The purpose of this study is to analyze the tourism motivation of Chinese tourists visiting Daming Palace and Terra Cotta Warriors and to study market segmentation according to the motivation. As well as to research the difference of satisfaction toward cultural heritage utilization between Daming Palace and Terra Cotta Warriors. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that cultural heritage tourists preferred cultural experience of tourist sites. Therefore, it is necessary to put effort into cultural experience of cultural heritage sightseeing spots. What's more, it was showed that the preservation and recovery state of cultural heritage, the reality, the value of tangible cultural heritage, the experience programs related to cultural heritage, interpretation service, travel guides, rest facilities, symbolism of souvenirs, admission tickets, nearby restaurants and accommodation facilities could be influence factors of satisfaction toward cultural heritage utilization. The Managers of cultural heritage sightseeing spots are expected to preserve the cultural heritage well and to enhance the facilities and staff professionalism, to make visitors more easily understand cultural heritage, to put more emphasis on interpretation service, to make visitors feel that they got educational effect from visit experience, which will increase the satisfaction of cultural heritages.

In this study, a research model was established and analyzed in order to examine how the characteristics of organizational culture affect the innovation behavior of employees. This study divided the characteristics of organizational culture into development, stability, and rationality as sub-factors, and conducted a study on the relationship between characteristics of organizational culture and innovation behavior. This study also attempted to confirm whether creative efficacy mediates between the characteristics of organizational culture and innovation behavior. To this end, the data collection was targeted to 80 members of the organization in the company, and the SPSS and PLS programs were used to analyze the collected data. As a result of hypothesis testing, only stability among the characteristics of organizational culture had a significant direct effect on innovation behavior. These results can be interpreted as meaningful results in a study between the characteristics of organizational culture and the innovation behavior of employees. In addition, creative efficacy was found to significantly mediate the influence of organizational cultural characteristics (development, stability, and rationality) on employees' innovation behavior. We suggest that companies should focus on forming an organizational culture in terms of internal stability perceived by employees, and lead employees' innovation behavior to create organizational performance. We propose that companies should create an organizational culture so that the characteristics of the organizational culture (development, stability, rationality) increase the creative efficacy of the employees and lead to the innovation behavior of the employees.

최근 많은 콘텐츠들이 생성되면서 리메이크 라는 개념이 중요해 지기 시작했다. 그러면서 주목받았던 것은 문화적 근접성(Cultural Proximity)이다. 하지만 시대가 변함에따라 문화에대한 거부감이 사라지며 글로벌 시대에 도래한 최근에는 문화적 근접성으로서만 리메이크 콘텐츠를 몬의하기에는 부족하다.본 연구는 문화번역이론(cultural translation)을 통해 리메이크 문화콘텐츠를 살펴 보고, 문화번역이론에서 말하듯이 번역이라는 것이 언어적인 것에서만 말할 수 있는 것이 아닌 문화적 차원에서 논의할 수 있다는 것이 가장 큰 핵심이다.

This study was to investigate the level of oragnizational culture and self-leadership on organizational effectiveness and the significant factors influencing organizational effectiveness in radio-technologists. The dominant organizational culture was innovation oriented culture. The mean score of self-readership score was 3.35 out of a maximum 5 points. organizational commitment was statistically significant with age, place of work, relational culture, hierarchial culture, self-goal establishmental leader ships. job satisfaction was statistically significant with marital status, realational culture, self reward leaderships, self-goal establismental lederships. these results suggest that further development should be continued to develop the effective self-readership and organizational culture to improve the organizational effectiveness of radio technologists.
