미꾸리속 어류 2종의 유전적 차이를 알아보기 위하여 염색체 분석과 미토콘드리아 DNA(mtDNA) 분석을 실시하였다. 일반염색에 의한 핵형 분석 결과 미꾸리(2N=50)와 미꾸라지(2N=48)는 염색체수에 차이가 있었으며. N-banding 분석 결과 두 종간에는 인형성 부위의 위치와 크기에 차이가 있었다. C-handing 겪과 미꾸라지는 1번 염색체쌍 동원 체부위에 넓게 C-band플 갖고 있었다. 미꾸리속 어류 2종의 mtONA를 7개의 6-base cutting 제한효소로 처리하여 절편 양상을 비교. 분석한 결과 2종 공히 mtDNA의 genome 크기는 약 16.OKb였으며 fragment homology(F)에서 미꾸리의 종내 집단간의 F값은 0.674. 미꾸라지는 0.862로 유사하게 나타났으나, 종간 F값은 0.207(0.074-0.417)로 낮았다 염기치환율은 미꾸리가 p=0.021, 미꾸라지는 p=0.002로 미꾸라지가 미꾸리에 비해 매우 낮은 염기치환율을 보였고. 종간 평균 염기치환율은 p=0.104로 차이 를 나타냈다. MtDNA 분석과 핵형 분석 결과 미꾸라지는 Robertsonlan translocation의 결과 미꾸리로 부터 분화된 것으로 추정 되었다.

This paper tried to examine the implications of the sites of memory and diaspora memory of the life of Jun Itami(Yoo Dong-ryong), a Korean architect in Japan who is interpellated as Zainichi Koreana adopting theoretical and methodological discussions on memory, sites of memory, diaspora, and identity. To this end, the documentary was selected as the subject of analysis. According to the research results, which consists of a total of 48 scenes, is based on the assumption that the sea and Japan and Korea between the sea are the space of memory, and emphasizes that Itami Jun, who had to live as a borderliner and a stranger is disengaged from the borders of nationalities, territories, and countries. In particular, the story of Jun Itami set the sea as a diachronic space(sites of memory) that penetrates the past and present and explores his diaspora identity. The sites of memory of Jun Itami reconstructed in can be said to be a memory space that makes Yoo Dong-ryong more firmly aware of his diaspora identity as a Korean.

The present study aimed to investigate the rate of unmet healthcare needs for elderly over the age of 65 years, as well as analyze the relevance between employment status and unmet healthcare needs due to financial reasons. With regard to the study method, a logistic regression analysis was performed to investigate the correlation between employment status and unmet healthcare needs due to financial reasons, targeting 5,528 subjects over the age of 65 years. The results showed that the rate of unmet healthcare needs was 18.9%, in which the rate of unmet healthcare needs due to financial reason was 8.1%. The rate of unmet health needs was higher for temporary workers(ORs=1.75) than for retirement workers. However, the rate of unmet healthcare needs caused by financial reasons was higher among day workers(ORs=1.92). In conclusion, in order to prevent unmet healthcare needs for senior Korean patients, it is necessary to not only improve the income security system for the elderly, but also improve the occupational form and level of income of these economically active citizens, considering the increase in average life expectancy. Moreover, it is also necessary to reinforce health insurance coverage systems for settling medical expenses.

본 연구는 청년들의 취업 및 실업 경험이 정신건강에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 종단적으로 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 대학을 졸업하고 난 이후에 지속적으로 미취업 상태로 남아있는 사람들의 정신건강의 문제 그리고 취업에 성공하는 경험이 정신건강에 미치는 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해서 국내 대학교 4학년생들을 대상으로 1차 조사를 실시하고 이후 약 6개월 간격으로 2차 조사, 3차 및 4차 조사를 실시하였다. 네 시점에서 모두 응답자들의 취업여부와 정신건강 수준을 측정하였다. 4차 조사까지 모두 응답한 560명 중에서 2차, 3차, 및 4차 시점의 취업여부에 의해서 집단을 다음과 같이 나누었다: 2차, 3차 및 4차 시점 순서대로, 모두 취업 상태인 집단('취업-취업-취업 집단'), 3차 시점에서 취업에 성공한 집단('미취업-취업-취업 집단'), 4차 집단에서 취업에 성공한 집단('미취업-미취업-취업집단') 그리고 모두 미취업 상태인 집단('미취업-미취업-미취업 집단'). 그 결과를 보면, 취업-취업-취업 집단의 경우에는 취업에 성공한 2차 시점에서 정신건강 수준이 상당히 좋아졌다가 3차 및 4차 시점에서 다시 본래 수준으로 돌아가는 경향을 보였다. 미취업-취업-취업 집단의 경우에는 취업에 성공한 3차 시점 이후로, 미취업-미취업-취업 집단의 경우에는 취업에 성공한 4차 시점에서 정신건강 수준이 좋아지는 경향을 보였다. 지속적으로 미취업 상태였던 집단에서는 3차 시점에서 정신건강 수준이 상당히 나빠졌다가 여전히 미취업 상태인 4차 시점에서 오히려 완화되는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점 및 장래 연구의 과제가 논의되었다.iments and numerical analysis of luminescence efficiency in the hole carrier transport layer's thicknes. 나아갈 것이며, 아울러 향후에도 아직 미흡한 분야인 IT 아웃소싱에서 적정수준의 대가지급 방안 및 바람직한 Relationship 에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 요인에 대해서도 살펴 봄으로써 IT분야의 Outsourcing을 검토하거나, 추진할 때 도움이 될 수 있도록 하고자 한다.개의 총 297개의 데이터를 추출하여 사용하였다. 실험과는 좌측공격 91.7%, 우측공격 100%, 중앙공격 87.5%, 코너킥 97.4%, 프리킥 75%로서 매우 양호한 인식율을 보였다. 사용경험정도가 가입직후 해지에만 영향을 미치는 요인임을 보여준다. 또한 매체의 정보전달 풍부성 (media richness)이 상대적으로 높은 소매점이나 웹사이트를 통해 서비스에 가입한 소비자일수록 가입 직후뿐만 아니라 서비스사용 이후에도 낮은 해지성향을 나타냈다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 인터넷전화 서비스에 적합한 고객지원 프로그램 설계와 마케팅 매체선정과 관련한 전략적 시사점을 도출한다. 그리고 국내에서 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 차세대 무선인터넷 서비스인 와이브로 출시에 따른 마케팅 및 고객관리와 관련된 시사점을 논의한다.는 교합면에서 2, 3, 4군이 1군에 비해 변연적합도가 높았으며 (p < 0.05), 인접면과 치은면에서는 군간 유의차를 보이지 않았다 이번 연구를 통하여 복합레진을 간헐적 광중합시킴으로써 변연적합도가 향상될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.시장에 비해 주가가 비교적 안정적인 수준을 유지해 왔다고 볼

The effects of the extracts from the bran part of pigmented rices on inflammation was evaluated by determining their inhibitory action on the histamine and ${\beta}-hexosaminidase$ release, together with inflammatory cytokine productions ($IL-1{\beta},\;TNF-{\alpha}$ and IL-6). Examination of the inhibitory effects on the histamine and ${\beta}-hexosaminidase$ release from a basophilic cell line RBL-2H3 cells and rat peritoneal mast cells (RPMC) showed that the pigmented rice extract inhibited these inflammation-mediating substances (10.19% and 110.03% inhibition in histamine and ${\beta}-hexosaminidase$ release, respectively), while normal brown rice extract rather increased their release. For RPMC, the pigmented rice extract was found to have 8 or 3-fold stronger inhibitory activity than normal brown rice toward histamine or ${\beta}-hexosaminidase$ release, respectively. Expression of $IL-1{\beta},\;TNF-{\alpha}$ and IL-6 was measured as the representative inflammatory cytokine species showed that the pigmented rice extract had a higher inhibitory activity than the normal rice counterpart. ELISA analysis for determining cytokine release demonstrated a more effective blockading ability of the pigmented rice to the release of $IL-{\beta},\;TNF-{\alpha}$ and IL-6 compared to normal rice. These results showed us the superiority of the pigmented rice bran extract not only in suppressing the release of inflammation-mediating substances such as histamine and ${\beta}-hexosaminidase$, but also in repression of the inflammatory cytokine expression.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among psychological, emotional variables related to the career indecision of college students and to present effective action strategies by searching basic data that can prevent college students from undeciding their career path. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the variables related to career indecision of college students and the structural equation model to verify the fit of the research model. The results of this study suggest that adaptive perfectionism has a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy and career decision self-efficacy has a negative effect on career indecision and adaptive perfectionism has a negative effect on career indecision by mediating career decision self-efficacy. In addition, maladaptive perfectionism has a negative effect on career decision self-efficacy, and it has a positive effect on career indecision through mediation of career decision self-efficacy. we discussed the implications for career decision making and employment of college students based on the results of the relationship between variables such as perfectionism, career decision self-efficacy, and career indecision.

This study investigated the quality characteristics of English muffins made rice flour created using different grinding methods (DPR: powdered type rice flour by dry milling. DSR: soft type rice flour by dry milling. DHR: hard type rice flour by dry milling. WPR: powdered type rice flour by wet milling. WSR: soft type rice flour by wet milling. WHR: hard type rice flour by wet milling). The volume, volume expansion, and specific volume were the highest in WPR. The shape and cross section indicated that WPR, WSR and DPR were the best quality. The L value was the highest in DHR, the b value was the highest in DPR. Hardness, gumminess and chewiness were the lowest in WPR, and the highest in DHR. According to result of the sensory evaluation, the color, flavor, appearance, texture and overall acceptability were the highest in WPR, while the taste preference was the highest in WSR.

Effects of the extracts from bran part of the pigmented rices on inflammation was evaluated by determining their inhibitory action on the production of nitric oxides, histamines and matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) from inflammatory leukocytes. Effects on the production of nitric oxides in a macrophage cell line, RAW264.7 cells, were determined, demonstrating that any significant difference was not detected between the normal rice and the pigmented rice extracts. Inhibitory effects on the histamine-release from a basophilic cell line, RBL-2H3, were examined, showing 3.6 to 5.4-fold increase in the inhibitory activity compared to that of the normal rices. Among the pigmented rice cultivars tested, especially, inhibitory activity of LK1-3-6-12-1-1 was the greatest. Using RAW264.7 cells, we examined the effect of the pigmented rice extracts on the MMP activity. The results showed that the enzyme activity increased with the increasing concentration of the normal rice extract. However, the pigmented rice extracts, except LK1A-2-12-1-l, acted to decrease the MMP activity with their increasing concentrations. The results described above showed the superiority of the pigmented rice extracts in inhibition on release of histamine and MMP, pivotal factors for causing inflammatory responses, from the leukocytes.

This study finds aesthetic elements and examines their aesthetic sense focusing on the melody of the piri in the completed Jongmyojeryeak with various ideational backgrounds from the views different from the aesthetic sense of Jongmyojeryeak that has been conducted so far. Jongmyojeryeak is to hold a memorial service at the place where the godship of the line of kings and queens in Joseon is set. It is the crystal of Confucian memorial ritual and representative cultural heritage of ancestral ritual culture and is designated as No 1 of national chief, intangible cultural heritage in 1964. Also, on May 18th, 2001, it was registered first in Korea as 'Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity' designated by UNESCO and was recognized of its superiority. It is not only a representative cultural heritage of ancestral ritual culture having fate with Joseon Dynasty for a long period but also has been recognized as the essence of our music compiling the holistic beauty of artistic forms according to music, songs, and dance created by our ancestors. Also, it has as its background the traditional thoughts including the Confucian thought as well as Yeak thought, Yin-Yang School, Samjae thought (三才思想), and Palgoe thought (八卦思想). This Jongmyojeryeak internalizes landscape beauty, Yojang beauty, natural beauty, magnificent beauty, and harmonious beauty. Landscape beauty can be found in Huimun and Jeonpyehuimun. Yojang beauty is the figure that is only shown in Jeongdaeup. Natural beauty is the skilled performance technique shown in the melody of variations and is connected to natural creation. It is well shown in Huimun and Jeonpyehuimun. Magnificent beauty is well shown in the melody of Botaepyeong movement. And harmonious beauty is the harmonization of dischord in Jongmyojeryeak and is well shown in Jeongdaeup's Somu distinctively showing its aesthetic sense from the view of natural, harmonious beauty in its music.
