경관조명을 설계 하는데 중요한 부분은 첫째로 그 도시의 건물 등이나 거리 등을 표현하는 것으로서 그곳에서 사는 주민들과 관광객의 개성, 역사적 풍토, 거리의 문화특징 등이 거리의 주택이나 도로에 표현될 수 있는 조명계획이 이루어져서 건물과 거리의 인상을 확립하는 것이다.

In order to meet the ever-increasing demand for international air travel, several plans are underway to open new airports and expand existing provincial airports. However, existing air demand forecasts have been based on the total air demand in Korea or the air demand among major cities. There is not much forecast of regional air demand considering local characteristics. In this study, the outbound air travel demand in the southeastern region of Korea was analyzed and the fixed-effects model using panel data was proposed as an optimal model that can reflect the inherent characteristics of metropolitan areas which are difficult to observe in reality. The results of model validation show that panel data analysis effectively addresses the spurious regression and unobserved heterogeneity that are difficult to handle in a model using only a few macroeconomic indicators with time series characteristics. Various statistical validation and conformance tests suggest that the fixed-effects model proposed in this study is superior to other econometric models in predicting demand for international demand in the southeastern region.

Multitemporal analysis with remotely sensed data is complicated by numerous intervening factors, including atmospheric attenuation and occurrence of clouds that obscure the relationship between ground and satellite observed spectral measurements. Using an adaptive reconstruction system, dynamic compositing approach was developed to recover missing/bad observations. The reconstruction method incorporates temporal variation in physical properties of targets and anisotropic spatial optical properties into image processing. The adaptive system performs the dynamic compositing by obtaining a composite image as a weighted sum of the observed value and the value predicted according to local temporal trend. The proposed system was applied to the sequence of NDVI images of AVHRR observed on the Korean Peninsula from 1999 year to 2000 year. The experiment shows that the reconstructed series can be used as an estimated series with complete data for the observations including bad/missing values. Additionally, the gradient image, which represents the amount of temporal change at the corresponding time, was generated by the proposed system. It shows more clearly temporal variation than the data image series.

오피스나 건물의 인텔리젼트화가 발달될수록 multi-vendor/multi-media화가 필연적이기 때문에 배선의 양과 종류가 방대하게 요구되고, 또한 서로 각기다른 기기배선의 관리가 불가능한 실정에 부딪혀 사무실의 레이아웃 변경과 정보통신 시스템의 이동, 확장에 따른 중복배선, 재배선으로 인한 경제적 손실과 인력 낭비 및 근무환경의 미관을 혼잡하게 만드는 등의 문제점들을 발생하고 있다.

녹병은 향나무뿐만 아니라 산당화, 꽃사과, 산사나무, 명자나무 등 조경수에도 많이 발생되며, 조경수목으로서의 미관적 가치를 크게 떨어뜨리고 잎 뒷면에 발생되는 녹포자퇴는 사람들에게 혐오감을 준다. 또한 배나무, 사과나무 등의 과일의 상품성과 생산량을 크게 저하시켜 농가에 큰 피해를 준다. 녹병은 일반적으로 농가에서는 붉은별무늬병으로 잘 알려져 있는 병해이다.

건물이 2층이상일때‘스팬드렐’ (Spandrel)은 그 건물외관의 주요디자인요소가 된다. 따라서 건물의 층수가 많을 수록 이 부분의 디자인은 더욱 더 중요해진다. 그렇기 때문에 오늘날과 같은 다층화의 시기에는 한건물의 개성이나 미관을 위해서 또는 도시의 아름다움을 위해서 ‘스팬드렐’의 설계-예컨대 ①춤(폭)과 길이, ②창과의 위치관계(창의 깊이),③ ‘스펜드렐’자체의 단면형, ④표면마감-는 건축가의 좋은 디자인을 요구하게 된다.

현재 배전설비는 대부분 가공선으로 되어 있으나 대도시에서는 안전 등의 문제로 더욱 확대되어 지중 배전설비가 증가하고 있다. 배전선을 지중화로 하는 목적은 전력설비의 고신뢰성 확보 및 설비의 현대화, 도심지 부하밀도 증가와 위해 시설 제거, 보완, 관광지 및 국제행사장 중요지역의 미관확보, 가공전선로 건설 곤란 장소 법규의 등으로 송, 배전 계통의 지중전선로를 시설하고 있다.
