  • 3월22일은 제4회 '물의 날' 지구표면 전체 물의 양중 97.4%는 짠물이고 1.8%는 극지의 얼음덩어리로 인간의 활동에 쓸 수 있는 물은 0.8%에 불과하다. 물부족현상이 세계적 문제로 등장한 오늘 우리나라는 '물부족국가'로 분류되어 앞으로의 대책이 절실한 실정이다.

A Study on Current Status Analysis and Improvement Plans for Records Management in University's Organizations Based on Person in Charge of Records Management Perspectives (기록물관리책임자의 관점에서 바라본 대학 처리과 기록물 관리 현황 및 개선방안)

  • This study aims to examine the current status of and problems in records management by the person in charge of university records management and derive improvement measures to manage university processing and records management systematically. The study's results are as follows: first, administrative problems with processing and service, and second, issues arising from records management procedures, such as the production and registration of processing departments, notification of production status, transfer, cleanup and physical storage, and assessment and disposal, as well as the lack of knowledge and records management. In response, it was suggested that training is needed to improve processing and records management manuals, secure physical storage, strengthen administrative support for the division in charge, ensure the legitimate status of the person in charge of processing and records management in the division in charge, and enhance the recognition of records management by the person in charge and manager.

  • This paper presents the target object search algorithm under dynamic programming (DP) in the Tree-type maze. We organized an experimental environment with the concatenation Y-shape diverged way, small mobile robot, and a target object. By the principle of optimality, the backbone of DP, an agent recognizes that a given whole problem can be solved if the values of the best solution of certain ancillary problem can be determined according to the principle of optimality. In experiment, we used two different control algorithms: a left-handed method and DP. Finally we verified the efficiency of DP in the practical application using a real robot.

  • 화력발전플랜트에서도 원자력플랜트와 마찬가지로 물을 이용하여 열에너지를 기계에너지로 바꾸고 다시 전기에너지로 교환하고 있다. 이런 과정에서 물의 물성은 온도와 압력에 따라 크게 변화한다. 이 물의 물성변화는 부식과 스케일 퇴적에 큰 영향을 주어 수질관리상 여러가지 문제를 제기하고 있다.

A Study on Strategic Management Model of National Defense Records Centers (국방기록물관리기관의 전략적 운영모형에 관한 연구)

  • A total of 133 defense records centers exist in the country, and checking their common problems, as well as the inherent problems and strategies of individual archives, is necessary to solve them. The Strategic Management Model of the defense records centers is a tool developed to check the archives' operational problems and solve them strategically. The researchers tried to help the military records centers in checking the problems and obtaining the strategic judgment of the commander to improve their work process. This study proposes the use of the model in individual defense records centers that establish midand long-term development plans with policy agencies, such as the Ministry of National Defense, to establish a records management policy and improve the said records centers. Based on literature studies, 67 items were developed in seven areas, reflecting the characteristics of experts' verification, statistical analysis, and defense records centers. This study also proposes the improvement of the records centers' strategy by citing cases that exhibit the use of the strategic operation model by the Ministry of National Defense.

  • The department of processing is one to supervise the care for documents and the transaction of business and is also the starting point for task and production of records. In the department of processing, it not only produces records but also performs most tasks including keeping on file, organizing, arranging the period of preservation and transferring. Despite the importance of this record management in the department of processing, the problem of record management in the department of processing is considered to the private problem such as lack of will of task performers. After investigating the importance of record management and the record management that task performers think through a survey, this study deducts the matters to improve in the task of record management at the institution.

Expansion of Water Reuse Facility for Building Unit to Solve Water Shortage Problem (물 부족 문제의 해결을 위한 건축물 단위의 물재이용 시설 확대 방안)

  • This study examined the possibility of solving the water shortage problem through the water reuse of buildings through the Suwon water reuse (greywater) facility installation project conducted as a pilot project of Ministry of Environment. Water reuse of individual building units can reduce city water demand by up to 25%. This is a level that can solve the water shortage problem in Korea. However, in order to revitalize the water reuse facilities of individual buildings, it is necessary to solve the problem of the user's rejection of the greywater and the economical problems. The resolution of the user's rejection can be solved by linking the MBR process with the AOP process. When the MBR process and the AOP process are operated in conjunction with each other, it is found that the users do not feel the water quality difference with the tap water. Economical problems can be solved at the water rate levels when the facility capacity is over 100 ton/day considering the construction cost and the operation cost, and when the operation cost alone is over 15 ton/day. Furthermore, when considering the social benefit cost, it is found that profit is generated from 150 ton/day.

The Effects of Creative Product Performance on the Scientific Attitude, Scientific Self Efficacy and Creative Problem Solving Ability of Science-Gifted Elementary Student (창의 산출물 활동이 초등 과학영재반 학생들의 과학적 태도, 과학 자기효능감, 창의적 문제해결력에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of creative product performance on scientific attitude, scientific self efficacy and creative problem solving ability of science-gifted elementary students. The subjects of the study were 20 students who were enrolled in science-gifted class of G elementary school. 8 period lessons of the creative product performance were given to the students after simulated creative product performance lessons. Pre and post tests were done before and after executing lessons to assess the change of students' scientific attitude, scientific self efficacy and creative problem solving ability. The findings and results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, creative product performance had meaningful effect in improving scientific attitude of science-gifted students. Second, creative product performance had meaningful effect in improving scientific self efficacy of science-gifted students. Third, creative product performance had meaningful effect in improving creative problem solving ability of science-gifted students. From questionnaire interview, we could know that subject students had difficulties in carrying out the performance at first but after the performance they came to have favorable impression and high satisfaction level about the performance.
