To ensure continued existence, an organization must develop ways to share the knowledge that is possessed within the organization with the people who need, or who will need, that knowledge. Improving the efficiency of knowledge sharing is a highly desirable goal, but the issue of how best to motivate individuals to share their most valuable knowledge is not yet completely resolved. This paper aims to provide a sharing model on job related knowledge. Also, it intends to look for the factors that facilitate knowledge sharing among individuals in an organization. The research model is based on the technology acceptance model and it includes the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude and intention to share constructs. Also, two external variables namely organizational culture and system quality were added. However, the actual use was excluded. In the research model, all hypotheses were found to be significant except one, which is the hypothesis that perceived usefulness will positively affect the intention to share.

People's leisure activities have increased due to changes in perception of social life. Camping cars are becoming popular due to the development of camping culture and traveling. However, there are not many users compared to the population of the camper due to the difficulty of economy and usability. Making it not easy to purchase or rent a camping car. Therefore, this study researches on camping service by combining shared services. It is aimed to provide a user centered camping shared service considering usage and economic efficiency. This study analyzed the concept, characteristics and current status of shared service and camping car with reference to domestic, overseas literature and internet data to provide basic data of camping car using shared service. In addition, through case study of shared vehicles, it is possible to grasp the current market. Integrate P2P, B2C, renting company and individuals to derive the design of A2P (All to People)service which connects and shares all. The user can have its own space available at the desired place and time. This study is a camping or unique mobile space service design that can be easily experienced in everyday life. It will reduce the strain of maintaining expenses and also process of pick up, return is freely making user-centered service design. This service design will lead to a diverse range of leisure activities and contribute to the upsweep of the camper industry.

The purpose of this was to analyze the effects of the knowledge management(human capital and structural assets) on organizational performance in nursing homes. The survey was conducted 299 workers in nursing homes in Chungcheongnam and Chungcheongbuk provinces. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability, correlation, and regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that structural assets(shared culture and process) were most significantly influential factors on organizational performance and the effects of age, position, operating entities were significant. But the impact of human capital was not significant. From the above results, the cooperation between organizations is needed to actively share knowledge in order to increase the shared culture. In addition, the institutions should try to develop a variety of programs and to provide an environment where the members talk freely in order to increase the process level.

The study is to investigate the impact of the knowledge sharing and utilization among the participants in international joint ventures on the characteristics and the joint venment performance of the participants. The specific areas of the investigation for significant impacts of knowledge sharing & utilization by international joint ventures are contract compliance, motivation & willingness for business participation, management autonomy, organizational culture and the joint performances, and the characteristics that are unique to the participants in international joint ventures are empirically investigated as well. The findings of the empirical analysis are as follows: knowledge sharing & utilization has positive impacts on the areas of contract compliance, management autonomy, motivation & willingness for business participation and organizational culture, and, in return, the areas of contract compliance, managerial autonomy, and motivation & willingness for business participation appeared to have positive effects on their joint venture performances.

There is a recognition that traditional resource sharing methods such as interlibrary lending and document delivery are now inadequate to meet user needs in the increasingly networked environment. The current study identifies barriers to resource sharing and provides analysis of stakeholders engaged in resource sharing. Focused interviews with six professional librarians were also carried out to seek out deeper understanding of perceptions of barriers among librarians. Results show that the size of the library was not necessarily result in active resource sharing. There was a wide gap among librarians in terms of their attitudinal and organizational orientations towards resource sharing. Barriers specifically identified in the study include the narrowly defined notion among librarians of what constitutes research and the untested fear of swamping where there is an imbalance of collections. Overall, while resource sharing is recognized as an integral part of library services, it seriously lacks funding and staff. The study recommends earnest efforts to build librarians' community to invigorate resource sharing among libraries.

공유하천의 물 배분문제는 이해당사자간 입장차이가 뚜렷하여 일관된 해결책을 찾기가 어려운 과제이다. 따라서 문제해결을 위한 접근방법이나 적용하고자 하는 논리와 원칙이 일방적일 수 있으며, 연안국가간 서로 상반되는 논리를 주장하는 것이 대부분이다. 즉 어떤 국가든 자기에게 가장 유리한 입장을 취하게 되며 상대방의 주장에 동조하는 자세는 자국 내에서 큰 비판에 직면할 수 있다는 정치적 부담이 있다. 결국 각각의 연안국가들은 자기에게 가장 유리한 이론과 논리를 내세우게 되며 타협과 협력에 도달하기 위해서는 수문, 기상, 사회, 문화, 경제 및 정치적 문제를 극복해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 남북공유하천의 공평하고 합리적인 이용방법을 제시하기 위하여 이해관계가 복잡한 하류유역의 수리권을 추정하였다. 이를 위해 국제 공유하천에서 수리권 배분을 위한 표준화된 법칙이 없으므로 과거 사례 분석을 통해 해석방법을 찾고자 하였다. 아울러 현재 남북공유하천의 문제점을 진단하고 국제사례를 통해 하류국가인 남한지역에 기득수리권이 존재함을 증명하고자 하였다. 또한 수리권 배분(북한의 임남댐 보장방류량)을 위해 국제적으로 적용된 사례와 이의 평가기준 등을 고려하여 남북공유하천에 적용하고자 하였다.
