  • 우리나라의 수출입 대부분은 해상을 통해 이루어지고 있으나 항만의 물류 창고는 데이터 네트워크를 통한 유기적인 화물의 출입과 현황관리가 부족한 실정이다. 이는 부족한 데이터 네트워크 인프라와 CCTV에 의한 아날로그 영상 데이터에 의존하는 기존 시스템의 한계로 인해 기인하는 바가 크다. 이에 IP 카메라와 엣지 디바이스의 영상분석에 의한 개별 화물 창고의 디지털 현황 분석 기반을 구축하고 분산된 개별 화물 창고의 데이터를 클라우드에 위치한 중앙 집중 데이터 분석 시스템을 구축하여 유연한 개별 화물 창고 관리와 지속적인 모니터링 기반을 제공한다. 사용자 인터페이스는 웹 기반으로 구축하여 항만 화물 관계자에게 편의성과 위치에 구애받지 않는 서비스를 제공한다. 이 과정에서 사설 IoT 네트워크를 통한 최소한의 시공비용으로 항만 내 인터넷 데이터 네트워크를 구축하여 향후 항만 내 다양한 데이터 서비스를 위한 초석을 제공한다.

  • Today as the scale of e-commerce constantly expands, the number and the amount of the consumer frauds are also increasing very rapidly, without sufficient levels of systematic support to prevent them. Internet Escrow service is one of the promising payment mechanisms, which guarantees secure electronic trades and payments. Especially, if the real-time product delivery information is available via RFID-based track-and-trace environment, the security and efficiency of the Internet Escrow services would be improved a lot. In this research, proposed a novel approach to integrate EPCglobal Network, which is a de-facto standard for RFID-based information network model, with Internet Escrow services. The proposed service model was implemented in the form of "Integrated Financial Platform", which supports the contracts among trading partners and the payment via Escrow services by being fully integrated with bank systems. Using the implemented EPCglobal Network-based Escrow service system, we would be able not only to shorten the money-flow cycle and to develop new kinds of loan services, but also to overcome the problems of existing Escrow services including the lack of product-related information and the delay of purchasing decisions.

  • The rapid growth of mobile-based online shopping and the appearance of untact business initiated by COVID-19 has led to an explosive increase in demand for logistics services such as delivery services. In order to respond to the rapidly growing demand, most logistics and distribution companies are working to improve customer service levels through the establishment of a full-filament center in the city center. However, due to social factors such as high land prices and traffic congestion, it becomes more difficult to establish the logistics facilities in the city center. In this study, it has been proposed the way to choose the candidate locations for the shared distribution centers among the space nearby the tall-gate which can be idle after the smart tolling service is widely extended. In order to evaluate the candidate locations, it has been evaluated the centralities of all candidates using social network analysis (SNA). To understand the result considering the characteristics of centrality, the network structure was regenerated based on the distance and the traveling time, respectively. It is possible to refer the result of evaluation based on the cumulative relative importance to choose the best set of candidates.

A Methodology for Assessing the Network Connectivity Improvement for Transport Hubs (교통물류거점의 네트워크 연계성 개선효과 분석 방법론)

  • This study proposes a methodology for assessing the improvement of network connectivity of transport hubs. Extending a previously developed model that measures the connectivity of a node in transportation networks, we define two quantities called the supplied connectivity and the experienced connectivity. Using these quantities, we provide a systematic procedure for analyzing the network connectivity of a transport hub and also suggest criteria for determining whether a given project is effective in improving the network connectivity of the transport hub. The application of the methodology to a test site produces reasonable results, and as such it is expected that the methodology can be used for various transport hubs in the national road network. Once enough data from the application of the methodology are accumulated, a further study on the level of service in terms of network connectivity needs to be followed.

  • 전 세계적인 국제교류 활성화와 물동량 증가로 인하여 선박으로 부터의 정보를 직접 또는 실시간으로 획득을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 현재 선박에서의 통신은 고비용 저효율의 네트워크만을 이용함으로써, 즉 기존 선박과 육지의 기지국 간 통신 방법은 통신 거리 및 속도, 비용적인 측면에서 한계를 보이고 있고, 먼 거리 해상에서는 위성을 이용하여 고비용의 통신비용이 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 ad-hoc 네트워크를 해상운송에 적합한 해상용 ad-hoc 네트워크 기술을 소개하고, 이 기술을 활용한 서비스를 제안한다. 이를 통해 저비용의 해상데이터 통신망과 위성 통신망의 연계를 통해 실시간 정보 활용이 가능하며, 화물관리 및 운용에 필요한 물류비용을 감소시키고, 물류생산성 향상을 도모할 수 있다.

  • In this paper, we have developed RFID systems with integrated tag location data for efficient logistics information systems. These are consist of RFID readers with GPS module and RFID networks to service tag location data. The developed RFID readers can get location informations Of the tags, transfer them high speed by TCP/IP protocols, and operate as web servers. And we presented a simple service network system based on EPC network to service both location and tag data. The proposed system can be applicable to tracebility or finding locations of the products.

  • 본 연구에서는 허브와 스포크의 입지선정과 차량 경로가 통합된 hub-and-spoke 네트워크 설계문제를 다룬다. Hub-and-spoke 네트워크는 대량화와 공동화를 통해 물류효율화를 실현하기 위한 대표적인 구조로 물류시스템에서 흔히 사용되고 있다. 이러한 물류시스템에서 물류비용의 절감과 고객서비스 향상을 위한 효율적인 수송네트워크 설계는 매우 중요하다. 전통적인 hub-and-spoke 네트워크 설계문제에서 각 스포크의 위치와 화물량이 미리 주어진 상황에서 허브의 입지를 결정하였다. 하지만 스포크 역시 스포크가 담당하는 고객들의 위치와 담당 영역에 따라 그 위치와 수, 그리고 화물량이 변할 수 있다. 또한 정확한 비용산출을 위해서는 스포크에서 고객으로의 수집과 배달을 위한 차량경로가 함께 고려되어야 한다. 다루는 수송망 설계문제는 상호 관련성 있는 여러 부분문제가 결합된 통합문제로써 이를 해결하는 방법으로 기존의 발견적 방법에 의한 순차적 기법은 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 공생 진화알고리듬 기반의 방법론을 채용하여 다루는 수송망 설계문제를 동시에 통합적으로 해결할 수 있는 알고리듬을 개발한다. 실험을 통해 개발한 알고리듬의 우수성과 그 적용성을 보인다.

  • Unlike the past, efforts must be made to interpret physical distribution from a network perspective as the service area expands spatially. In addition, logistics networks are undergoing rapid changes due to various changes in the environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in the structure of maritime cargo and the centrality of ports using social network analysis. Using the trade data of domestic maritime at five-year intervals, we investigated changes in the network structure and identified the main factors that affect the centrality of domestic ports. Ports with the highest centrality, which is seen as a port that plays the role of an intermediary, emerged in the order of Busan and Ulsan. This study predicts patterns of domestic cargo trade over the next 20 years based on changes in port centrality and understanding of maritime cargo network, and can be used as reference materials for risk preparation.

  • The development of RFID system is increasing rapidly by applying to variety fields recently. Especially, RFID system is used to the focus technology of the supply chain management in distribution field of the supplier. In distribution field, We have to grasp products quickly and correctly, but this has a problem to make an inventory of products in real-time because of products transfer. In this paper, to solve this problems. We grasp the state of inventory in real-time by using EPC-IS network becoming the organizational standard of RFID network. also, We offer an authentation of product service to grasp counterfeits and stolen goods in real-time. Therefore, in this paper, We show to be able to process an authentation of product service and inventory of products in distribution field in real-time.

  • Companies are facing challenges to have high competitiveness because of continuous oil price rising and CO2 emissions regulations. Thus, companies are trying hard to construct effective logistics and operation system to achieve high customer service quality and saving cost. Also the ec-friendly idustrial complex is needed. Busan is in process to construct GILC(Global Industry Logistics City) in west Busan province to achieve high competitiveness and support lack of industrial complex. To construct this kind of logistics industrial complex, it needs logistics system through proper policy and freight transportation co-operation. Especially, efficient management through logistics hierarchy construction in industrial complex is very important for low cost and eco-friendly point of view. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze logistics system and suggest operation model to present logistics complex construction base data.
