종합물류정보망의 서비스와 시스템의 추진방향

  • 전자상거래의 발달은 산업구조와 상거래의 변화를 가져왔다. 기존의 제조업체와 도, 소매상과 소비자와의 관계 변화에 따라 물류에 대한 중요도가 더해 가고 있다. 인터넷상에서 실시간으로 이루어지는 전자상거래에서 물류는 그 성패를 가늠할 만큼 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 국내에서는 변화하는 정보화시대에 대비하여 정부차원에서 지난 90년대 중반부터 물류분야에서 종합물류정보망을 구축하여 수출입물류와 국내물류의 정보화를 추진하고 있다. 통관망과 더불어 종합물류정보망은 수출입물류에 있어 전자문서교환(EDI)과 컨테이너터미널에서의 게이트자동화와 터미널운영정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 육상에서는 첨단화물운송정보시스템(CVO)을 구축하여 화물차량실시간추적 및 수배송주선서비스를 제공하고 육상과 수출입물류에서 정보관리와 통계서비스를 제공하고 있다. 전자상거래에 따른 산업구조와 기술개발 등의 변화 외에도 남북한 긴장완화, 동북아시아 환경변화, 환경친화형 사회 구축 등에 따른 물류정보화에 대한 접근이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 따라 외국에서의 전자상거래의 발달에 따른 물류정보화의 추세, 통신 및 정보기술(IT)의 발달에 따라 구현가능한 물류정보화 서비스를 살펴보고 국내에서 추진중인 종합물류정보망의 서비스와 시스템의 추진방향에 대해 다루어 보았다. 종합물류정보망에서는 향후 수출입물류정보서비스, 첨단화물운송(CVO) 서비스, 통합물류DB서비스, 물류거점시설정보서비스, 물류 e-Marketplace 서비스를 구축, 제공할 예정이다.

  • 고객만족이 기업의 성패를 좌우함에 따라 기업물류의 최종 목표 또한 고객서비스에 초점이 맞혀지고 있으며, 사회복지에 이바지하는 차원으로 확대되고 있다. 기업은 관리된 물류서비스를 제공하기 위하여 자사의 물류서비스 요소에 대한 측정과 고객의 만족도를 조사하여 물류서비스 프로세스를 개선하고자 한다. 본 논문은 물류서비스 측정에 관한 연구와 SERVQUAL의 5가지 차원을 바탕으로 물류서비스 만족도를 측정하고, AHP 모형을 이용한 상대적 물류서비스 만족도 계층 모형을 구성하였다.

A Survey on the Outsourcing Usage of Logistics Service Users in China -Focused on Area of Shanghai- (중국 물류서비스 이용자들의 아웃소싱 관행에 관한 조사연구)

  • This paper analyses the results of the survey questionnaires which are made for logistics services users in Shanghai, China. Based an 158 valid users' responses, the study results show that the typical outsourcing logistics users prefer to set up long term relationship with providers and buy services from multiple providers. Most users are satisfied with their providers and believe that outsourcing logistics services has led to positive impact on their customer satisfaction, logistics service levels and revenue improvement. Price levers, core competences, reputation are critical in the selection of an outsourcing logistics provider for users in this study. This study indicates that the market for 3PL services in China has a reasonable potential fur further development, though 3PL practices are still at a nascent stage in China. This paper presents full details and implications of the results of th£ survey and then provides some helpful suggestion for th£ development of Chinese logistics industry and Chinese logistics companies.

The Impact of Enviromental Uncertainty and Logistics Resources Capabilities on Logistics Performance through Relational Norms and Logistics Service in the Industrial Products (산업재 물류에서 환경 불확실성과 물류자원역량이 관계규범과 물류서비스를 통하여 물류성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The major purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of environmental uncertainties and logistics resources capabilities mediated by relational norms and logistics services on logistics performance in the industrial products. The 272 data were collected from the key informants who were working at the logistics-related departments in the H Heavy Industries & Construction and HSD Engine. The following results were verified using structural equation modeling. First, environmental uncertainties such as dynamism and heterogeneity unexpectedly had insignificant effects on relational norms such as information exchange and flexibility and logistics services such as product availability and on-time delivery. Second, logistics resource capabilities showed unique effects based upon its component's characteristics. For example, Logistics Information Systems did not have direct impact on logistics services but had indirect effect on logistics services via relational norms. On the other hand, logistics resources such as logistics specific assets and transportation service competencies had direct impact on logistics services but not on relational norms. Third, relational norms between transaction partners significantly affected logistics services but had insignificant effects on logistics performance such as logistics costs reduction and delivery qualities. Fourth, consistent with several studies, excellent logistics services between industrial purchaser and suppliers based upon relational norms did have significant effect on logistics performance such as delivery consistency and delivery qualities. Finally, the empirical results in this study could be strategic logistics management guidelines based upon the theoretical relationships among the environmental uncertainties, logistics information systems, logistics resources, relational norms, logistics services, and logistics performance.

  • More manufacturing companies tend to outsource their logistics functions to logistics service providers to ensure their own competitiveness than before. This paper investigates the differences between customer perceptions and expectations on three key logistics outsourcing decisions. For testing logistics service qualities, a research model which employs a SERVQUAL model was developed and a survey targeting manufacturing companies has been conducted. The average difference of logistics service level between customer perceptions and expectations was derived as 8% from a result of gap analyses. The findings here reveal the level of service quality of Korean logistics service providers as well as suggest core capabilities for them in order for gaining a competitive edge on the competitors and improving their performances.

  • 최근 전자상거래시장에서의 매출이 급속히 늘고 있고, 이를 이용하는 고객들도 단순한 배달서비스에서 고품질의 물류서비스를 요구하는 경향이 늘고 있다. 이러한 전자상거래환경에 맞는 물류전략을 개발함으로써 전자상거래업체들은 기업의 비용절감과 고객서비스부분을 강화하여야 한다. 따라서, 전자상거래업체들은 물류아웃소싱을 통해 기업의 유연성을 높이고, 효율적인 삼자물류업체들의 선택 및 이들의 집중적인 관리체제을 통하여 고객서비스를 높여야한다. 본 연구에서는 물류아웃소싱 및 삼자물류에 대한 선행연구들을 토대로 물류아웃소싱 의사 결정에 영향을 미치는 영향변수들, 삼자물류선택요인들과 물류아웃소싱강도와의 관계들을 연 구한다. 또한, 물류아웃소싱강도와 사이버 물류성과 그리고, 삼자물류선택요인들과 사이버 물 류성과의 관계를 연구하여 전자상거래업체들의 물류효율성을 높이는데 기여하고자 한다. 또한, 전자상거래업체들이 삼자물류를 선택하거나 평가하는 효율적인 수단과 방법들을 연구하여 전자상거래업체의 적극적인 삼자물류 활용의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.

A Study on the Critical Factors of Logistics Service Contracts (물류서비스 계약의 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • As the popularity of logistics service outsourcing has been continuously growing, one of the most frequently addressed issues is how to estimate the effect of cost reduction for users and profit gains from outsourcing contract for providers. Many manufacturing companies agree that logistics outsourcing helps to reduce their operating costs, but some other companies still do not achieve the cost saving or do not trust logistics service providers, so they keep up in-house logistics operations. On the other hand, logistics service providers have low profitability from domestic business activities since they should meet the requirements for highly customized and diverse services from customers and unstable market situation. This study provided the status report dealing with logistics service contracts in Korea. From the focused group interview with logistics professionals, we found out that service scope, scale and cost structure are the most influential factors affecting logistics service contracts. Also, logistics service providers are more sensitive than users regarding value-added logistics service, contract duration and process. Moreover, this study also proposed the standard clauses for logistics service contract and types of logistics contract applied in current logistics fields. As a result, it is expected that these achievements from this study can be utilized to improve the satisfaction of logistics outsourcing in upgrading service quality and customer service level.
