다세대 확산모형을 활용한 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장 수요예측

  • 본 연구는 현재 정부의 규제완화 및 다양한 대체서비스의 등장으로 인해 점차 시장내 경쟁이 심화되어 가고 있는 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장에 있어 향후 경쟁상황이 어떻게 진행될지에 대한 연구를 통하여 이에 속한 기업들의 향후 시장전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 향후 경쟁상황을 예측하는데 있어 본 연구에서는 사용하는 방법론으로 첫째, 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장의 전체 수요예측을 우선적으로 실시한 후 둘째, 전체 시장의 수요를 바탕으로 이에 속하는 개별 서비스간의 경쟁관계와 대체관계에 의한 개별 서비스 수요를 예측하게 된다. 이상과 같은 서비스간의 수요를 도출함으로써 시장내 경쟁상황과 경쟁정도를 파악하게 된다. 현재 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장의 경우 가장 큰 특징이 바로 신규 대체 서비스들의 등장이고, 이들 서비스에 의해 전체 시장규모가 얼마나 성장할 것인지, 전체 시장에서 개별 서비스들의 기여도는 어느 정도가 되는지가 최대 관심사이다. 이에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 신규 대체 서비스가 시장에 진입하였을 때 파급효과가 얼마나 되는지를 추정하여 수요를 예측하였다. 이에 대한 추정결과 연구대상으로 하고 있는 전용회선서비스, 프레임릴레이서비스, 가상사설망서비스에서 전용회선서비스에 대한 타 유사서비스들의 영향력은 그리 크지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 반해 가상사설망서비스는 프레임릴레이서비스를 대체하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구 결과를 통해 사업자들은 향후 시장경쟁 상황을 예측할 수 있기 때문에 이에 대해 적절한 사업전략을 수립하는데 큰 도움을 얻게 되리라 기대한다.적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지로 선택하고 사이버 거래를 통해 생성된 물류가 부분적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지에 분배되게 함으로써 각 분배 센타의 재고 완충역할을 수행하게 한다. 이에 따라 안전 재고 및 역 배송을 최소화 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 미 출고로 인한 손실을 최소화하며 고객의 서비스를 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.증진, 페기물 발생 억제 분야에 상당한 성공을 거두었으며, 지금도 지속적으로 유지 관리 및 미비한 부분(CAER, 등)의 향상에 노력하고 있다. Dow Korea의 수입 판매 부분에 주로 관련된 Product Stewardship 및 Distribution Code는 여러 사업부 및 여러 지역(미국, 유럽, 아시아 등)에 위치한 담당자가 관련된 까닭에 가장 복잡한 부분이어서 많은 인력과 시간을 소비하면서 노력하고 있으나 아직까지 소정의 목표에 도달하지 못했으며, 2000년 말에 모든 실행지침이 실행되도록 목표, 실행 계획 및 조직을 수정하여 노력하고 있다.lumn density at distant position from MD5 is larger than that in the (:entral region. Beneficial effects of ton-bag and wire-steel pallet on postharvest handling of onion and the cost evaluation (톤백 및 와이어철제파렛트 이용에 따른 양파의 수확후관리 효율성 증대와 경제성 평가)

  • This study aimed in onion production by evaluating cost and labor efficiencies of onion storage methods using either a ton-bag or a wire-steel pallet. New methods using ton-bag and wire-steel pallets were developed and applied to postharvest tasks, such as harvest packaging, transportation, and storage. The storage parameters evaluated for their effect on the logistics of onion production were: working duration, working hours, and cost expenditure. The longitudinal tensile strength of the ton-bag developed in this study was 16% higher than that of the conventional ton-bag. The wire-steel pallet developed in this study had 10% more storage capacity in a low-temperature storage room, and its truck loading capacity was more than doubled compared to that of the conventional steel pallet. There was no difference in the wasting rate during bulk storage between the newly developed wire-steel pallet and the conventional steel pallet, for 500 kg of onions. However, the bulk storage of 1,000 kg of onions using the wire-steel pallet was not found to be suitable, because the wasting rate of onions stored using the wire-pallet was 3.7% higher than that of onions stored using a conventional steel pallet. The time and the total investing costs for the bulk method decreased by 50.1% and 46.1%, respectively, compared to those for conventional harvest. In the bulk storage using the wire-steel pallet, the total storage cost decreased by 28.8%. Thus, it is estimated that we could have saved 18.3 billion won if the wire-steel pallet method about 30% of the total onion production (1,298,749 M/T) in 2016.

  • The WCO Time Release Study (TRS) is a unique tool and method for measuring the actual performance of Customs activities. The ultimate aim of TRS is to improve the performance of the function being measured. To be more specific, TRS is used for identifying bottlenecks in the international supply chain and/or constraints affecting Customs release, assessing newly introduced and modified techniques, procedures, technologies and infrastructure, or administrative changes, establishing baseline trade facilitation performance measurement, identifying opportunities for trade facilitation improvements and estimating the country's approximate comparative position as a benchmark tool. The effective utilization methods of TRS for trade facilitation in Korea Customs Services are as follows ; Firstly, it is necessary to make every efforts to identify bottlenecks in border-related procedures and improve their procedures for continuous and more improved trade facilitation. Secondly, it is necessary to optimize and simplify export-related procedures using the TRS in exportation for efficiency of total international supply chain. Thirdly, it is necessary to make coordinated border management with main trading partners. Lastly, it is necessary to enhance Korea's international status to support underdeveloped countries in the field of trade procedures.

  • The army of republic of korea have been continued to transform their logistics support system structure for better efficient logistics support system in preparation for the future environment. Logistics system has supply network structure which is connected by various units and supply network structure received attention as a factor of success of supply network. Many researchers have continuously researched inventory management, transportation or economy factors for supply network, but such a study on the one in military supply network structure analysis is still slower than the study of analysis of other factors until now. In this study, we identify military supply network structure influence factor by application of social network analysis method which is used broadly and analyze co-relationships between supply network structure influence factor and valued APL(average path length) as a criteria of efficiency of military supply network. By this study it has value of military supply network influence factor identification for the better military supply network fabrication.

An Empirical Study on the Effect of International Standard Certification Execution and CRM Satisfaction on Business Performance in B2B Transaction (B2B거래에서 국제표준인증 실행과 CRM만족도가 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증적 연구)

  • The international standard certification evaluates the extend to which the supplier satisfies the international standard certification standards of the supplier of the product and the service, recognizes the quality assurance ability and reliability of the supplier, thereby resolving the international trade regulation that can occur to various fields and strengthening the network of the global partnership it is making an important contribution. Therefor, in this study, the survey was conducted on 153 companies of Korean import and export companies. The research method was empirically analyzed by the structural equation model. The results of the hypothesis test of this study are as follows. First, resource management factors among the international standard certification factors in the global trade supply chain integration had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Second, the measurement, analysis and improvement factors of international standard certification factors had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Third, CRM satisfaction has a positive effects on business performance. Through this study, it is concluded that the Korean import and export companies have an important role in improving the business performance of the global trade partners.

  • The information flow through RFID techniques such as, standardized EPC and EPCglobal network suggests new change in the method of cooperating and sharing information in the supply chain. Common function should be prepared for communication, security techniques, and business processes based on the EPCglobal standard to introduce efficient RFID techniques. And the standard architecture which can deal with the RFID environment flexibly is quite necessary. Therefore, this paper suggests Enterprise Application Framework (EAF) for developing efficient and secure RFID applications. EAF offers essential services to develop RFID enterprise systems : a communication environment which uses various standard communication protocols, a security function based on PKI, and abstract business services for flexible introduction of RFID businesses. It simplifies the RFID business integration, minimizes the development complexity, and thus EAF is expected to reduce the cost of RFID application development. EAF guarantees constructing secure RFID applications due to PKI-based security mechanism.

  • The Indonesian e-commerce market has grown significantly due to sustained economic growth, middle class growth, rapid increase in Internet and SNS users, and increase in accessibility of mobile broadband services. In particular, consumers' online shopping through mobile and SNS has been increasing rapidly based on the expansion of the popularity of smart phone devices. This research suggested the strategies for expanding exports of Indonesia through e-commerce platform to the Korean firms, with deep analysis of the current status and features, problems, cases, and implications etc. of Indonesia's e-commerce market. As an export expansion strategy utilizing Indonesia's e-commerce platform, this study showed the Korean firms have to build a local online distribution network, establish a logistics & delivery and payment system, acquire Halal certification for Muslim market, carry out the in-depth market research, actively implement Hanryu marketing strategy, develop a creative product, set up market segmentation strategies, and develop SNS mobile marketing.

  • Recently, the aim of cold storage warehouse is not only to provide preservation of the quality of perishable foods but also to use state-of-the-art information systems to rapidly move products across the cold chain. An RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is an automatic identification method that detects signals from mobile objects, and tracks and traces movement of the objects. RFID can be used to turn a cold storage warehouses into a real-time system. In this paper, we develop an cold storage management system to support the optimized business processes with RFID system. First of all, business processes in the cold storage warehouse are analyzed. Then design factors which should be considered for incorporating RFID are defined. Design values which set to the design factors can be extracted from using RFID deployment simulator. as a result, the design values make RFID to be efficiently integrated to existing business processes.

  • Most companies in automobile part industry need a SCM (Supply Chain Management) system under the cooperation with suppliers for assembling a automobile. Automobile part industry has a industry feature of hierarchical structure like 1st, 2nd, 3rd vendors. Recently, new cases to implement RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology appear in various areas required for integrated information system. Especially, supply chain environment in automobile part industry turns toward ubiquitous computing environment. Most companies in automobile part industry are interested in implementing RFID-based supply chain management system, which makes them shorten the business process, share the transaction information, and enhance the collaborative relationship between trading partners. This paper intends to implement RFID technology in the physical distribution area of automobile part industry such as warehousing, delivering, inventory management. The purpose of this paper is to improve the collaborative relationship of supply chain network using RFID applied to u-SCM system in ubiquitous computing environment. The contribution of this paper is to suggest a new system approach to transform existing business process into new business process through designing and implementing a RFID based SCM system using UML techniques.

Effect of Destination and Cruise Service Attributes on Customer Satisfaction (크루즈 기항지와 선사 서비스속성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • In order to suggest ways to enhance service competitiveness in cruise and destination, this study developed a measure of cruise tour service and analyzed the impact and relative importance on customer satisfaction. Specifically, for the service quality analysis, based on the SERVPERF model, the specialty of the industry was reflected through the arguments of tourism and transport logistics, and the three factors of cruise service quality and destination service quality were derived and utilized as measurement tools. As an analysis method, factor and reliability analysis were conducted using data collected via a survey. Next, correlation analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between variables and regression analysis was performed to check the impact of cruise tour service quality on customer satisfaction. The study found that both cruise service attributes and destination service attributes had a positive effect on customer satisfaction and that the relative importance of service attributes was identified. Accordingly, it was found that the service quality should be formed by reflecting arguments in the tourism and transport logistics sectors and that the service should be further improved and developed according to the importance of the service attributes so as to enhance cruise tour products.
