According to construction work of No. 2 Lotte world, the alternative pier is under construction in Dongsam-dong Yeongdo-gu to accommodate small boats. As a result of that, in order to procure route of small boats passage,0-2 Anchorage used to bunkering or waiting for berth should be reduced, 220m. It is expected that the risk of passage and congestion around the anchorage could be increased because of the traffic of small boat using the alternative pier. Therefore, it is needed to enlarge the O-2 Anchorage 250m toward to inner breakwater. According to result of analyzing traffic circumstance and weather condition of anchorage near the Busan inner fairway, and to procure of alternative anchorage in order to resolve the problem caused by reduction of O-2 Anchorage, no problems incurred. In conclusion, reduction & enlargement of area of new O-2 Anchorage is expected to resolving of congestion & reducing of risk of traffic at O-2 Anchorage, and to operating O-2 Anchorage, efficiently.

어항의 개발은 어선의 안전수용과 어획물의 신속한 양육처리를 위하여 필요한 방파제 물양장 선착장 호안등의 시설을 설치하는 것으로 이러한 일련의 구조물이 적절하게 시설되기 위하여는 기본자료를 정확히 조사 분석하여 그 지역여건에 부합되도록 기본방향을 설정하고 시설규모를 결정하여야 한다.

최근 연안어장의 환경오염, 양식생물의 생산력에 막대한 타격과 인간의 건강에 해로운 적조 (red tide)의 빈번한 발생으로 많은 관심이 부각되고 있다. 우리나라 연안에서 발생한 적조현상은 '80년때까지는 대부분 1주일정도 지속되었으나 최근에는 2주일 이상 그리고 '95년도에는 Cochlodinium polykrikoides가 2개월이나 지속된 바 있다. 이러한 현상은 매년 같은 시기에 발생하여 양식장 및 육상 축양장에 심각한 경제적 피해를 주고 있다. (중략)

The plain and simple shape water front structure were designed and installed for wave protection and wave resistance. But the installation of these plain and simple structure cause deficiency of environmental affinity. Also the resonance phenomena from the reflective wave and shipwave of the harbor incident wave caused high tide and wave, consequently maintaining the tranquility of inside harbor, give difficulty for mooring the ship and loading-unloading, increase the possibility of ship collision at the quray wall and landing place To solve these problems, we develop the environmentally friendly wave dissipation block. And installation efficiency, stability of the blocks through experiment of C.E Block Joint.
