본 연구에서는 국학자료의 효율적 활용을 위한 국학연구기관의 검색인터페이스 설계 지침을 제공하고자 한다. 국학연구기관은 우리나라의 대표적인 4대 국학기관인 국사편찬위원회, 민족문화추진회, 서울대 규장각, 한국정신문화연구원을 대상으로 하고, 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌조사와 4개 기관의 홈페이지를 자주 이용하는 박사과정 이상의 전공자와의 일대일 면접을 통해 평가항목을 작성하였다. 이를 토대로 분석하여 문제점을 알아보고, 국학연구기관의 특성에 맞는 검색인터페이스 설계 시 고려해야 할 제반지침들을 제시하였다.

동족 상잔의 비극 6.25가 있은지 벌서 49년이 지났다. 하지만 아직도 그 상처는 아물지 않고 민족의 가슴 속에 그대로 남아있다. 이 글은 6.25 당시 물 밀듯이 내려오는 북괴군을 맞아 최후의 방어선으로 다부동 전투와 함께 배수진을 치고 목숨을 걸고 사수한 영천지구 전투를 소개한다. 영천지구 전투는 8사단을 중심으로 조국수호를 위한 결사적인 호국정신과 돌격정신으로 이룬 일대 쾌거였으며, 다부동 전투에 비해 부각되지 않은 백절불굴의 통쾌한 승리였다

10월유신의 대영단에 적극 호응할 것을 다짐한 바 있는 한국과학기술단체총연합회는 민족중흥을 계속 영도하실 박정희대통령의 취임을 충심으로 경하하면서 송구영신에 임하여 「과학기술은 창달ㆍ진흥되어야 한다」는 유신 헌법정신을 구현하고 1980년도 100억불 수출목표를 달성하기 위하여 과학기술인에 부과된 사명이 중대함을 새삼 통감하면서 다음의 사항을 과총회장단 이름으로 과기처장관을 비롯한 각요로에 건의하였다.

민족 문화의 본산이자 산업근대화의 주역 경상북도가 또 한 번의 도약을 준비하고 있다. 기존 대구를 벗어나 선비정신으로 대변되는 우리나라 정신문화의 수도 '경북안동시'에 새로운 도청을 건설하고 있는 것이다. 이 사업이 완료되면 경북도는 그간 문제가 됐던 행정서비스 수요 공급주체 간의 행정구역 불일치 문제를 해결할 수 있게 되는 것은 물론 도정의 굳건한 지역 구심점을 구축하게 되어 약화됐던 도민의 긍지도 드높일 수 있게 된다. 실로 경북도가 우리나라 산업과 문화의 중심지로 발돋움하기 위한 발판이 마련되는 것이다. 이런 거대한 변화를 만들어내고 있는 주인공은 바로 '대우건설'이다. '대우건설 경북도청 현장'은 새로운 경북도청을 전국에서 손꼽히는 랜드마크로 만들겠다는 신념으로 시공에 임하고 있다. 빈틈없는 안전관리를 통해 경북의 변화를 이끌고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 봤다.

키케로는 ‘역사는 지나간 시간을 입증하는 목격자다. 즉 역사를 통해 현실을 밝아지고 추억은 생명력을 얻고 일상사의 지침을 제공받으며 태고의 소식들을 전해 받는다’고 했다. 또한 ‘역사는 현재와의 끝임 없는 대화’라고 한 역사가도 있고, ‘역사는 끊임없는 도전과 응전’의 과정이라고 말한 역사가도 있다. 그리고 크로체는 ‘모든 역사는 현대사일 뿐’이라고 했다. 어찌되었든 역사를 모르는 사람이나 민족은 오늘이라고 하는 현실이나 미래를 열어 가는데 있어 바른 방향이나 방법을 제대로 찾기 어렵다는 생각하는 것이 보편적이다. 특히 우리나라에서는 뿌리가 얼마나 중요한가. 자기의 역사를 제대로 아는 것, 그것이 오늘날을 잘 살아가기 위한 첫 번째 조건일 지도 모르겠다. 우리도서관계는 어떨까? 요즘과 같이 세대간의 단절이 점점 심화되는 상황에서 한 도서관 내에서도 직원들 간에 세대 차이를 느끼지 않을 수 없을 것이고, 그러한 세대 차이는 결국 도서관 운영의 합리성이나 직원들간 연대를 저해하는 요소가 될 수 있다. 따라서 세대간 대화의 촉진은 이제 조직의 구성과 운용에 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 그래서 우리 ‘도서관문화’는 이번 월간으로 전환하는 시점에 지난 한 세대 전 우리 도서관계는 어떠했는지를 되짚어보는 지면을 마련했다. 30년 전후의 도서관 사정을 되짚어보는 것은 그 때의 사정과 정신을 오늘에 되살려, 오늘을 살아가는 우리에게 삶의 지침이 되기를 바라며, 나아가 새로운 미래를 열어 가는데 필요한 정신적 근거를 찾아보고자 한다.

Although importance of music education for the mentally retarded children is realized, it is hard to improve study effects for those children with the existing music education methods due to cognitive disorders of the children. In the paper, we propose a system to improve music cognition ability of the mentally retarded children. The system is designed based on the existing MMCP theory. Our system has the following characteristics. First, the system can improve cognitive, physical, social and emotional development as well as development of music cognition ability. Second, the individualized music education is possible for the children. Third, more active and interactive education is possible.

This study investigated the way how psychological unification of south and north korea will be achieved and mental health of korea should be enhanced. Among various political opinions proposed for the unification of korea, Dae Jung Kim's federation of south and north korea with 3-stage unification process has been known as practical and feasible policy. This thesis reviewed differences and homogeneity of two koreas, psychological attributes and mental health of north korea people, psychological plans and researches for psychological unification, and mental health enhancement of south korea. The political, economical and social preparations being very needed urgently, the psychological preparation, curing wounded hearts for more than 60 years and psychological differences, are very important. The efforts for north and south korea's psychological unification and reorienting mental halth system of south korea met for global mental health standard and OECD recommendations were discussed.

사물놀이 소리는 천지인의 삼재사상에 근본하는 우리 문화의 정신적 근간들이 생생히 살아 숨쉬는 음악이다. 꽹과리 소리는 하늘의 소리이고, 북소리는 땅의 소리를 나타내고, 여기에 보태어지는 사람의 목소리는 하늘과 땅을 수직으로 이어주는 인성이다. 그리고, 사물놀이 소리는 긴장과 이완, 음양의 원리를 독특하게 지니고 있다. 느린 장단에서 빠른 장단으로 이행되는 점층적 전개 위에서 긴장과 이완의 원리가 날줄과 씨줄로 교직 되어 이끌어 간다. 또한 소리의 음양 조화 측면에서 살펴보면 금속성악기와 가죽악기, 날카로운 소리와 부드러운 소리, 잘게 쪼개어지는 소리와 크게 뭉치는 소리 등이 나타난다. 따라서 세계인들이 "사물놀이는 신을 부르는 소리"라고 극찬하고 있다[1]-[3]. 사물놀이 소리를 들었을 때 그 가락에 쉽게 도취도는 것은, 4가지 악기가 서로 다른 소리의 높낱이 색깔특성에 의해 소리의 음양 조화를 이루고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 우리가 귀로 느낄 수 있는 소리의 범위를 완전히 커버하고 있다는 사실을 우리는 처음으로 밝혀내었다. 즉, 소리를 빛깔로 나타낸다면, 북은 빨강, 징은 노랑, 장구는 초록, 꽹과리는 보라 빛을 의미하며, 이들 색깔은 각자의 아름다움을 특징적으로 나타내고 있다. 그리고, 징과 장구 소리를 들었을 때 다시 한번더 듣고 싶은 친근감을 느끼게 되는데, 그 원인으로는 징소리와 장구의 기본 진동수가 사람의 남녀 목소리 기본진동수와 각각 근접하기 때문에 우리의 가슴과 일치를 이루게 된다는 사실도 이번에 밝혀 내었다. 즉, 징소리와 장구소리를 들으면 사람의 목소리로 응답하는 듯한 친근함과 정다움을 느끼게 된다. 또한 인간은 소리를 귀로만 느끼지 않고 피부를 통해 진동으로도 느끼게 되는데, 사물놀이에서 북, 징, 장구는 그러한 특성이 두드러지게 나타난다. 결론적으로 우리 민족의 지혜와 숨결이 스며있는 사물놀이 소리의 특성과 그 신비를 객관적으로 규명함으로서 사물놀이 소리의 우수성을 입증하과, 문화민족의 자부심으로 새천년을 개척해 나아가는 원동력을 얻고자한다.

The 21st century is as an age of culture, and cultural goods presenting the cultural spirit of one nation should reflect the tradition, culture, and techniques of that nation. The twelve horary signs of the gods are the creatures of our nation's native religion and thought have existed from the unified Silla period to today. Therefore, many things belong to the category of cultural goods, but in this study the guidelines for the design of cultural goods are limited to the characters of the twelve horary signs. For this study concept and classification of cultural goods, Korean traditional formative special qualities, concepts and composite elements, symbolic meanings and special qualities, personifications, and unique images of twelve horary signs of are researched. According to the results of the research guidelines for the design of cultural goods, images of cultural goods, classifications applying to each subject, the formative special qualities of Korean traditions, personifications, and concepts on the development of cultural goods are presented..

Study of Costume Design Applied The Formativity of Korean Traditional Cloth Wrappers Costume has been coexistion with man ever sine human history began, and in modem society its role in man's living, culture and art has become so great that It is now an object most refreshing and of extensive concern to man. This study, based on the expressive quality and purity of Korean traditional cloth wrappers which have the formativity continuously pursueing new visual inspirations, is to seek new expressional diversities and rediscover our traditional beauty and at the same time to present possibilities of reflecting more unique, new spirit of the times inherent in our culture and of creating certain formative world of design value. In studying, literary reference as atheoretical background, analysis of the formative characteristics of traditional cloth wrappers through corrobcrative data preserved as a cultural asset at museums, and actual making of eight works in total based on the results of analysis have been paralled.
