Special theaters were created to provide a sense of immersion and spectacles due to differentiated screens, sound, seating facilities, and advanced services, and also expanded screens. The purpose of this study is to perform comparative analysis of the technical characteristics formats shown in special theaters(3D film, 4DX, IMAX, ScreenX, and VR) in order to identify and find ways to overcome the technological limitations in production. The various formats show differences in field of view depending on the exhibition technology and these differences affect the mise-en-scene, narrative, and editing of the film and consequently result in changes in the production environment and process. Therefore, directors and creators must understand the technological features and limitations of the new formats before making their approach. However, a new format encounters limitations on production sets due to the decline of technical education and succession. In situations where shooting with a special camera is essential, the particular characteristics of each format should be carefully considered from the planning stage but financial problems arise due to increase in production period and cost. To overcome these various obstacles, it is essential to first identify problems and present alternatives through in-depth research on the production set of each format. Finally, this research aims to explore the prototype of each format and analyze the current state of production technology with formats that have not been adapted to the market trends by combining with the other formats and showing that they can survive in new ways.
This article pays attention to the gender representation of an abominable male abject that reveal class polarization in the movie Parasite. I seeks to read a new aspect of emotional politics in which a precariat man becomes a male patriarch while representing himself with an abhorrent position. As a result, Gi-taek goes down to the hateful status of a stinking underground life, and Ki-woo receives a message of ethical reflection from his isolated father. The film gives the father and son the noble status of ethical fighter who fought against the structure of class polarization, especially the ending epilogue and narration emphasizing the ethical responsibility and mutual solidarity between father and son. In this process, the voices of female characters are gradually omitted, blurring gender screening for male characters. Parasite reveals the political reenactment strategy of precariat men in the age of neoliberalism, which is ethical subject by claiming to be a class abject himself. And representing the hate with gender-selecting, it is beautifying the responsible ethics of the patriarch.

The purpose of this paper is to seek for a new exhibition form of floral art design that deviates from formalism by suggesting a planning exhibition with storytelling away from the unilinear exhibition composition method of floral art design currently being held in Korea. Storytelling in flower art exhibition is to construct an easy-to-understand exhibition through the use of the four-step construction method of introduction-development-turn-conclusion, or the three-step construction method of intro-body-conclusion. It is intended to efficiently propose interaction between creators and viewers. In order to seek for diversification of floral art design, it is necessary to secure a convergent view that has been blowing since the Millennial, collaborate with other fields, or attempt exhibition planning that reflects storytelling. The main function of the exhibition is to meet and communicate directly with the public. This study intends to propose the exhibition structure and implementation direction of floral art exhibition through the case of 'Hwawanggye' held at the Sungkyunkwan University Museum in 2017, focusing on the exhibition where storytelling is applied. Through this study, it is expected that the discourse in the field of floral art will be expanded, and various networks of aesthetic suggestions and floral art design with storytelling will be boosted.

This research studies the specific cases of how Hayao Miyazaki re-arranges Hollywood's conservative storytelling model, such as the three-act, eight-sequences structure, and the use of antagonist and antagonistic force, and how he applies them into his fairytale-like narratives to increase the attention of the audience. At the same time, this research also studies the cases of how fairytale-like characters of Miyazaki's storytelling make up for the drawbacks caused by the re-arranged narrative structure and the relationship between the characters, to make the audience keep track to follow the protagonist's journey. This research focuses on the re-arrangement of the three-act structure and the eight-sequences structure. For the details, this research focuses on the alternative use of antagonistic force in My Neighbor Totoro and the cases of antagonists turning to the protagonists' side around the mid-point in Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle. Also, the study shows how Miyazaki expands the second act (the third to the sixth sequence) and shortens the third act (the seventh to the eighth sequence) to earn the time for the audience to be in the same position with the protagonist, and how the fairytale-like characters of these films make up for the disadvantages caused by the shortened third act.
This paper intends to say that children's worship as a liturgy for children living in modern society is an important place to support children's personal development and experience of coziness necessary for their personal development. To this end, this thesis first regards modern society as an unstable society, analyzes fluid society and individualism as the causes, and deals with changes in educational style accordingly. In a fluid society, children are not provided with a solid form and lasting environment that supports personality development, and the education style changed under the influence of individualism and pluralism requires a heavy task of determining the direction of one's life and constantly making choices and decisions. Therefore, children need rules and forms that help them live together, and they need a space that can give them comfort that helps them develop their personality. As an argument for this, second, this paper deals with the concept and function of the liturgy in order to understand the worship of children as the liturgy. The third deals with the elements necessary for the development of children's personality that can be experienced in children's worship. First, it deals with the meaning of religious, aesthetic, and communal driving forces that children can experience in children's worship, focusing on Eberhard's research. In addition, it deals with the meaning of language and expression methods provided in children's worship, and finally, it says that children's worship can be a space where you can experience stability and coziness. Through this, it is emphasized that children's worship can play an important role in supporting the personal development of children living in modern times.
Since 2009, stars produced through audition programs have appeared through the process of establishing familiar ties with viewers, unlike stars created by entertainment agencies. This study is a case study that examines the characteristics, roles, and identity of internet live broadcasts (Labang) of vocalists Kang Dong-hoon and his fan cafe(fan community) who appeared in JTBC Phantom Singer 3 in 2020. As a result of the study, fans gathered around SNS even before the fan cafe was created, at their request, 'Labang' began. "Labang" is a "freely participating talk show" in which fans actively participate. This brought about the bond of fans, a sense of belonging, and the activation of fandom. Both stars and fans recognized "Live Broadcast" as "a window of communication to get to know each other," and expressed satisfaction that they could see the sincerity of familiar and unpretentious stars, not unrealistic images reproduced on TV through "immediate comment communication." "Labang" consists of a variety of contents, including stars' daily lives, music activities, broadcast appearances, and hobbies, and is showing "aesthetic differentiation" from those who do not watch "Labang" while sharing the daily lives of stars and fans with active participation.
The interactive cinema is based on the interactivity between the cinema and the audience. The discussion of interactive cinema can be divided into two poles. One is to positively look at the possibilities of interactive cinema as a new format and to test with them in various ways. The other is the perspective of a critical warning that the interactivity of interactive cinema risks reinforcing biases while instilling the illusion of freedom and activity in the audience. Considering both of these perspectives, we try to find a way to realize the political and aesthetic possibilities of interactive cinema through characteristic analysis. To this end, we analyzed the interactive film , which has received public and critical attention, based on Brecht's epic theater as a theoretical and practical reference. We analyzed the text/contextual characteristics of this work in three dimensions - an interactive multi-branching structure, a self-reflecting Mise en abyme structure, and an active enjoyment of the audience - and compared them with the epic theater theory. Through this, we examined the conditions and possibilities of interactive cinema as a new epic theater in the new technological/media environment of the 21st century.

The purpose of this study is to derive the characteristics of the creative process of convergence performing arts. Therefore, the PADAF-Play and Dance Art Festival, a representative convergence performing arts festival in Korea that has been held steadily every year since the first event in 2011, was selected as the subject of the study. Through PADAF, a representative convergence performing arts festival in Korea, qualitative case studies were selected through process-oriented discovery to study the characteristics of the creative process of convergence performing arts, which is a key feature of performing arts in the 21st century. For realistic and empirical research, the 8th and 9th PADAF participated in the entire process from the initial stage of preparation to the closing ceremony and conducted several in-depth interviews with PADAF officials and participating artists. Looking at the characteristics of the convergence performance art creation process through PADAF, creators overcame difficulties that they had not thought of in different ways in the process of meeting different heterogeneous genres, but through understanding other genres, experiential values through convergence, sharing as collaborators, and various ways of communication. The characteristics of the convergence performing arts creation process, which is focused on PADAF, are "Rhizom thinking" by French philosopher Gilles Deleuze(1925-1995), "Collective intelligence," and "Experimental Value for Experimental Creation" by creators. Through this derivation, we will help the changing performing arts scene based on the basic human desire to understand convergence performance art a little more and communicate through the extended expression of convergence.

This paper examines the historical meaning and value of sound art curating as a key type of interdisciplinary and convergence art practice that has been unfolding since the mid-20th century. Accordingly, this paper summarizes the developmental process from the beginning of 'sound art' to the present, but examines the context of visual art in which the material 'sound' functioned in chronological order, and focuses on curating cases of major sound art exhibitions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact and contemporary significance of the provided aesthetic experience. To this end, the text is divided into three sections and developed. The first section recognizes that the late 19th century futurist and Dadaist sound poetry, followed by Marcel Duchamp's 1913 attempt to combine musical score with visual art, had a profound influence on the visual music of avant-garde composer John Cage. This explains why this background caused the emergence of exhibitions dealing with 'sound' as a new medium. The second section explains that in the 1970s, sound as an artistic medium played a role in reflecting the critical relationship with the exhibition space dominated by visuality. In the third section, we analyze the curatorial methodology that allows the audience to experience sound as if it were a visual object within the organization of the exhibition hall from the 1980s to the present. Through this process, this paper critically treats the historical practice of customizing the perceptual structure in the exhibition hall, and considers the meaningful methodology of sound art curating considering the role of sound full of vitality in the contemporary art scene.

The artistic effect conveys the information content that the story itself can't convey, so the color of the film becomes an important part of the film language. The color in the film is presented on the screen in the form of single-screen color, scene color, full-color color tone, and various color chains designed according to different contradictions and conflicts. People's subjective nature of color criticism and acceptance of color language also depend on various local tones. The accurate expression of the relationship, the unique attribute of color determines that the color must enter the structural state in order to express its unique charm. This paper studies the color of Chinese and Western films from the differences between the color thinking of Chinese and Western film directors and the cultural implication of Chinese and Western film colors. The western film director emphasizes the structure of color and pays attention to the use of tonal montage to convey the characters. Emotions reflect the characteristics of a subjective color. Beginning with the "fifth-generation" director of Chinese film, the new journey of film color language has been opened. In the process of blending love and scenery, the film style of "image-in-one" has been achieved.
