Minors' law evasion is getting serious. Some of them make a fake ID card or use a stolen ID card illegally. They are illegally used for buying alcohol, cigarette, bond or going to club, pub, motel and so on. On the latest News, there was a case that teens rented a car with a driver licence without checking and had severe car accident. Like this case, car rental service was fined and suspended from business because they did not figure out ID card's counterfeit or modification. Thus, this study investigates the detecting method about the ID card(including a driver license) counterfeit, modification or illegal use. The server has a database of 17~19's minors one fingerprint and services whether the visitor is adult true or not. The method will be usable and economical for business. Then, it was compared and analyzed with methods already in use in business.

The purpose of this study was to determine the usefulness of a detection method for Streptococcus mutans in saliva with monoclonal antibodies developed targeting Ag I/II and glucosyltransferases (gtf B, gtf C and gtf D) in Streptococcus mutans. In the three groups tested (adults, minors, and minors under orthodontic treatment), the results of the DMFT scores, the colony density (CFU/mL) in their saliva was measured using $Dentocult^{(R)}$-SM strip mutans, polymerase chain reaction was performed to test whether Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus sobrinus were present, and Streptococcus mutans detecting tests performed in their saliva using four types of monoclonal antibody were collected. In conclusion, it was demonstrated that the Streptococcus mutants plays more important role in forming dental caries compared to Streptococcus sobrinus, and that the monoclonal antibodies against glucosyltransferases (gtf B, gtf C, gtf D) and Ag I/II of Streptococcus mutans are superior in detecting Streptococcus mutans to $Dentocult^{(R)}$-SM strip mutans or polymerase chain reaction.

Growth of minors learning space that the school is a place where many students live. Therefor in this essay, we are presenting case analysis may occur or re-occur. Prevent accidents that can identify and Countermeasures against accidents that occur within the school.

In Video Software Dealers Association v. Arnold Schwarzenegger, the federal 9th Circuit Court decided that a California law imposing restrictions and a labeling requirement on the sale or rental of violent video games to minors (the "Act") violated rights guaranteed by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution because: (1) the state introduced insufficient evidence to support a compelling interest that video games created psychological or neurological harm, (2) the Act was not the least-restrictive alternative to negate the harm, and (3) the lower, rational basis standard applicable to commercial speech did not apply to the Act's labeling requirements because the required label did not convey factual information. On the contrary, Korean Constitutional Court decided that "Harmful Medium to Youth" and "Preliminary Rate Classification" would be constitutional. However, under the least-restrictive method rule of the U. S. Court and Korean Court, overlap application of "Harmful Medium to Youth" and "Preliminary Rate Classification" could be a problem and it would be possible that stronger regulation among these would be found as unconstitutional.

본(本) 연구(硏究)는 우리나라 상속과세(相續課稅)의 현황(現況)과 문제점(問題點)을 검토(檢討)하고 그 개선방향(改善方向)을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 상속과세(相續課稅)의 기능강화(機能强化)를 위해 무엇보다도 중요한 것은 관련제도의 정비(整備)를 통해 상속(相續) 및 증여재산포착율(贈與財産捕捉率)을 제고(提高)하고 재산평가(財産平價)의 공평성(公平性)을 확보(確保)하는 것이다. 이와 아울러 상속세(相續稅) 및 증여세(贈與稅)의 과세유형(課稅類型)을 취득과세형(取得課稅型)으로 통일하고 상속(相續) 증여(贈與) 및 증여누적합산기간(贈與累積合算期間)을 상당기간 연장하며, 둘째로 주택공급(住宅供給), 농지(農地) 초지(草地) 산림지공제(山林地控除), 기업상속공제(企業相續控除) 특정형태의 재산(財産)에 대한 공제는 폐지하고 각종 인적공제(人的控除)는 배우자공제(配偶者控除), 미성년자공제(未成年者控除), 장애자공제(障碍者控除)의 세가지로 가지수를 줄이며, 그 수준을 현실화하되 특히 배우자공제(配偶者控除)의 수준(水準)을 대폭(大幅) 확대(擴大)하며, 셋째로 전술한 부동산평가(不動産評價) 현실화(現實化), 합산기간(合算期間)의 장기화(長期化), 각종 공제(控除)의 발상(發上) 등으로 상속세(相續稅) 및 증여세(贈與稅) 과세재산(課稅財産)의 과표(課標)가 크게 확대됨에 따라 세율(稅率)의 과표별(課標別) 수준(水準) 및 누진정도(累進程度)를 하향조정(下向調整)하는 것이다.

Mobile is expanding beyond just a content consumption tool to an exclusive platform role. Mobile content refers to the services of companies using mobile devices. The advantage is that it can analyze the user's behavior in real-time, increasing satisfaction according to preference. On the other hand, the disadvantage is that minors can easily make paid payments due to a convenient online payment environment. Be careful not to be exposed to provocative media without using a content unauthorized theft platform. In addition, it is necessary to find ways to increase the net function of the mobile content platform and reduce the dysfunction.

The present paper was to explore the attitude of middle and high school students for Won-jo-kyo-je which, recently, has been a social issue. The present authors would like to, at first, suggest that it needs to be social consensus about Won-jo-kyo-je as a adolescent's prostitution in Korean society. Nowadays, Won-jo-kyo-je is socially issued and bring into legal problem. Thus, we tried to investigate the properties of Won-jo-kyo-je through analysing student's awareness about it and concluded that it is the same as prostitution.

This study aims to explore the utilizing experience of public support service of the single mothers, who have been assessed as inability in aspect of labor. For this purpose of this study, we had in-depth interview five interviewees who had adolescent children or non-adult children. The participants were from 20s to 50s. From the outcomes of this study, we figured out that they had attempted to escape from the poor realities of life and to help the family budget through their work. However, they could not have plans to fulfill their aims, because of the unhealthy body conditions, the high working costs, the burdens for parenting or child-rearing, and the low levels of working ability. It has been shown that their parenting stresses and depressions from their hard realities have been reinforced, and those psycho-emotional pressures have been projected to connect with the inappropriate disciplines and parenting or child-rearing. And it has been reinforced through utilizing public support service. Consequently, they have become chronic through the repeated disappointment and unhealthy psycho-emotional condition. In this study, we discussed and proposed the labor policies and practical suggestions which have had a close relationship with the efficient judgement systems for work inability.

This study examined children from two families exposed to domestic violence and had psychological counseling in July 2017 at KOVA, a support organization for crime victims. The subjects were exposed to family violence in excess of 10 years and was protected by the shelter with their mothers who had filed complaints with the local police. Victims of domestic violence often face difficulty in avoiding the source of aggression, and thus experience repetitive attacks. This research was conducted at the Buddhism Brain Research Facility, Seoul University, to identify and quantify the emotional characteristics of the affected children in which it is difficult to escape from their living conditions. Data was collected by BrainMaster, a 19-channel examination kit, and analyzed by NeuroGuide. As a result of analyzing the emotional characteristics of the affected children through Quantitative EEG and brain topographical map, we found an increase of slow wave and problems with abnormality of Alpha, High Beta in the left and right Frontal area asymmetry.

World-Wide Web(WWW) is a protocol for changing information exchanges which is central to text documents in the existing network to make a multimedia data exchanges. It is possible for a beginner to search and access data which he wants to find as data were stored in the form of hypertext. The easiness for searching and accessing the multimedia data in WWW makes a important role for obscene materials to be toward generalization and multimedia and occurs social problems for them to be commercialized, while other researchers have actively studied the way to block effectively the site providing obscene materials for solving such problems. This paper presents and implements the blocking method for the sites having obscene material as it effectively search them. The proposed model was based on Link-Based information retrieval method and proved that it accomplished more efficient retrieval of relevant documents than probabilistic model when compared the one with the other which is known to generate the most correct results. The improvements in the average recall and precision ratio were shown as 12% and 8% respectively. Especially, the retrieval capability of relevant documents which include non-text data and have a few links increased highly.
