미국을 중심으로 도입되고 있는 물류보안제도는 눈에 보이지 않는 무역장벽으로 적용될 가능성이 크다. 이 연구에서는 국제적으로 시행중인 물류보안제도와 물류보안의 특징을 설명한다. 또한 화물 차량에 RFID 태그를 부착하여 물류 거점과 고속도록 톨케이트를 진출입하는 화물차량의 추적정보를 자동수집하여 RFID 기반 물류거점 정보시스템의 구축방안을 분석하였다.

Kimpo international airport logistics complex had been the most busiest airfreight gateway in Korea during last century but, after the grand open of Incheon international airport in 2001, it had lost its major role as a national airfreight hub facilities. However, owing to its locational advantages in Seoul metropolitan area. Kimpo airport logistics park still acts like an urban logistics distribution center in these days. Caused by the KAC's profit oriented policies, the Kimpo airport logistics park's public function as an urban distribution center might be curtailed in the future. Therefore, several laws and ordinances related to national and regional logistics strategies should be modified to prevent it.

Recently, the magnitude and frequency of the natural disaster have been increased, the damage has become severer. The importance of disaster response system to relieve the damage has arised continuously. This study has tried to develop the algorithm to solve the facility location and size problem in emergency logistics. A facility in the emergency logistics has various roles in victim care, casualty treatment, relief resource management and relief vehicle assistance. Moreover, the location of facility in emergency logistics has to consider the safety and reliability. To gather these information, information management system with IoT sensors are suggested. The location problem in this study also covers various features to response various demands in disaster. To solve this problem, this study suggested MIP based algorithm. Scenario based simulation experiments are conducted to verify the performance suggested algorithm.

SCM(Supply Chain Management)와 로지스틱스에 관한 관심은 최근 몇 년간 많은 사람들의 관심을 끌고 있다. 수많은 혁신기법들을 통해 사업 내 낭비의 요소들을 찾아 비용을 절감하면서 생산성 향상을 통해 기업의 수익을 올리는 식의 방법에 한계를 느끼던 기업은 상대적으로 관심이 적었던 SCM과 물류관리 방면으로 눈을 돌리게 되었다. 특히 많은 기업들은 국가의 인지도와 기업의 이미지와 기술력을 통한 경쟁력이 해외로부터 인식되면서 과거 OEM 방식의 통한 수출에서 벋어나 자가 브랜드로 해외 진출을 꾀하면서 OEM 제품과 자가 제품들에 대한 관리를 위해 해외 거점에 대한 관심이 커지기 시작하였다. 이 논문에서는 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 사용하여 국내 기업의 미주 물류거점 구축 전략을 설명한다. 기업이 물류거점을 결정할 때 어떤 방식을 이용하는지, 의사결정지원시스템으로써 지리정보시스템을 어떻게 사용하고, 어떤 과정을 거쳐 물류거점이 결정되는지를 설명하게 될 것이다.

Based on the efficient supply chain management which will be derived the customer satisfaction, the developing strategies about the scale and location of distribution center(DC) is a very important decision factors to improve the logistics cost efficiency. To do this, we will analyze the conventional DCs' location and cost which belongs to 'D' grocery company operating in Korea and propose the useful way for relocating and establishing DC in company to satisfy the reduction target of logistics cost.

It is general that mostly congested sections of national backbone networks have been improved based on the national network expansion plan. However, in case of intermodal terminals which are origins of logistics, it is still so congested that travel time between origin and destination is long. Therefore, intermodal transportation systems plan of major intermodal terminals for the intermodal connector networks between intermodal terminal and national backbone network or intermodal terminal was established. With the limitation of priority methodology applying to intermodal connector facility under existing methodology, this study suggests an improved priority methodology. This study includes characteristics of terminal on the hierarchical structure and assessment list, but it does not concentrate on the specific terminal type through survey. To avoid a certain concentration, budget constraint for each terminal type was considered ahead of priority. Finally priority methodology was developed with two-step assessment under consideration that specific terminal is not involved in intermodal connector facility project. As a result of calculating weights by survey, effects such as d/c and accessibility fluctuations index through project implementation gain high weight, and degree of region underdevelopment gets next. Although the methodology in this study could not yields the priority by assessment list, it will be useful for setting the direction on policy related to intermodal connector facility projects.

우편물류망 시뮬레이터는 집중국, 교환센터로 구성된 물류체계에서 각 물류거점에서의 소통계획에 따라 운송할 때, 어떠한 물류체계가 우편만족도와 비용측면에서 우수한가를 시뮬레이션 하는 기능을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 우편물 종류별 처리기준, 물류거점간 운행시간, 수송단위 등을 고려하여 각 물류거점간에 직송하는 방법, 모든 물량을 교환센터로 두는 방법, 교환센터와 직송을 혼합하는 방법, 교환센터를 2곳을 사용하는 방법, 교환센터를 2곳 사용하면서 직송을 허용하는 방법에 대한 송달기준 만족도와 서비스 처리시간의 평가지표로 대안평가할 수 있는 우편물류망 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 우편물류망 시물레이터는 ARENA로 작성되었으며, 우편물류망 대안들에 대하여 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 시나리오 분석을 실시하였다.

우편물류 소통계획은 집배센터, 집중국, 교환센터로 구성된 물류체계에서 각 물류거점에서의 수집마감시간, 이동시작시간, 이동횟수 등을 결정하는 계획이다. 본 연구에서는 우편물 종류별 처리기준, 물류거점간 운행시간, 수송단위 등을 고려하여 각 물류거점에서의 수집마감시간, 이동시작시간과 이동횟수에 대한 가능한 한 대안을 송달기준 만족도와 서비스 처리시간의 평가지표로 대안평가할 수 있는 우편물류 소통계획 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 우편물류 소통계획 시뮬레이터는 Visual C++로 작성되었으며, 가능한 우편물류 소통계획 대안들에 대하여 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 시나리오 분석을 실시하였다.

황해경제자유구역은 환황해권 첨단기술의 국제협력 거점 조성이라는 비전과 국제수준의 첨단기술산업 클러스터 육성, 대 중국 수출입 전진기지 및 부가가치물류 육성을 목적으로 2007년 지정되어 사업이 추진 중에 있다. 황해경제자유구역 반경 15km 이내에 7개의 산업단지가 입지하고 있어 충남 서북부지역의 산업집적도는 날로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 이를 지원할 주요 인프라 중 하나인 물류단지 시설은 전무한 실정이며 황해경제자유구역을 포함한 충남 서부지역의 물류거점 개발은 매우 미약하다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 서해안 지역 물류거점 단지 조성의 필요성을 검토하고, 둘째, 물류단지 규모 및 성격을 부여하며, 셋째, 물류단지 도입기능을 설정하고자 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 물동량 수요예측과 주변지역 연계방안을 토대로 황해경제자유구역의 배후물류단지의 필요성과 조성방안을 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구는 생산 공장, 거점창고, 지역창고, 대리점으로 이어지는 일련의 SCM상에서 효율적인 제품수송을 위한 중간창고의 통폐합을 실데이터를 이용하여 물류비 절감 사례를 보여주고 있다. 이를 위해 현재 S사의 물류운영 상황을 제품수송의 관점에서 파악하고 정리한다. 이를 통하여 총물류비의 계산식을 도출하며 현재의 물류비를 계산한다. 총물류비 절감을 위한 휴리스틱적인 방법을 이용하여 총물류비가 최소화되는 거점창고, 지역창고의 수를 결정한다. 마지막으로 결정된 거점창고와 지역창고의 총물류비를 계산함으로써 제안 안의 효율성을 기술하고 있다.
