants expressed difficulties in counseling their troops. Most of them expressed difficulties in lack of training and issues on theory based training. For the improvements following have been identified; "understanding the troops", "Identifying the problems", "Execution of the training" and "Techniques for Military Training". This study has a meaning in terms of identifying improvement areas in counseling training in the military through researching into current limits in military counseling and military officers counseling capabilities when the social issue of new troops having difficulties in adopting to military life style are on the rise.
