VTS operators instruct ships to wait for entry and departure to sail in one-way to prevent ship collision accidents in ports with narrow routes. Currently, the instructions are not based on scientific and statistical data. As a result, there is a significant deviation depending on the individual capability of the VTS operators. Accordingly, this study built a 1d-convolutional neural network model by collecting ship and weather data to predict the exact travel time for ship entry/departure waiting for instructions in the port. It was confirmed that the proposed model was improved by more than 4.5% compared to other ensemble machine learning models. Through this study, it is possible to predict the time required to enter and depart a vessel in various situations, so it is expected that the VTS operators will help provide accurate information to the vessel and determine the waiting order.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the future prospects for establishing the True Donghak phase of Daesoon Thought. The True Donghak refers to 'the future prospect of having a true life, true thinking, and true living' in which enjoying the world in a state of good fortune became a true reality after the death of Suwun, according to faith in Gucheon Sangje. The correlation between "Attending to the Lord of Heaven" in Donghak, and "The Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth" in Daesoon shows the prospect of achieving the Daesoonist transformation into energy to gain true life and re-creation. The correlation between "Nourishing the Lord of Heaven" in Donghak and "Attending to Study and Attending to Law" in Daesoon show the transformation of Daesoon-reason into true thinking and renewing. The correlation between "Humanity is Divine" in Donghak and "The Salvation of Humanity is the Will of Heaven" in Daesoon show transformation into the practice of Daesoon for the true living and renewing. This investigation utilizes the literature review and the generation theory of life-philosophy to examine revelations regarding the conversation between Spirit and Mind. This is the future prospect for the establishing the True Donghak phase of Daesoon thought. It consists of a threefold connection among life, thinking, and living. The "public-centered spirituality of Daesoon Truth" which connects and mediates among people appears in three aspects. Firstly, it is thought to be the vision of the true life through the 'renewal of active, energetic power' bestowed by Gucheon Sangje. Secondly, it is thought to be the vision of true thinking through the "renewal via freedom from delusion". Thirdly, it is thought to be the vision of true living through the "renewal of true mind". To bring about the creation of true Donghak, Gucheon Sangje incarnated to the Korean peninsula instead of Suwun and the salvation of the world salvation now centers on Korea with regards to the threefold connection future prospect. Gucheon Sangje's revelation addresses and solves the postscript problem of Chosun and further establishes a Utopia. Suwun established Donghak but failed later on due to his lankiness. At last the true Donghak has been opened for the future by Gucheon Sangje and Jeongsan's fifty years of religious accomplishments. In the long run, it has been developed further by Woodang's Daesoon Jinrihoe.

The goal of this study is to examine the impact of time perspective and life satisfaction of government and public institution employees on organizational SNS attitude and word-of-mouth effect. A total of 136 incumbent employees participated in this online survey. It was found that past-positive, present-hedonistic, and future time perspective positively affected life satisfaction and the organizational SNS attitude. Meanwhile past-negative time perspective negatively affected life satisfaction only, present-fatalistic time perspective did not negatively affect life satisfaction and organizational SNS attitude. Finally, life satisfaction showed a positive impact on word-of-mouth effect via organizational SNS attitude. By identifying psychological underpinnings of time perspective and life satisfaction, this study will provide theoretical and practical implications regarding internal communication and the effective management of government and public institution-operated SNS.

This study investigated whether science museum field trips over a duration of 7 months would effect student preference and awareness of science museums. 32 eighth and ninth graders were sampled from a middle school in Seoul and asked about their preference, awareness and the effect of the science museum visits both before and after a field trip. Findings showed a preference for science museums which dealt with themes and topics of student interest. After a field trip, student responded that science museums were information providers which yielded opportunity to explore forthcoming science feats, science in everyday life, developmental histories of science and technology, science-related news, social issues, and science rationale. Even though science museums in Korea leave much to be desired in terms of quantity and quality, field trips were positively received by students. This reception and its usefulness implied that expansion publizing and active use of formal/informal education relating to science museum facilities need to be top-priority business.

경쟁적 전력시장에서는 이익주체의 다양화로 송전망확장은 개별 시장참여자의 경제적 편익에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 송전설비 투자계획은 미래 전력 시장 및 계통의 예측을 바탕으로 하기 때문에 예측의 불확실성에서 발생하는 설비투자의 과잉.과소투자의 최소화 방안이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 송전망확장사업의 경제적 가치를 평가하는 방법에 대해 연구였고 미래 시장 및 계통의 불확실성을 반영하기 위해 전력수요와 연료가격의 과거 예측오차의 표준편차를 이용한 예측값의 확률밀도함수의 모델링 방법을 이용한 송전망확장의 경제성 평가 방법을 제시한다. Monte Carlo Sampling을 이용, 송전망확장으로 인한 시장참여자의 경제적 편익 변화의 기대값과 편익 변화의 범위를 산출함으로써 설비투자의 리스크와 잠재효과에 대해 분석한다.

한국시멘트협회는 지난 7월 1일 창립 50주년을 맞는데 이어 시멘트지가 2013년 겨울호를 기점으로 통권 200호를 발행하게 되었다. 시멘트지는 1963년 8월 25일 '양화공업'이라는 이름으로 창간호를 발행한 이후 반세기동안 시멘트협회 회원사뿐만 아니라 산 학 연 관 관계자 및 독자들로부터 꾸준한 사랑을 받아왔다. 이에 협회는 지난 4월 30일 협회 대회의실에서 시멘트협회 창립 50주년과 시멘트지 통권 200호 발행을 기념하여 국가 기간산업이자 건설 기초소재 산업으로 발전을 거듭해 온 우리나라 시멘트산업의 현재와 미래를 전망하는 좌담회를 개최했다. 각 분야 전문가를 초청한 가운데 진행된 이번 좌담회는 시멘트 생산 및 품질, 물류, 이에 따른 협회의 다양한 정책추진방향과 저탄소녹색성장시대의 등장에 따른 환경친화형 시스템까지 다양한 화두를 통해 시멘트산업의 미래를 조망해 볼 수 있는 유익한 시간이 되었다.

COVID-19 pandemic brings attentions to the nonmilitary and transnational non-traditonal security threats, as the scales of such damage by these threats are beyond expectation. The Republic of Korea Army tries to forecast non-traditional security threat which may be occurred in Korean peninsula by using collective intelligence platform. In coming years, climate change, social changes and technology development caused by the 4th industrial revolution will diversify non-traditional security threat. Considering urbanization, internet distribution rate, and geopolitical location where atmosphere from continent and ocean meet, Korea would may face the most lethal ones compared to those of other countries may face. Therefore, to predict such threats in pangovernment scale using collective intelligence platforms which embrace civil, public, military, industry, academy and research center is the most important than anything.

Wave forces on fixed two-dimensional objects submerged in water of finite depth were analysed by Boundary Element Method using linear elements.It is assumed that the wave forces may be described by linear theory and that incident wave direction is normal to the objects of infinite length. In this paper, wave forces on a bottom-seated half cross section pipeline, a circular pipeline, a submerged pipeline and submerged breakwater of arbitrary shape were studied. The accuracy of the computational scheme is investigated by comparing the numerical results with the existing laboratory results and analytical solutions of other researchers.

우리나라의 치안상황은 매우 안정적이라는 평가를 받는다. 특히 자정 이후에도 도심의 길거리를 활보하더라도 범죄에 대한 두려움의 수준은 낮다고 할 수 있다. 이는 대한민국 경찰공무원의 노력의 결실로 생각할 수 있으며, 경찰조직내에 우수한 인적자원이 많이 유입될 수록 효과는 더욱 극대화 될 것이다. 2014년 한국직업능력개발원이 고등학생 약 5만여명을 대상으로 희망직업을 조사하였더니 경찰관이 4위를 차지하였다. 이는 경찰조직의 입장에서는 매우 고무적인 현상이나, 이를 뒷받침 하는 결과들은 보다 강화된 선발과정이 필요하다는 것을 반증하기도 한다. 과거 10년전과 비교하여 4위를 차지했던 CEO, 사업가 등은 8위로 밀리는 등 경제불황이 학생들의 직업선택에도 영향을 미치게 된다고 밝혔다. 한 언론매체의 인터뷰 내용에서 고등학교 3학년생이 밝힌 내용은 "공무원이 되고 싶은데${\ldots}$ 공무원은 일이 편하고 미래가 보장되고 덜 잘리니까${\ldots}$하고 싶어요"라는 내용은 우리에게 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 것이다. 이러한 입직지원자들의 변화는, 고도의 전문성과 사명감을 갖추고 공직임무를 수행해야하는 경찰관에게 필요한 지식의 측정은 어떻게 이루어져야 할지 신중한 검토가 필요할 것이다.

External foces acting on a pipe bend change when a transient pressure wave propagates through the bend. Analytical expressions are derived to compute the changes of these forces when the instantaneous pressure wave passes through the bends. This analysis reveals that these forces depend mainly on static pressure rather than fluid momentum. The analysis also reveals that the change of the vertical component of the force acting on a pipe bend with an angle larger than 90$^{\circ}$ may reverse in direction during the passage of a pressure wave through the bend.
