고추장의 고장 전북 순창(淳昌)에는 고추장보다 몇 배 더 값진 진품이 있다. 다름 아닌 순창 고추장장아찌를 두고 하는 말이다. 순창시내를 지나다 보면 가는 곳마다 원조 고추장집들이 줄지어 있고 고추장과 함께 다양한 장아찌들이 진열되어 있는 모습을 쉽게 만나볼 수 있다. 이와 같은 순창의 장 문화는 내륙 깊숙이 들어앉은 알맞은 높이의 지리적 환경과 오염 없이 맑은 공기, 뛰어난 수질 때문인 것으로 알려지고 있다. 그래서 어떤 농작물이든 맛이 확실하고 그 효능이 뛰어나 사람이나 가축이 모두 건강하고 장수한다. 고추장장아찌는 진귀한 만큼 순창의 일반적인 고추장처럼 널리 알려져 있지는 않다. 더욱이 급격한 식생활의 변화속에서 자칫 잊혀갈 염려도 없지 않다. 보다 깊은 과학적 접근과 탐색이 이뤄져야 할 일이다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the emotional leadership of directors and the organization culture and to examine differences in the level of emotional leadership of directors. The research results were as follows: Firstly, the relationship between emotional leadership of directors and organization culture showed a positive correlation between all sub-factors. Secondly, multiple regression analyses identified the emotional leadership's sub-factors were significant predictors of the organization culture. Thirdly, organization culture significantly differed according to the emotional leadership level. In summary, this research confirmed that there was a correlation between the emotional leadership of directors and organization culture.

This study is a study that provides basic data and direction related to the cultural city policy of Wanju-gun. The goal of this study is to provide policy implications by analyzing domestic and overseas cases that have succeeded in cultural city policy based on case documents. This study consists of the instruction of Chapter 1, the review of cultural city policies in Chapter 2, the analysis of domestic cases in Chapter 3, the analysis of overseas cases in Chapter 4, and the conclusion of Chapter 5. Chapter 2, the Cultural City Policy Review, deals with the concept and types of cultural cities, and policy-related development projects. Chapter 3, Domestic Case Analysis, analyzed the Seoul City Urban Renewal Project, Seoul Cheonggyecheon Stream Restoration Project, and Changwon Public Art Project. Chapter 4, Overseas Case Analysis, analyzed the Kanazawa Civic Art Village in Japan, Bant 1929 in Yokohama, Japan, and Zollverein in Germany. Through these cases, we'd like to provide the successful policy direction and basic data of the cultural city of Wanju-gun.

Today, increasing consumption of arts and culture, many people are visiting theater or concert hall. moreover K-culture led to boom in arts and culture but previous researches focused on analysis of culture contents on the other hand satisfaction of performance hall and revisit intention is minuscule. Therefore, this research investigates satisfaction of performance and revisit intention of factors influencing Korean and Japanese audience. As a results, performance facilities and customer reception service positive influence on revisit intention to Korean audiences but customer reception service positive influences on revisit intention to Japanese audiences beside performance satisfaction indirect effect on revisit intention as well.

금창연 출판문화학회 회장(동원대학 광고편집과 학과장)은 요즘 25시간이 부족하다. 학회장에 학교 학과장, 학보 주간교수 등을 맡고 있기 때문이다. 출판문화학회는 2008년 12월 금 회장의 각고의 노력으로 사단법인으로 등록되었다. 사단법인 출범과 함께 다양한 사업을 추진할 계획이어서 금 회장은 할 일이 더욱 많아졌다. 신학기를 맞아 학생들과의 상담이 줄을 잇고 강의와 학보 발간 때문에 인터뷰가 어렵다는 금 교수를 4월의 금요일 늦은 시간 동원대학 캠퍼스에서 만났다.

K 문화센터는 공연 및 전시를 위한 고품격 문화 시설로서 주요 시설인 공연장은 규모 및 용도에 따라 오페라 극장, 콘서트홀, 실험극장으로 구분되어 있다. 공연장은 타 공간에 비해 높은 정숙도와 쾌적한 내부 환경, 피난 계획 등을 필요로 하기 때문에, 이를 만족하기 위해서는 실의 특성에 적합한 공조 설비, 방음.방진 및 방재 설비 등이 뒷받침되어야 한다. 따라서 본 설계사례에서는 최고 수준의 공연장 계획에 적합하도록 각 분야별로 적용된 시율레 이션 기법 및 신공법과 함께 주요 기계설비 계획에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

국민들의 문화적 욕구를 만족시키고 생활의 질을 향상시키며 관련 산업의 발전 등 다양한 시너지 효과를 얻을 것으로 기대가 된다. 그렇기 때문에 이제는 더 이상 정부는 문화산업의 초석을 다지는 일을 늦추어서는 안된다. 앞선 문화적 욕구를 만족시키기 위해서는 공연장 기술 운영자들의 재교육 및 프로그램을 기획하고 개발하여 지원 정책을 수립해야 될 것으로 보아 공연장 기술 운영자들의 재교육에 관한 연구를 하였다.
