This study attempted to find out that organizational culture and organizational support are the main factors of an effect on team, a kind of making unit of broadcasting programming, commitment. And especially this research tried out that each organizational culture type had an effect differently on team commitment using of Linear Structural Equation Modeling(LISREL). In order to empirically test to the research model, data were collected by 280 terrestrial Broadcasting PD in Seoul. Result showed that each organizational culture has a differential influence on the path and effect of organizational support and team commitment. The educational system and production back up of the Organizational support system have not enough to support and promote the team commitment except reward system. As a consequence, Broadcasting organization make a strategy considering of dominant organizational culture type.

복합기로 강한 이미지를 갖고 있는 캐논코리아에 상업인쇄, POD, 출력시장을 담당하고 있는 부서가 있다. 바로 P&S사업팀 (Printing & Soultion)이다. P&S사업팀은 캐논의 다양한 제품군 중에서 고생산성 장비 및 대형프린터와 관련된 솔루션을 전담하고 있다. 현재 총인원 16명으로 구성되어 있는 P&S팀은 직판영업, 솔루션 기술지원, 서비스를 한 팀으로 구성하여 통합적인 기능을 발휘하는데 초점을 맞췄다. 구성원 모두가 시스코의 네트워크 자격증인 CCNA를 보유하고 있을 뿐 아니라 사내외 CMS 전문 강좌를 수료한 컬러 제품 전문가여서 고객들의 현장 요구에 빠르게 대응하는 것은 물론이고 거래처 환경에서 발생되는 다양한 문제를 해결하고 솔루션도 제안하는 등 컨설턴트로서의 역할도 충실하게 수행하고 있다.

After starting the war on terrorism, the U.S. military began to utilize the strength of its women's workforce by operating a cultural support team (CST) and a women's close combat team (FET) that obtained the information needed for civil operations with emphasis on civil factors. In addition, in order to subdue resistance forces that carry out surprise attacks by covering the shielded terrain of the rugged land or among residents, female personnel with excellent understanding, calmness, and detail were operated as unmanned aircraft operators (RPA). Since the situations that the U.S. has already experienced are likely to be reproduced on the Korean Peninsula, the South Korean military will be able to overcome uncertainties in the future battlefield environment by utilizing the U.S. female workforce.

본 논문에서는 팀 대전 게임의 예시를 사용하며 팀 대전 게임에서 트롤을 사용하는 악성 플레이어에 대한 실태를 조사하고 이에 따른 여러 종류의 악성 플레이어에 따른 개선 방안을 제시한다. 악성 플레이어가 어떤 식으로 플레이하는지 설명하고, 사용자들이 악성 플레이어에 피해받는 트롤 사례를 조사하여 이에 따른 현재 문제들을 방지하기 위해 사용되고 있는 각 개발사의 조치 방안 및 사용자 커뮤니티의 의견을 통해 실태를 조사한다. 위의 조사한 자료를 바탕으로 어떻게 하면 현재 악성 플레이어를 예방 및 차단하는지에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하면서 운영 차원에서는 어떤 방법으로 지원해야 하는지 등의 내용을 제시한다.

후지제록스(대표이사 정광은)는 올해 들어 많은 변화를 겪었다. 이는 인쇄업계를 짓누르는 불경기에 효율적으로 대응하기 위해 조직 개편을 단행하는 등의 정면 돌파로 어려움을 벗어나는 전략을 구사한데 따른 것이다. 이런 과정에서 크리에이티브마케팅팀이라는 다소 생소한 부서가 새롭게 신설되었고 김용석 팀장은 신설부서인 크리에이티브마케팅팀을 이끌고 있다. 기본적인 업무는 하드웨어를 지원하는 소프트웨어라는 단순한 관계이지만 김 팀장은 이를 넘어서는 통합적인 안목에서 접근 고객사에게 새 콘텐츠를 제공하고 인쇄시장의 영역을 넓히는데까지 업무의 영역을 넓게 바라보고 있다. 김용석 팀장으로부터 디지털인쇄에 대한 전망과 부서의 업무 등에 대해 들어 보았다.

This study examines that how the effect of hackaton program on the willingness of entrepreneurship. In addition, this study is to examine the moderating effect of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial Motivation and team culture. The results show that hackaton program has significant impact on the willingness of entrepreneurship. The three key elements such as entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation and team culture that were expected to have a moderating effect on the entrepreneurial intend. but result of this study that just entrepreneurship motivation and team culture have moderating effect for the change in the degree of the willingness of entrepreneurship.

In this study, the first experience of the whole research process of a novice scientist (student A) who participated in the Undergraduate Research Program (URP) was analyzed. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis with the cultural historical activity theory being used as a theoretical lens. At the beginning of novice's research, the mentor guided him in setting a research goal and provided mediating artifacts. Student A formed a research team based on the vertical relationship without a shared mental model. Two major contradictions occurred and they were the sources of changes of student A's activity system. The first contradiction was between the mentor's educational philosophy and the mentee's educational needs, which was resolved in a way that student A asked and used the mentor's network to obtain his needs about task-specific details. The second contradiction arose because the team members wanted horizontal relationship while student A wanted to stick to the vertical relationship. After student A accepted the opinions of the team members, they cooperatively changed the division of labor in the activity system. Student A decided to become a scientist and not a physics teacher, even if his major is physics education after finishing his URP research process. His URP experience also created and expanded his network in the academic field, and his negative attitude toward collaboration changed positively. Through the analysis of the structure and changes in the activity system of URP research, implications for instructional method and support system of the apprenticeship can be obtained.

우리 협회는 2003년 행정자치부의 민간단체 공익활동 지원사업의 일환으로 자금을 지원 받아 서산시와 함께 '한 도시 한 책 읽기 운동' 시범사업을 전개했었다. 그 당시 서산시에서는 서산시립도서관을 중심으로 '서산시민 모두가 책 한 권을 함께 읽는다면'이라는 주제로 창작 동화 "마당을 나온 암탉"을 읽고 저자강연회, 원화전시회, 영화상영, 각 종 토론회를 개최하는 등 다양한 프로그램을 통해 지역 독서 운동을 이끌었다. 서산시는 2004년 전년의 경험을 바탕으로 자체적으로 '한 도시 한 책 읽기 운동'을 전개하고 있는데, 모든 시민이 함께 읽을 책으로 창작 동화집 박기범의 "문제아"를 선정하였다. 그 이후 진행된 다양한 행사 중에는 현직 아나운서들이 직접 서산시내 학교를 방문하여 아이들에게 책을 읽어 주는 '낭독회'가 있었다. 사회 유명인사들의 도서관 문화 프로그램 참여의 좋은 계기가 될만한 이번 행사에 참가한 이익선, 정현경, 박시준 아나운서를 도서관문화편집팀이 만나보았다.
