1990년대 중반을 넘어서면서 성장둔화에 직면한 한국경제의 애로요인으로 인건비, 토지가격, 금리 등 생산요소 가격의 상승, 기술개발의 부족 및 물류애로에 따른 과다한 물류비의 부담 등이 지적되고 있다. 이 세 가지 요인 중에서 생산요소가격의 문제는 거시경제정책의 변수의 성향을 가지고 있으며, 기술개발에 대한 투자와 결실은 단기(Short-Run)에 해결되기는 곤란하므로 개별기업은 물론 정부를 포함하는 제 경제주체의 노력에 따라서 물류비용을 획기적으로 절감하고 그를 통해 국가경쟁력의 회복 또는 강화의 계기를 발견하고자 하는 노력이 다각적으로 펼쳐지고 있다. 본 연구는 미국의 다양한 연안해운 정책 중 America's Marine Highway Program(AMHP)을 중심으로 분석하였으며 도출된 시사점으로 바탕으로 우리나라 제주도 물류의 고비용을 초래하는 비효율화를 개선하는데 필요한 연안해운 정책의 방향성을 설정하고 공적 역할의 필요성을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

This study was conducted on the assumption that for Incheon international airport to become the logistics hub of northeast asia's region, it is necessary to investigate and analyze problems of forwarder's international air cargo transportation process, those factors and so on. The conditions of the process of international air cargo transportation was analysed individually according to the time required, satisfaction and problems of each step of process by dividing those into import and export. Consequently it turned out that the time required for the export process of the international air cargo transportation is longer by about 1 hour than the import process which means the improvement of import section rather than export is more urgent to improve the overall international air cargo transportation process. For the improvement of the process, it is also necessary to construct the international air cargo transportation' information system, secure competition of operating and to improve logistics standardization by considering all factors above.

Green logistics is regarded as an inevitable global trend in the 21st century. It can be accomplished through more broad and active reverse logistics globally, resulting in use of less fossil fuels, finally reducing carbon dioxide and other pollutants. Many countries such as U.S., Japan, EU nations have already set up policies related to carbon reduction, so-called 'green policies.' This paper aims to identify evaluation criteria for logistics policies and relative importance among those criteria, especially in the field of ports and in-land hub terminals. We examined projects related to carbon reduction from domestic and foreign ports and logistics centers and found evaluation factors and assessment indicators. With pre-evaluative items and pre-assessment indicators, we have done a survey and selected evaluation factors and assessment indicators for ports and inland hub terminals in Korea. By analyzing the mutual importance of each pre-evaluative items and pre-assessment indicators related to carbon reduction policies, this research provides guidelines on selecting the key items for the propulsion of carbon reduction projects. This study shows the importance of preliminary evaluation items and indexes with AHP in evaluating carbon reduction policies and the result shows the restrictions and change in transportation and use of alternative fuels. Lastly, it provides a guideline to policy-makers and firm managers in the field of green logistics.

This study is conducted to find out the problems of the public food waste recycling facility operation and its improvement. In order to save the national budget by analyzing plans to expand including operation rate for the food waste recycling facility, the alternative ways are suggested. The result can be as follows: Policy switch is required not only to save budget and stable disposal of food waste but also to promote resource recycling rather than expanding public facilities. In order to change the policy for stable and eco-friendly disposal of food waste, it is necessary to adopt semipublic system that prevent the decline of the rate of operation of private resource recycling facility. Furthermore, it is required to prepare both qualified technologies of public resource recycling and the ways of profitability secure.

According to the "2021 Trade Statistics" released by the Korea Customs Service, the number of domestic export companies has decreased by 2,400 since COVID-19, and the number of importers has increased by 10,000. Exporting companies are making a great contribution to the economic development of Korea along with the creation of domestic jobs. At a time when the logistics environment changes rapidly, there are insufficient papers analyzing the impact of eco-friendly logistics strategies of domestic exporters on logistics performance. In order for exporting companies to continue to have global competitiveness and improve logistics performance, it is necessary to analyze the impact of eco-friendly logistics strategies on the logistics performance of exporting companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of eco-friendly logistics strategies of domestic export companies on logistics performance. The eco-friendly logistics strategy is divided into an internal strategy and a supply chain management strategy. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the internal strategy has a positive effect on the logistics performance of exporting companies, and the supply chain management strategy has a positive effect on the logistics performance of exporting companies. As such, it was analyzed that the eco-friendly logistics strategy of exporting companies is an important resource for companies and serves as the basis for improving the logistics performance of companies.

국내외적으로 전자상거래 이용이 활성화됨에 따라 물류환경도 변화하고 있다. 또한 전자상거래 시대에 부합하는 물류서비스 경쟁도 가속화되고 있다. 업무환경이 현장에서 단순 반복 업무로 이뤄진다는 Logistics의 특성상 차별화 된 서비스를 위해 Mobile 기기를 도입한다는 것은 필수적인 추세가 되어 가고 있다. m-Logistics의 확산은 이제 시대의 흐름이되었으며, 따라서 모바일 환경에 대한 효과적인 대응전략은 기업의 수익과 비용감소에 직접적인 역할을 할 것이다. 물론 물류분야에 Mobile을 도입하여 그 효과를 최대화하기 위해서는 물류업무의 표준화, 모바일 기기의 기능강화, 무선통신 인프라의 확충, 기업투자비 경감등의 조건을 해결해야 한다는 선행과제가 있지만, 공차 운행으로 인한 물류비 절감과 유무선 통합 물류관리를 통한 업무 생산성 및 고객서비스 개선이라는 기대효과는 Mobile의 도입을 충분히 매력적으로 보이게 하는 요소인 것이다 이런 점에서 본 논문에서 제시하는m-Logistics환경에서 물류 서비스 중 가장 중요한 전자지불과 거래보안 서비스를 새롭게 제시하였다.

최근의 기업환경은 과거의 소품종 대량생산체계에서 벗어나 소비자의 다양한 요구에 부응하기 위해 다품종소량의 제품을 소비자에게 제공함으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 키워나가야 한다. 이를 위해서는 물류에서의 효율적인 관리가 제품의 비용을 줄이고 고객서비스를 개선하는 것이 기업의 생존전략이 되고 있는 실정이다. 물류의 효율화를 위해서는 물류 공동화와 단순화를 통한 물류비용을 절감할 수 있는데 공동화와 단순화를 하기 위한 전제조건으로서 물류 표준화가 절대적인 역할을 한다. 이러한 물류 표준화의 출발점으로서 파렛트의 표준화를 정착하여 관련된 포장, 물류설비의 표준화를 동시에 병행하여 추진을 하여야 할 것이다. 이 논고에서는 국제표준기구인 ISO (International Standard Organization)/TC(Technical Committee) 51 기술위원회에서 추진 중인 파렛트의 국제규격을 중심으로 그와 관련된 성능시험 등의 제 $\cdot$ 개정 현황을 소개하고 앞으로의 전망을 살펴보기로 한다.

철로를 통해 수출입 화물을 운송하는 철도 물류 비즈니스에서의 정보교환은 사용자와 한국철도공사간에 전자문서(EDI, XML)를 사용하여 처리하거나 WEB을 통해 데이터를 입력함으로써 처리하고 있다. 전자적으로 데이터를 교환하여 처리하는 업무 비중은 철도 물류뿐만 아니라 물류 전반에 걸쳐 점차 높아지고 있는 추세이다. 철도 물류 또한 점차 증대되는 업무 자동화에 대한 사용자 요구를 지원하기 위하여 전자적인 데이터 교환의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도물류 업무에 있어서 전자적인 데이터 교환을 지원하기 위하여 현 철도 물류 정보화에 대해 분석하고 이에 대한 개선 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 또한 표준화된 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 방법에 따른 정보 표준화 방안에 대해서도 논의하고자 한다.
