As the tangible evidence, documentary art records are permanent records to reflect the historical, symbolical, cultural and artistic value. Also, documentary art records are related with mission fulfillment of public institution and it is documentary with administrative, cultural and artistic values as the works of documentary production and application of the administrative image. "The public records management law" was the first time that administration documents were incorporated and in the act No. 3 of administrative records management, the preservation and management system of documentary art records became legislated. The management of documentary art records are difficult to categorize only by the reflect of characteristics or materials. Because documentary art records are collected in many ways and made with materials. It needs to be collected with many informations on basic materials and with the appropriate conservation and management category. Documentary art records do not have lots of demands but the level of consciousness is improving and the possibility of opening to public is increasing for improvement with the right to know. In near future, the documentary art records will be used for the interpretation of historical and cultural preservation and modern cultural heritage could have the value as it is expected. Primarily to prevent deterioration on documentary art records the standard survey card should be made to categorize the damage rate and to check the status on each documentary art records. In addition, establishing a systematic management plan for various documentary art records are needed with the training of professionals for the conservation of documentary art records.

The social and cultural influence about the popular music in Korea has been increased and the industry of popular culture has been also growing compared with other fields. In addition to this, many universities in Korea tends to establish departments of popular music for undergraduate and graduate program. Firstly, this paper suggest that the analysis of popular songs can be raised the academic value by the modern music theory. Secondly, the database of Korean popular songs should be built up so that popular songs can be classified to various aspects such as composers, musical style etc. As a result, Korean popular music deserves special consideration not just for the industrial value but for the contents of music education. Furthermore, these research can contribute that popular songs should be regarded and applied as a educational contents for the academic development and social improvement.

The Cultural Revolution in the history of Chinese animation hinder the development of the initial animation, and after a negative assessment instrument provided the cause is to become sluggish growth of the Chinese animation. So this time animation are things that are the subject of academic research studies or analysis has been depreciating almost uniformly without evaluation. However, of all the cultural and artistic creation it is developing in its own specific historical conditions and has the aesthetic results. This paper puts the primary purpose is to hold in consideration the aesthetic principles that led to cultural and artistic creativity and objective perspective the achievements the Chinese animation of the time period of the Cultural Revolution. 최근 비전통적 성인 학습자가 새로운 입학자원으로 주목받고 있으며, 그중에서도 만학도의 대학 진학률은 급격히 상승하는 추세다. 이에 따라 이들이 대학생활을 무사히 마칠 수 있도록, 즉 학업중단이 발생하지 않도록 대학에서는 다양한 측면에서 방안을 골몰해야 하는 상황이다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제의식에 기반하여, 비전통적 학습자의 학업중단을 저지할 방안을 창업지원 측면에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 이는 학업능력, 성별, 교우관계 등을 중점적으로 살펴보는 기존 연구에서 더 나아가 창업지원이라는 새로운 요인과의 관계성을 만학도의 입장에서 심층적으로 살펴봄으로써 연구의 차별성을 강조한다. 본 연구는 대학 입학 이후 학교의 창업지원을 받은 경험이 있는 만 30세 이상의 만학도 총 10명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하여, 학교의 창업지원이 학업중단을 저지하는 데 영향을 주었는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 그 과정에서 이들이 느낀 감정과 태도, 가치 등을 근거이론을 통해 분석하여 학업중단을 저지할 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 만학도는 전통적 학습자와 달리 졸업 이후 인생2모작을 준비하는 경우가 상당수기에, 이들의 니즈를 명확하게 파악하는 일은 시대적 흐름을 반영한 기초연구로서 학교의 정책적 대안을 마련하기 위한 기반이 될 수 있다.

I think that South Korea's subway system is technologically advanced like industrialized nations compared to its short history of twenty-six years old, but it is still a little behind in terms of artistic point of view. But, as the subway system is becoming to one of the major transportation, the subway passengers can use not only transportation but also new cultural space. In term of this view, many people are getting interested in the subway murals these days, but the murals in the subway system have been produced inconsistently, so the function is not efficient. Therefore, I compared and analyzed the illustration on the Korean subway murals and successful cases of foreign countries, so I tried to indicate the problems and directions on the Korean subway murals. And I also made a try to stimulate the interest on the new cultural space and provide a pleasant atmosphere and an aesthetic sense. And I expect that near future subway murals will be produced well-planned and professional way even on line aide of administrative and real production for the consents of expression, method of expression and colors.

Though the education of culture and art for disabled children is very important, it has not been brisk yet until recently due to 'absence of the teaching methods suitable for disability types, levels and programs.'. In this situation, cartoon contents can be used as the most appropriate tools for culture and art education for mentally retarded children. Entertainment functions and genre features of cartoon contents can motivate the applicable children to participate more voluntarily and positively and function as teaching tools for interesting activities. Of course, since it is not proper to apply the cartoon contents for normal children to Special Education Field as they are, cartoon works should be made by understanding closely the characteristics and degrees of retardation of the applicable children and applying them to the composition of cartoons. However, for the contribution of this attempt to education field, it is thought that concrete guidelines for producing cartoon contents considering the concept of various types of disability, emotion, social behavioral traits, ability of cognition, school achievements, and the characteristics of language and physical health should be necessary, and to improve the application of the developed cartoon contents so that they will not remain as superficial results, sufficient communication with the applicable children such as application to classes in the process of development is necessary.

Lake Biwa Canal was a dream project that reminds us the passion and innovation of Kyoto Citizens more than water supply. It is a modernization project combining engineering knowledge and scientific technology, which started transportation by ship through big-scale civil construction as well as supplying electricity as the first waterpower plant in Japan, and it overcame the physiographic limit through adopting unique method of waterway transportation. Lake Biwa Canal, which has tangible and intangible culture heritage value as the traditional space of Kyoto, the Old Capital of 1200 years, conceives a cultural meaning that is connected through various mutual relation as well as scientific technologic factor. Lake Biwa Canal is not only the function for supplying water to gardens and temples of Kyoto region, but it is also a cultural fruit that is formed by complex causal relationship of various contents such as geographical and environmental background, the phases of the times, local development policy, political circumstances and religions. This study is aimed at interpreting the value of Lake Biwa Canal multilaterally by the convergence of cultural and technological aspects through the view of the world which the age tried to pursue, focusing on the construction of Lake Biwa Canal which was accomplished in the process of promoting the modernization of Kyoto.

The purpose of this paper is to look at web entertainment in terms of marketing and analyze how consumers in Korea and abroad feel about it. To this end, methods such as literature research, case studies, and consumer interviews were used. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows. First of all, through the case of "Run BTS," the web entertainment program actively reflects the needs of viewers on entertainment content by utilizing the unique interactions of web entertainment in terms of products. In terms of price, web entertainment operated a paid service that contained more diverse contents. However, the degree of satisfaction with paid services was different for each age group or income of viewers. In terms of distribution, web entertainment can position viewers much more clearly than conventional TV entertainment, has strong communication with viewers, and is relatively free from political conflict or censorship in overseas exports. Finally, in terms of public relations, web entertainment is promoted in various ways to fans who are the mainstay of existing viewers, but public relations for various viewers other than fans are relatively weak. Based on the above analysis, this paper proposed ways to improve consumers of web entertainment by region, customized marketing by age, professional window for consumers to directly express their opinions on content, and wide promotion through various media.

우리 협회는 지난 11월 26일 오후 2시 협회 대강당에서 '건축설계의 국제경쟁력 확보 및 전문화 방안'을 주제로 토론회를 개최하였다. WTO출범과 건축설계시장개방 등 급격한 대내ㆍ외적 환경변화에 처해 있는 우리 건축계의 국제경쟁력 확보 방안을 마련하기 위해 열린 이날 토론회에서는 경쟁력 확보를 위해 건축설계사무소마다 다양한 전문분야를 확보하고, 건축설계 생산성 향상을 위해 설계업계와 구조, 설비 등 관련 전문분야가 협력체제를 구축해야 하며, 건축의 상품성과 문화예술성이 함께 고려된 건설관련 법안이 마련돼야 한다는 주장이 제기됐다. 이날 서울시립대 최찬환교수는 '건축설계의 경쟁력 확보 방안'이란 주제발표를 통해 해외건설업계의 국내진출에 대응하기 위해서는 설계사무소가 전문성과 효율성을 확보해야 한다고 강조하면서 전문영역을 크게 주거, 상업시설, 공공시설, 교육문화시설, 사회복지시설, 교통 및 운수시설 등으로 구분하였다. 최교수는 또 외국업체에 의한 국내시장 잠식을 막고 우리가 해외에 진출하기 위해서는 해외건설업체와 협력해 정보와 기술, 경험 등을 지원받아야 하고 R&D에 대한 투자를 적극적으로 해야한다고 강조했다. 이어 '건축설계의 전문화'에 대해 주제발표를 한 강원대 박경립 교수는 국내 건설관련문제점 개선과 대외경쟁력 강화를 위해 현재 입법추진되고 있는 건설산업기본법이 건축설계의 독자성과 전문성을 고려하지 않고 있다고 지적하면서 이에 대한 보완필요성을 제기하였다. 박교수는 또한 건축설계분야가 갖고 있는 전문성과 함께 '건축문화'라는 사회문화적 측면의 중요성이 인식돼야 한다며 건축의 상품성과 문화예술성이 함께 고려된 건설관련 법안이 마련돼야 한다고 지적했다. 박교수는 이밖에도 사회발전에 따른 새로운 전문영역의 개발로 실내 설계와 도시설계를 예로 들었으며 정보화에 맞게 고도의 전문성을 바탕으로 Network체계를 구축하고 그 핵심은 건축사협회에 정보Network를 구축하여 활용하는 것이라고 제안했다. 한편 주제발표 후에는 약 3시간여에 걸쳐 이문보(동국대 교수), 손세관(중앙대 교수), 이병담(현대산업개발 부사장), 김인호(국방부 건설기술과장), 유경철(삼육건축사사무소 대표), 이관영(본 협회 이사)씨 등 건설ㆍ건축관계자들이 참가한 종합토론이 이어졌다. 이 자리에서는 사회의 인식에 앞서 건축계 내부적으로 전문성과 효율성의 확보에 나서야 한다는 의견과 함께 무한경쟁속에서 우리 건축설계의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다는 다양한 의견들이 제기되었다. 본지에서는 이번 토론회의 주제발표 내용을 요약 정리하여 게재한다.

Costume play is an act of imitating the appearance or behavior of characters in digital games, cartoons or animations. In recent years, cosplay culture has become popular in China as the digital game is made into a movie. The number of cosers has also increased. Especially, Qiwei Zoe has been very popular among cosers because her cosplay photography reflects the understanding of the cosplay culture. A number of cosers admit that her work shows a commercial and artistic potential of cosplay photography. This paper analyzed how she maintains the contents of the original but creatively reimplementing them. She shoots the fantastic image of the character like it really exists in reality so that she can avoid excessive editing work. She emphasizes the character's action that symbolizes its personality and utilizes a variety of outdoor shooting locations similar to the original scenes. We also discussed how cosplay photographers can create cosplay photography by maintaining its artistic features.
