The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the multicultural competence of the daycare center directors on their organizational effectiveness. A total of 359 child-care center directors studying at C university in Seoul were randomly selected and interviewed. The study results were as follows: a) with respect to job-satisfaction, multicultural skill had a positive influence, multicultural knowledge had a negative influence, and multicultural perception and attitude had no significant influence on job satisfaction; b) with respect to organizational adaptation, multicultural perception and attitude and multicultural skill had positive influences, but multicultural knowledge found to have a negative influence; c) with respective to organizational commitment, multicultural perception and attitude and multicultural skill had positive influences, but multicultural knowledge had no significant influence. The results implicate the fact that there need to be more practical programs for child-care center directors in which they can facilitate their multicultural perceptions, attitudes and develop practical skills.

최근 문화기술(CT) 기반으로 다양한 산업의 콘텐츠화가 급속히 진행되고 있는 가운데, 융합형 콘텐츠가 새로운 성장동력으로서 주목받고 있다. 또한 상상력과 창의력 기반의 문화적 요소가 가미된 융합형 콘텐츠 산업은 '경쟁없는 시장'으로서 국가 비즈니스 혁신의 돌파구가 될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이런 상황에서 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠 분야의 유망 전략 산업에 대한 산업-기술 연계 로드맵 작성 및 기술기획 프레임워크(framework) 구축은 미래 기술기획 및 기술개발, 관련 산업의 활성화, R&D 투자 배분 등을 위한 사전 작업 및 방향지표로서의 의의를 가진다. 이에 본 고에서는 유망 융합형 콘텐츠 분야에 대한 산업-기술 연계 로드맵을 3가지 기술발전 경로, 즉 단위 소요기술의 향상(upgrade road), 기존 소요기술의 진화(evolution road), 단위 소요기술의 혁신(innovation road)을 반영하여 작성하는 입체로드맵으로 기술기획 프레임워크 내에서 제시 적용하도록 한다.

In this study, a recommendation algorithm was implemented by learning a deep learning-based classification model for consumer data. For this purpose, a meaningful result is presented as a result of learning using ResNet50, which is commonly used in classification tasks by converting user data into images.

4차 산업의 활성화와 더불어 창의 융합형 인력 양성이 중요한 요소로 자리 매김하고 있다. 인문학적 상상력, 과학기술 창조력, 인성, 융합, 가치 등이 창의 융합형 교육에서 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 창의 융합형 교육을 위한 게임 개발 절차를 제안한다. 게임개발 절차로 사전준비, 아이디어발상, 팀구성, 기술공유, 구현 그리고 결과공유 절차를 창의 융합형 인재 개발의 주요 요소와 연결하여 제안한다.

This study was conducted to study the effect of acculturation on the permanent resident and naturalized citizens' mental health status. The Survey Data of Foreign Residents in Korea 2012 was utilized. Independent variable was the acculturation level, measured by the duration of life spent in Korea and the level of Korean proficiency. The dependent variable was the mental health outcome. Initially, acculturation showed protective effect on mental health of immigrants. But after adjustment of control variables, the effect of acculturation disappeared. This result does not converge into the general trajectory of mental health status among immigrants regarding the level of acculturation. The experience of discrimination had outstanding negative effect, which suggests policy inception point.

A Convergence Research Study of Southern Fujian Region in China during the Song Dynasty analyzing the Export of Ceramics During the Song Dynasty in China ceramics made in the Southern Fujian (also known as Minnan) region were exported to different countries in Southeast Asia including the Philippines, Thailand and more. They were even exported to Korea, Japan and through trade they traveled as far as Africa. Ceramics was one of the three main sea route export item of China at the time and there were active commercial trading between Korea as well as other countries, enabling ceramics to develop rapidly. The harmonious reciprocal relationship between the geographical, political, cultural, economical characteristics of Southern Fujian enabled a unique type of celadon ware widely recognized to develop. Ceramics of this region is one of a kind in terms of history when we relate it to research on integrating different elements. It suggests a unique convergence of culture when we study its forms and its industrial characteristics. The study attempts to analyze the influence of geography, politics, economy and culture on the different phenomena found in ceramics. Different paradigms associated with changes of environment reflect on continued development in the field of ceramics.

Today, the Korean wave headed by K-pop is newly named as 'New Korean Wave' in that it has been extended to United States, Europe and Russia. K-POP, the main player of the new Korean wave, has been successful in SNS marketing channels. Furthermore, the content of K-pop has attracted the attention of the global audience. The media and public attention on the Korean Wave is meaningful because it is not merely a cultural export. It also makes Korean people feel national pride, seeing the mental influence of its culture on other regions. Moreover, the development of the cultural industry in our society, which is different from industrial or material development, is a proof that Korean society is at the center of globalization. Until the 20th century, Korean culture had been rather receptive than dominant. In other words, it was focused more on acceptance of other cultures than active creation or outflow of its own. Now, however, K-POP is not anymore copying Western culture. It is creating its own unique characters, which makes K-pop very competitive. Korean culture has been formed for a long time in Korea's unique historical background. Korean popular culture also has to establish a solid foothold in world markets through its distinctive and traditional feature. The positive consumer response to Korean pop culture will create the added value of Korean contents and their derivatives, which will heighten Korea's national image also. In other words, if traditional art and K-POP are converged and equipped with our own unique and highly artistic culture, they will take the lead in the global cultural art market. In this study, we will recognize the possibility, growth and development of K-pop culture and analyze the cases of combining K-pop and Korean traditional art. First, we have to blend traditional art and other various genres to create diverse contents, and we have to actively utilize media channels. Second, we must improve people's awareness of the copyrights of traditional art. Also, we have to mitigate the copyrights of creative dance to expand the disclosure of contents which can be utilized. Third, we have to learn about traditional arts from younger age. Fourth, we will expand traditional arts to the whole of Korean cultural policies, which can enhance the nation's cultural value and create economic benefits. These four are expected to be effective ways to preserve the identity of traditional art and at the same time, globalize Korean culture.

과학기술의 발달로 인한 사회 문화적 트렌드의 변화는 새로운 기회와 가능성을 제공해 주며, 정보통신기술은 통신과 방송, 통신과 콘텐츠 등 영역간의 경계를 허물며 융합을 가능하게 하고, 우리의 감성과 상상력을 자극하여 새로운 문화적 가능성을 열어주고 있다. 이러한 상황들은 방송 통신 융합이라는 이름으로 방송과 통신, TV와 PC 온라인과 오프라인 등의 모든 영역에서 다양한 노력이 진행되고 있다. 방송과 통신의 융합은 마치 역사상 신대륙의 개척 과정처럼 새로운 제품과 새로운 시장을 창출해내는 능력을 가지고 있기 때문에, 국내는 물론 세계의 모든 비즈니스 업체들은 이 기회의 땅을 향해 전력 질주하고 있다. 또한, 이에 따르는 콘텐츠의 융합 역시 괄목할만하며, 게임과 영화, 다큐멘터리와 드라마 등의 콘텐츠 간의 융합은 물론이고, 최근에는 모바일에서 영화를 제작하고, 게임과 소설 네트워크가 결합하고, 심지어는 게임 안에서 음악을 유통시키는 유통의 융합까지도 이뤄지고 있다. 이와 같은 다양한 융합의 확산은 미디어와 플랫폼의 등장뿐만 아니라 플랫폼 간 교차와 연결 및 통합이 가능한 미디어 전경(landscape)을 창출해 내고 있으며, 인터넷과 TV의 결합은 다양한 애플리케이션을 구현할 수 있는 전송 메커니즘을 서로 연결시켜 수많은 형태의 다중 플랫폼을 등장시키고 있다. 이로 인하여 방송 서비스와 인터넷 서비스가 네트워크나 전송 플랫폼의 구별 없이, 그리고 디바이스의 선택과 상관없이 활용되는 통합 플랫폼 환경이 폭 넓게 조성되고 있다. 따라서, 방송 통신 융합 환경에 적합한 다중 플랫폼 융합 콘텐츠는 사용자의 요구 및 새로운 비즈니스 모텔에 대한 요구를 만족할 수 있어야 하며, 일관된 기술로 통선 및 서비스간의 호환성을 유지하는 인터페이스의 표준화가 이루어져야한다. 방송 통신 융합 환경에 적합한 다중 플랫폼 융합 콘텐츠는 초고속 데이터 통신망을 활용하는 멀티미디어 및 IP 멀티캐스트 기능을 활용한 서비스들과 연계하여, 관련된 소재 산업들의 파급효과가 매우 크며, 관련 분야에 미치는 효과가 막대하므로, 이에 대한 적절한 육성전략을 고찰해보도록 한다.

The purpose of this study starts searching a new method for preservation, succession, and research of folksongs in the situation that the function and transmission of folksongs are transformed or disappear by being behind modernization. Also, trying to develop a new method of study of folksongs along with a new view of them, I put fusion in the heart of the study. Fusion means a structural change in the middle of the process of combination from more than two things. Moreover, in order to practice the fusion method of study consilience in a view of study is necessary. The interdisciplinary study beings in accepting differences between academics as long as the differences have a meaningful value disassemble and differentiation are repeated. That is, fusion means rebirth through disassemble. According to this logic, we need to disassemble the folksongs for fusion study of folksongs, research the structure and component of folksongs in a new view and understand each part of the wholeness of folksongs. On top of that, we need to try combine the parts with anything else or interpret them with consilience. In this study, I researched the previous example in the fusion or integration of folksongs and Korean classic poetry in the time of enlightenment of Korea. In addition, I studied the way of fusion folksongs as culturology, bio-sociology, and sympathy. Looking back folksongs in a variety of view, we can realize folksongs are disassembled or differentiated at the same time they reborn and are interpreted in a new view.

The current study examined whether multicultural students' depression level mediated between cultural adaptation stress and school life adaptation in South Korea. A total of 1,329 students in the sixth year (2016) of the National Youth Policy Institute (NYPI) 's multicultural youth panel data were analyzed using regression analysis. The main results of the study are as follows. First, cultural adaptation stress of adolescents in multicultural families had a direct influence on school life adaptation. Second, depression partly mediated between cultural adaptation stress and school life adaptation. These findings have major implications for policies and interventions in regard to cultural adaptation stress and school life adaptation of the youth in multicultrual families.
