Including the rolling black out in 2011, Korea has suffered from rapid increase of electricity consumption and demand forecasting failure for last five years. In addition, because of the Fukushima disaster, high fuel prices, and introduction of new generation sources such as renewables, the uncertainty on a power supply strategy increases. Consequently, a stable power supply becomes the new agenda and a revisino of strategy for new power generation sources is needed. In the light of this, we appraises the sixth basic plan for long term electricity demand and supply considering the changes of foreign and domestic conditions. We also simulate a strategy for the new power generation sources using a portfolio analysis method. As results, a diversity of power generation sources will increase and the share of renewable power generation will be surged on the assumptions of a cost reduction of renewable power sources and an increase of fuel costs. Particularly, on the range of a risk level(standard deviation) from 0.06 and 0.09, the efficient frontier has the most various power sources. Besides, the existing power plan is not efficient so that an improvement is needed. Lastly, the development of an electricity storage system and energy management system is necessary to make a stable and efficient power supply condition.

This study is a study on how to revitalize social and economic organizations in the Chungnam region. For this, the following major results were presented in literature studies based on prior studies. First, it is necessary to upgrade the social economic organization promotion system and system in Chungnam. Second, there is a need to advance the measures to revitalize various social and economic organizations in cities and counties by building an integrated support system for social and economic organizations. Third, it is necessary to expand the public purchase of products of social economic organizations. Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the business competency of the social economy organization and promote education. Fifth, it is necessary to upgrade the network for social economic organizations and create differentiated businesses. On the other hand, the social economic organization in Chungnam region shown through this study is as follows. First, social and economic organizations should share their willingness to implement policies in the provincial and provincial areas of Chungnam Province and cities and counties in terms of solving and improving various problems in the region. Based on this, it is required to upgrade the social and economic organization area. Second, the Chungnam region needs a shift in awareness that it is a social and economic organization that is a key factor in overcoming changes in the demographic structure due to industrial weakness and aging. Third, a positive shift in awareness is required by shifting awareness and strengthening education on social and economic organizations. To this end, it is necessary to raise the awareness level of local residents through public education and joint public-private education.

China infrastructure construction market has huge potential for increased use of PPP/BOT mode and one of the most attractive markets of doing business. However, there are still a multitude of challenges for overseas EPC contractor to enter into the China PPP/BOT market both internally and externally. Especially, the construction legal system and relevant policies are considered at present the biggest barriers in accessing China construction market. Therefore, the main purpose of the paper is to identify the impact of the construction laws, regulations and BOT-related policies on the viability of foreign contractor-led BOT project in China. To the satisfaction of the purpose, this paper will first analyze China construction laws based on the key issues that must be tackled by foreign EPC contractor before they enter into China. This summary gives the possible contract scheme for a BOT project of interest in which foreign contractors could define the scope of works and measure the viability of the project. Finally, a case study of wastewater treatment plant BOT project in China subsequently illustrates some of the lessons learned from the foreign contractor's perspectives for successfully participating in future environmental market in China.
