Humanity has reached the age of service economy. A new economy requires new management. The chief executive of new management is the CEO. The results of management decision-making are reflected in the company's performance, and are the basis for future growth engines. This study empirically analyzed the effect of CEO competence, corporate orientation, and management performance of small and medium-sized mid-sized business managers on each other. In the study, a hypothesis was established between eight variables. In addition, the relationship between corporate orientation and CEO competency, which has not been studied, was also identified. Set personal effectiveness, willingness to innovate, opportunity recognition, information perception, relationship formation, business management, leadership, organizational culture, and human resource management as measures of CEO competency. After defining the operation in accordance with this study, the analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, corporate orientation did not produce a meaningful result in management performance. And CEO competency showed a positive (+) effect on management performance. It can be judged that the CEO variable, a management variable, had a positive effect on management performance. Also, there was a significant result in the relationship between corporate orientation and CEO competency. Innovativeness, initiative, and risk-taking have positive implications for CEO competency. Lastly, corporate orientation showed statistically significant results on management performance through the mediation of CEO competency. It is worth noting the results of this study in that the time of the study was the timing of the global pandemic (fendermic) of the COVID19 virus. In the future, in-depth research is needed on the relationship between CEO-related factors and management performance in a more changed economic environment.

This study examined the effects of entrepreneurship and perception of entrepreneurial environment on business performance. In particular, this study analyzed the difference in the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable by using the government's participation in the start-up support project as a moderate variable. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the researcher drew the variables corresponding to entrepreneurship and the variables related to entrepreneurship awareness. Innovativeness and risk sensitivity were selected as variables for entrepreneurship, and market environment and product environment were selected as variables for perception of entrepreneurial environment. Based on the above variables the research model was completed including the degree of participation in the government's start-up support project as a moderating variable. The data for the empirical analysis were collected from start-up companies in Daegu in 2018. A total of 601 questionnaires were collected and 399 copies of the data were used in this study after removing the unfaithful answers. The results of the analysis showed that innovation had a negative effect on management performance, and risk sensitivity, market environment, and product environment had a positive effect on management performance. In terms of the moderating effect, in the case of innovation, the higher the participation in government support projects, the lesser the negative effect. Risk sensitivity and product environment showed a strong impact on companies with a lot of government support projects, and the market environment had a strong impact on those who participated less. This study confirmed the importance and necessity of entrepreneurship and perception of entrepreneurial environment that influence the management performance of entrepreneurs. It is also meaningful in that it deals with the practical effects of the government's start-up support project on the start-up performance.

This study describes the impact of early childhood teacher's artistic competence on art education pedagogy and improved curriculum design. Furthermore, the effect of drama as a way of improving early childhood teacher's artistic competence is explained. Many researchers have mentioned that early childhood is a period of sensitivity and potential. Therefore, it will be helpful if children meet a teacher who understands them and inspires their innate artistic sense at a level of their eyes. It explained which aspect of artistic competence should be focused for the teacher training education. There are many approaches to develop early childhood teachers' artistic competence. Adopting drama is one of them. The strong points of drama to improve their artistic competence are as follows. Firstly, human's movement and voice are the main artistic channel in drama. What we are doing in daily life is found are drama world. It means if early childhood teachers experience drama activity, they will feel more comfortable and intimate with it. In addition, early childhood teachers tend to be familiar with dramatic play, so they can more easily access to drama world. Secondly, drama will be helpful to understand different feelings and to broaden and deepen understandings of others' standpoints. For early childhood teachers, drama activity will be helpful to understand how dramatic art form works and to lead children's play in diversified and sincere way. In addition, drama activity will be useful to build horizontal and democratic relationships between children and the teacher. It is one of the main emphases of 2019 revised Nori national curriculum. To sum up, drama will be a excellent method to develop artistic competence for early childhood teachers. Thus, it is expected that They have more opportunities to experience drama as an art form.

In this article, we examine the real meaning behind the stories in which the N-po Generation (Millennial Generation) is depicted, through the observation of entertainment programs, TV series, and movies. This could be an opportunity to investigate the aspects of emotional customs of our era, which have been described by television media as portraying the complex and multifaceted reality in the most mundane and popular manner while influencing the public. Problems with youth unemployment, the polarization of life, and instability are not only global issues but situations that specifically occur in South Korea. It is thus vital to pay attention to the inner side of the N-po Generation who enjoy Sohwakhaeng (small but certain happiness) by eating alone as the placebo effect of this tough reality. This is an agenda that should be viewed as a problem in the fundamental design of South Korean society. The consciousness of the problem shown in the TV series has been drawing attention. The TV series Because depicts a love narrative that concentrates on emotions in a relationship that started between housemates due to poverty and housing problems, leading to marriage. Thus, the TV series persuasively dramatized 'confluent love' in the N-po Generation. In the movie , Miso can be regarded as a symbol that represents the emergence of a new generation of cultural sensitivity. There is a suggestion in the sequence of that identifies the pursuit of taste with the discovery of identity. The TV series is a growth narrative that deals heavily with youth unemployment, temporary workers, fragmented families, and dating violence. The housemates in find emotional stability through interaction with each other, and courageously approach their individual problems. In the process, images of women, who are empathetic towards others and are willing to jointly solve their problems, are calmly depicted to reveal a story of growth revolving around a ground emotional community. The current problem that South Korean society should contemplate is how to be fully human beyond mere survival, and how to further seek the conditions of human existence. In that sense, what we should pursue is a notion of 'publicness', which can put several generations together. Because of the reality that confliction between generations must be triggered, in order to make a passage of sympathizing, mass media's sensitivity training becomes more important. This may be the duty of mass media.

I try to extract typological factors from the historically relevant works of animation, for that we can refer 'style.' creator's individuality, general tendencies and restraints of his time, the national properties work on them. It is the individual aspect that excels in the works of Jiri Trnka, Tim Burton, Yuri Norstein, so they stand out not only in their own specific sensibility, vision but also in the elucidation of themes and the technology of dealing medium. On the other hand the Walt Disney's animation has so distinctive characteristics that we could identify them. Disney's so-called classical model accomplished a typically American animation form as full of expressive visual language, over reaction, full animation describing detail action. We could tell, Miyajaki Hayao's Gibri Studio represents Japanese animation, which works on traditional motives of Japan and expresses unique humanity.

With the advent of new media richness of technology in the digital age has transformed our lives. The development of technology, the more our lives more convenient, new, future-oriented, while expectations for the digital age, people are longing for warm, human sensibility became. Of modernism and post-modernism appeared to reflect the proliferation of digital media in culture, wandering through the complex has been diversifying. In the digital age stabilizing psychological or mental needs of people who want to begin to emerge as the disfunctional aspects of the digital age has been suggested for the problem. To respond to human emotion on the emotional reaction of users to consider the analog emotional design began to emerge. The analog to digital media to express emotions practical approach to the problem should be attempted. Analog in a digital environment, emotional nature of the digital technology and communication, and symbolic and emotional aspects of people as announced to blend the new extension, change, and an analog emotional design for the evolution and development of new possibilities to investigate the castle.

Industrial design, as a traditional meaning, is based on the method of production by machine beginning with the Industrial Revolution. At present, the identity of design is in confusion with the development of computer and related medium technology. The new wave called 'cyber' has doubts about the hypothesis in the method of production by machine as the production method by machine had doubts about the hypothesis of the production method by handicraft long before. This thesis is a study on how computers and new media, such as virtual reality, change our environments and susceptibilities of life and design culture. The thesis is going to dismantle and reorganize the material-oriented classification based on the production method by machine through the discussion on cyberspace and culture, image. and text, virtual image and reality, and so on. Eventually this study finds out a topography and identity of the design in this changing age.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of recreational therapy as part of Social Adult Day Care Program administered in the state of New York for the Korean American elderly living in the United States. The study was conducted in a nonequivalent control group posttest-only design from February to April, 2017. The participants included 35 subjects in the experimental group and 35 subjects in the control group; among the sample, 66 participants' data were analyzed. The average age of subjects who participated in this study was 79.4 years, and the average duration of residence in the United States was 24.6 years. Based on the study results, the recreational therapy program provided by the day care center was found to have a positive effect on the participant's daily life performances, depression and loneliness. Therefore, a variety of cultural sensitive recreational therapy program for the elderly population should be developed and operated in the future; furthermore, evidence-based research should be conducted to evaluate the effects of these programs.

It is well known that entrepreneurial orientation of innovative enterprises influences in a positive way on the performance. As the culture of the organization is innovative and proactive, it can be more adaptive to the environment and more aggressive. According to the prior literature, however, there have been few researches on the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the technology commercialization, which can be regarded as a precedent factor of the performance of the enterprise. This research aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the technology commercialization. In addition, we examined if competitive intensity moderate the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on technology commercialization. The findings suggest that entrepreneurial orientation influence technology commercialization. However, the empirical evidence indicates that competitive intensity does not moderate the influence of the entrepreneurial orientation on technology commercialization. The results would be useful for academic and practitioners in understanding the entrepreneurship in the innovative enterprises. Several limitations of the research results were described and further research directions were suggested.

This study is an primary analysis on convergence of porcelain lacquer painting art which is composed of porcelain art and raw lacquer technic. As a part of ceramic art, this study suggest 3 ways of porcelain lacquer decoration with understanding of its history and contemporary status. Lacquer technic gives stability for surface paintings and it also has various media to express its beauty. Porcelain lacquer decoration art contains artistic value and pragmatic purpose for daily life usage. These days, due to unavailability for mass production, it tends to be tried for art work purposes. However this artistic technic and value can be applied to porcelain goods, so that it will raise aesthetic pleasure and cultural diversity.
