최근 인터넷기술이 발전하면서 교육환경에서 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 패러다임 전환이 이루어지고 있고, 이 전환에 가상대학에서 사용되어 지고 있는 문서의 역할의 중요성은 크게 주목을 받고 있다. 문서의 표준화를 위하여 구조적인 문서 처리가 가능한 XML이 대두될 것이다. XML에서 논리적 구조를 표현하는 방법은 사용자 정의인 문서타입(DTD)과 XML Schema의 두 가지 방식이 있으며, 향후 멀티미디어를 활용한 XML 문서에서 Paser의 역할이 중요하게 될 것으로 예측되어진다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어를 활용한 XML 문서에 필요한 자료들을 분석하고 가상대학에서 발생되는 문서행정업무를 효율적으로 지원하는 방안을 제안하는 XML 문서에서 Paser의 역할을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to propose effective plans for Anyang municipal library to use online media in preparation for the post-covid-19 era. For this purpose, the main implications were summarized by analyzing the operation cases of 5 excellent libraries that received government awards in the libraries' operation evaluation in 2021. And based on the analysis, strategies that can help Anyang municipal library use online media to operate library effectively even after COVID-19 were derived. This study is meaningful in that it is an empirical study that summarizes the online media usage strategy of the Anyang municipal library in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era based on actual cases of excellent libraries in the COVID-19 period.

웹 기술의 발전과 스마트폰 이용자 수의 증가는 소비자와 기업 간의 관계를 혁신적으로 변화시키고 있다. 기업이나 공공기관들은 고객들과 커뮤니케이션 효과를 극대화 하기 위해 새로운 크로스미디어 플랫폼으로 등장한 소셜미디어를 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 블로그, 페이스북, 인스타그램 등 더욱 다양하지고 변화의 속도가 빨라지는 소셜미디어 트렌드 속에서 기업들은 채널의 특성에 따라 어떠한 콘텐츠가 소비자에게 만족과 구매에 중요한 영향을 미치는지 체계적인 분석과 운영전략이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기업 마케팅의 활용 관점에서 블로그와 SNS 채널 특징에 따라 콘텐츠 유형의 만족도를 비교 분석하고, 이용자의 개인 특성에 따라 채널별로 어떠한 차이가 있는지에 관한 전략적 틀과 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 소비자와 판매자 간의 커뮤니케이션 방법에 따라 소셜미디어 콘텐츠를 홍보성, 정보성, 소통성 유형으로 구분하여 블로그 페이스북, 인스타그램의 소셜미디어 채널별로 소비자 만족도를 조사하고자 한다. 또한, 인터넷 이용자의 개인 특성에 따라 선호하는 SNS 콘텐츠 유형이 다를 수 있음에 착안하여 SNS를 이용하는 사용자의 특성을 네 가지 형태로 분류하고 특성에 따른 만족도의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 다양한 소셜미디어 채널을 활용하고자 하는 기업들에게 효율적인 SNS 마케팅 전략구축 방안과 인터넷 이용자 특성을 고려한 콘텐츠 활용 방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

멀티미디어 데이터의 중요성과 활용도가 증가하면서, 멀티미디어 데이터를 데이터베이스에서 표현하고 처리하려는 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만, 멀티미디어 데이터를 기존의 데이터베이스에서 처리할 때, 데이터를 분류할 명확한 기준이 없고, 또한 질의어에서 데이터를 표현하고 처리하는 능력이 없으므로 두 가지 사항을 고려해야 한다. 본 논문은 멀티미디어 데이터를 데이터베이스에서 처리하기 위해 필요한 데이터의 모델링 기법을 사용해서 멀티미디어 데이터의 객체를 분류하다. 다음으로, 분류된 멀티미디어 데이터를 SQL에서 지원하기 위해서, 객체간의 시간적, 공간적 관계를 표현할 수 있는 문법들을 제시하고 사용자 질의 결과를 어떻게 나타낼 것인가에 대한 방안을 제시한다.

For this study, we conducted a survey targeting elementary school students to examine how the type of family communication shows differences in the children's use of media to draw up effective measures to use media. The result of study is that meaningful differences showed according to the time spent watching TV(F=6.719, p<.05) and using PC(F=7.713, p<.05) or cell phone(F=6.404, p<.05). The authoritative type pursuing obedience preferred entertainment programs and spent much time watching TV and preferred entertainment games when using a PC. The deliberating type pursuing conversations preferred educational and informative programs when watching TV and informative programs when using a PC. This study is meaningful in that it presents lessons learned to draw up measures for children to effectively use media based on the study results.

본 논문에서는 기능성 보유 제품에 대한 사용자의 편의성과 효율성을 배려한 인터페이스 제작 기술 고찰의 일환으로 이벤트 스테이트 모델링(Event& State Modeling) 기법을 활용한 HMI (Human -Machine Interface) 모델링의 방법론을 소개하고자 한다. 이벤트 드리븐 형식으로 생성하는 모델 방법론, 스테이트를 기반으로 생성하는 모델링 방법론, 이 두 가지의 장점을 병합하여 개발된 PlayMo라는 저작도구의 이벤트 스테이트 모델 방법론을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 제품 기능 구현의 사실도(fidelity)가 어느 정도까지 가능한지를 제시하고자 한다. 이와 더불어 한 제품의 외관 디자인, 설계 및 정량적 유저 인터페이스(UI:User Interface) 측정의 방법을 사례를 중심으로 소개하고자 한다. 또한 이벤트 스테이트 모델링 방식으로 구성된 컨텐츠를 활용하여 인터랙션과 멀티미디어요소가 강화된 기존의 방식과는 차별화 된 전자 카탈로그, 전자 매뉴얼, 트러블 슈팅 등의 다양한 컨텐츠 활용방안을 제시하여 제품 기획 생산에서 분석 검증 및 마케팅활동, 고객 지원에 이르는 일련의 제품 생산 주기에 따른 데이터 활용 방안을 실제활용 사례를 중심으로 고찰하고자 한다.

On 11 March 2011, earthquake occurred in Japan were left with the significant human and material damage. Among these, social media has emerged as a very useful communication channel by playing a important roles in the process of safety checking and disaster recovery. In fact, however, we have no specific response methods or systems to these occurrence of disaster in Korea. Therefore, we investigate the relevant literature in order to analyze the current status of foreign and domestic utilization of social media, and draw the ideal ways to use social media for responding to unpredictable disasters based on the relevant literature reviews. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, Institutions such as Meteorological Administration or National Emergency Management Agency are able to utilize social media as the communication systems to public in emergency. Second, social media are able to used for building disaster information systems including location information such as emergency call for help or requests for dissemination materials. Lastly, online donation services via Facebook or Twitter are able to be provided. The findings have significant implications for official responsible for disaster response and academic researchers.

본 논문에서는 최근 부족한 전파자원을 대체할 수 있는 대안으로 부상하고 있는 가시광 통신을 이용하여 실내에서의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 전송 방안을 제시한다. 건물내의 조명들을 가시광 모뎀으로 이용하고, 조명들이 연결된 전력선을 통신 선로로 이용한 전력선 통신을 이용하여 건물 내 통신망을 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 가시광 통신을 이용한 건물 내에서의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 전송 방법은 일반 건물 내에서의 멀티미디어컨텐츠 전송 및 전자기파 등의 사용이 제한되는 병원 내에서의 진단 영상정보 등의 전송에 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
