A Complementary Approach of a Psychosocial and Cultural Perspective to Gaming Disorder (게임 이용 장애에 대한 심리사회적 관점과 문화적 관점의 상호보완적 접근)

  • The WHO has defined gaming disorder as a disorder, and there are arguments for and against it from different perspectives. In response, this paper tried to identify the disease model, psychosocial, and cultural perspective for complementing them with an interdisciplinary attitude. First, universal prevention should be provided for general game users to get literacy. Second, selective prevention should be provided for a potentially risky group to find out the alternative activity. Finally, indicated prevention should be provided for a risky group to be treated.

Home Economics teachers' perception of Home Economics curriculum perspective and their instructional culture (가정과 교사들이 지각한 교육과정 관점과 가정과 교사들의 수업문화)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate Home Economics(HE) teachers' perception of Home Economics curriculum perspective and their instructional culture, and to find out correlations between them. 210 questionnaires were used for analysis. The results are as follows. First, our research showed that the preferences of HE teachers with respect to curriculum perspectives were in the order of the interpretive, emancipatory, and technical perspectives. However, there was no consistency among findings in the preferences for the sub-elements of a curriculum. Second, our results indicated that HE teachers performed their role affirmatively in terms of instructional culture such as the 'cooperation between teachers', the 'class focused on student', and the 'learning materials preparation'. Third, there was a statistically significant difference in five elements such as the 'cooperation among teachers' between the HE teachers' curriculum perspectives and their instructional culture. Fourth, there was a statistically significant difference in the 4 factors of 'instructional culture' between the teacher group whose curriculum preference was clear and those group whose curriculum preferences was vague.

  • 본 논문에서는 현대 박물관의 가장 특징적인 변화를 이끄는 요인 가운데 하나인 박물관 관람자에 대한 연구로서 관람객은 박물관 경험의 중심을 이루는 요소이다. 소비자는 상행위의 관점에서 보호받고 고려되는 대상이지만 현대의 박물관은 다양한 문화 오락 기관과의 경쟁에 놓이면서 박물관 관람객에 대한 연구에서 미진하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 박물관 관람객을 문화 소비자의 관점에서 연구하고 전국적으로 늘어난 박물관의 활성화라는 관점에서 문화 소비자를 만족시키기 위한 방안으로서의 소비자 연구를 하였으며 이는 문화 소비자 정의, 상품, 가격, 공간의 관점에서 연구하였다.

  • 문화는 정신적인 것에서부터 제도에 이르기까지 인간의 삶과 관련된 모든 것을 의미한다. 대중예술이라는 측면에서 대중문화는 디지털 정보매체의 발달과 관련하여 고전적인 것보다는 개성과 독창성을 중시하고, 사회 문화적인 의미 이상으로 그 중요성과 영향력을 가지고 있으며, 규격화되고 획일적이며, 동질적 성격을 띄는 특성을 지니고 있다. 대중문화의 기능은 순기능과 역기능으로 분류할 수 있는데, 전자는 문화가 대다수 대중의 삶의 표현이고 문화적 풍요를 경험할 수 있다는 관점이고, 후자는 대중을 한 집단의 구성원이나 개인으로 인식하기보다는 무차별적인 집합체로 인식하고, 상업주의, 획일성, 저속성 등의 부정적인 의미를 내포하고 있으며, 대중문화가 사회의 도덕과 윤리를 저해한다는 관점이다. This research analyze sports film by taste cultural perspective. In perspective of Universality, and is Both emphasized the individual attitude of sincere effort. This can be interpreted as a capitalist ideology. Analyzing the two films as a global and local tastes culture, shows a new world that follows the birth of a star player and deifies the football beyond borders and races. shows the distrust of the system through the K-League Citizens' Club and the trust in individual who does their best in the meantime.

The Relationship among Early Childhood Teachers' Perception on the Purpose of Multicultural Education, Multicultural Sensitivity and Multicultural Teaching Efficacy (유아교사의 다문화교육목표 관점 및 다문화감수성과 다문화교수효능감 간의 관계 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the multicultural sensitivity of early childhood teachers, their perception on the purpose of multicultural education and any possible differences in those regards according to their background variables in an effort to determine the influence of the multicultural sensitivity of early childhood teachers and their perception on the purpose of multiculitural education on multicultural sensitivity, as the two variables were closely bound up with multicultural teaching efficacy. The subjects in this study were 283 selected early childhood teachers. The findings of the study were as follows: First, as for perception on the purpose of multicultural education, caring-centered perception was most common among the early childhood teachers, and their scores in multicultural sensitivity were a little above average. Second, there were significant differences among the teachers in multicultural sensitivity and perception on the purpose of multicultural education according to career, age and academic credential. Third, multicultural sensitivity and four perceptions on the purpose of multicultural education had a significant positive correlation with multicultural teaching efficacy. Multicultural sensitivity exerted the largest influence on multicultural teaching efficacy. Among the four perceptions of the purpose of multicultural education, caring-centered perception and social action-centered one turned out to have an impact on the subvariables of multicultural teaching efficacy. This study will provide basic information to prepare some solutions that enforce ealry childhood teachers' mulitucultutral education ability by improving their multicultural teaching efficacy.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the context of cosumers' lives in Korea with a narrative analysis method. The epistemological orientation of eh narrative analysis is Interpretivism, which blends the two polar philosophical perspectives, Empiricism and Rationalism, and includes Narrotology, Hermeneneutics, Semiotics, and Structural Criticism. Narrative analysis takes as its object of investigation the story itself. This study collects eleven narrative plots from four housewives, into which Labov's structural approach is applied. This study shows clearly that the socio-cultural environment in which consumers live has strong influence on their consumption behavior and also reveals that narrativization tells not only about past actions but how individuals understand those actions, that is, meaning.

  • 지난 몇 년간 HCI 분야에서 사용자 경험 (User Experience)이라는 용어는 전통적 의미의 사용성부터 심미적, 유희적, 감성적 그리고 기술 사용을 포함하는 사용의 전반적인 경험을 일컫게 되었다. 기술 성숙과 더불어 제품의 빈번한 상호작용으로 인해, 사용자는 제품의 도구적 의미의 유용성과 사용성에 대한 기대 충족 뿐만 아니라, 심미성, 감성 등 사용자의 내재적 가치까지 만족시켜주길 원한다. 본 연구는 사용자의 실용적인 목적 뿐만 아니라, 내재적 가치까지도 고려한 전체 사용자 경험 연구를 위해, 제품의 '도구적 요구 관점' 과 '비도구적 요구 관점' 을 함께 고려하고자 한다. 비인간 대상을 사람으로 간주하는 의인화 (Anthropomorphism) 연구에서는 대상을 도구적임과 동시에 비도구적으로 대하려는 현상을 보여준다. 이런 의인화 연구들을 착안하여, 본 연구는 의인화의 의의와 도출 과정을 살펴보고 HCI 분야에서 왜 의인화 관점의 연구가 중요한지, 사용자들은 언제 어떻게 사용하는 제품을 의인화하려는지 다른 분야의 의인화와 비교 설명하려 한다. [연구 1]에서는 2 개국 (독일, 인도) 에서 4 개의 디지털 기기 (핸드폰, MP3 플레이어, TV, 냉장고) 사용자를 대상으로 Contextual Interview 를 실시 후, 분석하여 국가별 디지털 기기 별 주요 의인화 요소들을 도출하였다. [연구 2]에서는 의인화 관점의 분석 결과가 문화적 차이에 따라 어떤 영향을 받는지를 검증하기 위해 [연구 1]의 통일 2 개국에 문화적 성향 측정을 위한 설문을 실시하였다. [연구 1]과 [연구 2]의 결과를 통해 HCI 분야에서의 의인화 관점 연구의 의의와 프레임웍을 설명하고, 문화적 차이를 반영한 제품의 의인화 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다.

A Review and Suggestion for Korean Depression study from perspective of Cultural Psychology (한국인 우울 연구를 위한 문화심리학적 고찰과 제언)

  • This study is performed to fine a way to illuminate the direction of depression study suitable to Korean culture. To do so, it is found that from when we started to use the term of 'depression' and how we Koreans conceptualize depression. And cultural psychological perspectives to psychopathology including depression are reviewed. Finally, based on these findings, the ways to study depression with the perspective of cultural psychology are suggested. Specifically speaking, at the first, it is found that the term of depression has not been used before colonialized times by Japan, but terms of 'Ul-Uep', 'Kwang-Zeung', and 'Jun-Kwanng' are used from at least times of King SeJong. Term of depression was actually used after liberation from Japan and spread after introduction of DSM to Korea via Japan. Second, the way to compromise universalist and relativist perspectives is recommended and the perspective of absolutist is not recommended. Lastly, in Korea depression shares with 'HwaByung' in some area, but not with 'Han'. In conclusion, it is desirable to combine etic factors(universal perspective) and emic factors(culture-relative perspective) to study depression suitable for Korean culture.

  • It is need to reestablish multicultural perspectives when we coming into the multicultural society. The Zhuāngzǐ who lived in the Age of the Warring States 2300 years ago showed the way multicultural society pursues. We reorganized his works into the two categories as follows. First, we need to know multicultural society. The beginning of harmonious multicultural society is to know others. For this we should disregard Ceng-Xin and experience the variety of multicultural societies. Second, it is about the way multicultural society purse. Liang-Xing based on the altruism which includes Xuxin and self determination is important. For this, equality of variety and differences in multi culture should be materialized in a way to help each other. Therefore, we need to respect and impose a positive role of the strength of other culture in order to make active image. In addition, desirable multicultural society will sustain when we realize grand alliance with goodness of respecting others.
