A Study on the Developmental Alternatives for Public Official Recruitment System (공무원 채용제도의 발전적 대안에 관한 연구)

  • The rapid change in the administrative environment is bringing about changes in the civil service society, and the civil service society is also aware of the difficulty in responding to the changing circumstances of the existing recruiting system, and is attempting to change the new recruiting system. However, in a civil service society that emphasizes stability, it is not easy to change the recruiting system, and it is necessary to examine whether the recruitment of public official in the future is possible by the current recruitment method. Therefore, this study presents the talented people required for the future society through the literature and examines the current recruitment method for recruiting a talented people who meet the future required officials. In this paper, we suggest a four talents in the future : flexible pioneering talents, fused collaborative talents, creative information union talents, and emotional sympathetic talents. And also we will present a direction for the development of the approach.

  • The changes triggered by the fourth industrial revolution will change society in ways we have never seen before. Accordingly, our education should be able to prepare for a new future in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. For the students' futures, this study presented a curriculum to improve core competencies of future talents based on analyse of current education content and related education fields. To achieve this goal, this study was carried out in the following steps. First, core competencies of future talents and the current curriculum were analyzed. Second, the educational curriculum's goals, contents, and systems were developed to enhance future talent capabilities. Third, the developed curriculum was applied in the field to verify its effectiveness. This study may be used as a reference for future education and the development of future human resources.

A Study on the Characteristics of Future Schools for Students with Future Convergent STEAM Talents (미래 융합형 과학기술인재(STEAM)를 위한 미래학교 특성 탐색)

  • The purpose of this research is to derive competencies necessary for students with future convergent STEAM talents, and to explore ideal student images, teaching-learning strategies, evaluation methods, and teachers' competencies and their training methods for future schools developing students' competencies. In order to figure out the features of the future schools, 25 experts from related fields, including in-service teachers, administrators, and college students in science and technology, participated in a future workshop. According to the results, students with future convergent science and technology talents are expected to have flexible thinking and creative thinking competencies to solve problems in innovative ways rather than traditional ways. In other words, it takes the power to accept and accommodate unexpected situations and solve problems appropriately in those situations. To cultivate such competencies, therefore, future schools should also be flexible and proactive. Rigid schools delivering knowledge-based information make it impossible to cultivate flexible and creative talents. Future schools should change into leaner-centered project-based classes so that students can naturally cope with various situations and solve large and small problems, and prepare assessment systems that can provide feedback based on the student's performances rather than achievement standards.

Development of the Competency Model of Specialized Vocational High School Teachers as Admission Officers (특성화고 미래인재전형 담당교사들의 역량모델 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the competency model of specialized vocational school teachers as admission officers. Whereas professional admission officers deal with a variety of admission activities in universities, teachers are responsible for admission duties in specialized high schools in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the core competencies required for teachers responsible for admission duties in specialized high school settings. In order to develop a competency model, factor analysis was completed for the survey results of 191 teachers who teach in specialized vocational high schools in Seoul, Korea. For evaluating validity of the competency model, the responses from those who had high experiences in admission duties and the average teachers were compared. As a result, this study identified a total of 14 competencies in three competency areas. The competencies required for specialized high school teachers include responsibilities for admission officers, ethics for evaluators, communication skills, teamwork, understandings of admissions process for specialized vocational high school, developing evaluation criteria, generating interview questions, increasing interrater reliability, interview skills, simultaneous evaluation of interviewees, quantification of evaluation results, synthesis of evaluation results, and decision making skills.

  • '인재가 미래다'라는 모토로 기업에서도 글로벌 우수인재 확보와 미래 성장산업에 요구되는 인재 확보를 위해 단순히 스펙 쌓기에 충실했던 지원자보다는 실제 업무에서 자신만의 열정과 창의성을 유감없이 발휘할 인재들을 채용하는 데 주력함으로써 채용 문화를 크게 개선하고 있다. 기업들이 원하는 인재상이 통섭, 상상력, 스토리, 모험심 등으로 다양화하고 있으며, 그들의 가치관, 인생관, 소통방식을 평가한다는 것이다. 본 논문은 국내 30여 기업들의 인재육성 프로그램을 분석하여 산업현장의 요구에 맞춰 교육하고, 배출된 인력은 입사 후 바로 현업에서 일할 수 있는 기업맞춤형 대학 교육프로그램과 향후 대학교육의 방향에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.

A Study on the Characteristics of Human Resources Required in Electronics Company (미래 융합기술사회에서 전자기업의 인재상 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of talents required in electronic companies in the 4th industrial revolution. we conducted a network analysis on the key talent of the companies presented in over 100 job announcements to companies in the electronics industry. The results of the study are as follows. First, electronic companies showed the most favored creative talents, preferring collaborative talent and challenging talent. Second, looking at the core definitions of talent, change, response, problem solving, performance creation, communication, challenge, professionalism, enthusiasm, development, aggressiveness and spontaneity were used. In other words, key keywords emerging from the 4th industrial revolution were being used continuously. Third, in the Centrality analysis, talented people who emphasize humanity also appeared. Based on the study, it suggested that manpower training of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

  • 올해는 기업 인재경영에서 미래 10년을 준비할 중요한 분수령이 될 것으로 보인다. 향후 10년간은 베이비 부머 세대의 은퇴와 신인류의 등장이 교차할 것으로 보이며 기업의 인원 구성에서 국내인력 못지 않게 글로벌 인력이 많아지고 신사업 발굴, M&A등으로 사업포트폴리오의 재편도 활발할 것으로 예상되기 때문이다.
