This study attempts to identify use of information technology In university libraries and to analyze the relationship between utilization of information technology and organizational culture of university libraries. A questionnaire developed through literature review is used to survey staff in university libraries. In conclusion, utilization of information technology by librarian and rational goal model of culture have negative relation and two variables are correlated at .05 significant level.

콘텐츠는 다양한 문화적인 특징을 내포하고 있으며, 어떤 환경이건 그 지역의 문화를 콘텐츠로 하고 있다. 이러한 문화적 콘텐츠는 우리생활에 영향을 끼친다. 본 연구는 부산 해양관광지를 중심으로 해양도시의 자연환경을 활용한 특색 있는 감성 문화 콘텐츠의 발전 가능성에 대해 고찰하고, 해변에서의 여가활동 증진에 새로운 디자인 시스템으로 도움이 되고자 하는 연구이다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 감성문화에 대해 알아보았으며, 감성문화사례를 통해 각 지역의 특색을 느낄 수 있는 '테마길', '지역성이 반영된 스탬프 투어' 등이 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후 과제에서는 부산 해양관광지를 중심으로 현장조사를 통한 분석과정을 이행할 것이며, '길'이라는 테마에 대한 분석과 평가를 통하여, 그에 대응 하는 문화적인 콘텐츠로의 연계방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

본 연구는 다문화청소년 패널데이터 3차년(2013년)부터 7차년(2017년)까지 패널조사 데이터를 활용하여 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용성이 성취동기에 미치는 영향에 있어 시간의 흐름에 따른 변화를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 잠재성장모형을 이용한 이중문화수용성과 성취동기 간의 상관관계 및 인과적 관계를 규명하는 방법을 적용하였다.

본 논문에서는 통계적 분류방법을 이용하여 문화재 자료의 분석을 수행하였다. 분류방법으로는 선형판별분석, 로지스틱회귀분석, 의사결정나무분석, 신경망분석, SVM분석을 사용하였다. 각각의 분류방법에 대한 개념 및 이론에 대해 간략히 소개하고, 실제자료 분석에서는 "지역별 문화재 통계분석 및 모형개발 연구 1차(2008)"에 사용된 자료 중 익산시 자료를 근거로 매장문화재에 대한 분류방법별 적합모형을 구축하였다. 구축된 모형과 모의실험의 결과를 통해 각각의 적합모형에 대한 비교를 수행하여 모형의 성능을 비교하였다. 분석에 사용된 도구로는 최근 가장 관심을 갖는 R-project를 사용하였다.

This paper analyzes the survival rate of small & medium size-cultural contents industry, which includes printing, broadcasting, advertising, entertainment, other manufactures, and so on, by using survival analysis. In this article, after testing significance among characteristic factors and survival rate and hazard rate were estimated The results of the analysis are as follows: There are some significants differences among industries in details. Also there are some significants differences by region, by the number of employees, by financial status, and working periods of CEOs. The contribution of this study is to apply the method of survival analysis to the cultural contents industry in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship of empowerment and organization attachment with the organization culture of security organization. This study is based by setting the security organization employed in security firms in the capital area(Seoul) in 2012 as the parent population and using the purposive sampling method to analyze a total amount of 280 examples. The frequency analysis, analysis on primary factors, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis methods using SPSSWIN 18.0 were used in analysis. The reliability of the survey showed a Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of over 0.690. The results are like the following. First, the organization culture of security organization affect empowerment. Thus, the more a practical development culture is settled, the more the capability of self-determinism, meaningfulness, and effect is amplified. Moreover, the more a consensual culture is established, the more the capability of self-determinism is enhanced, and the more a hierarchical culture is established, the more the meaningfulness is enhanced. Second, the organization culture of security organization affect organization attachment. Thus, the continuous normative attachment is enhanced when a more hierarchical culture is established. Moreover, emotional attachment is enhanced when a more practical development culture is established. Third, the empowerment of security organization affects organization attachment. Thus, the continuous normative attachment is decreased when one's capability of self-determinism is more lacking. However, the continuous normative attachment is higher when the meaningfulness and effect is enhanced. Moreover, emotional attachment is enhanced when meaningfulness is increased. Fourth, the organization culture of security organization directly/indirectly affects empowerment and organization attachment. Thus, empowerment is an important mediating factor between organization culture and organization attachment.

The present study purposed to assert the necessity of cultural property disaster control through analyzing the fire of the Sungnyemun and to suggest directions for the development of cultural property disaster control in the future. For these purposes, we reviewed literature such as research papers and books on cultural property disaster control, and presented problems in current cultural property disaster control and solutions for the problems through case study of the fire of the Sungnyemun. In a word, the fire of the Sungnyemun is a representative case showing difficulty in disaster prevention activities for wooden cultural properties. Accordingly, we need to recognize the necessity of cultural property disaster control and to prepare measures. For this, first, it is essential to reinforce preventive systems against cultural property disasters. Second, early actions should be taken in consideration of the characteristics of each cultural property. Third, for cultural property disaster control, it is important to maintain cooperative relations among the Cultural Properties Administration, National Emergency Management Agency, and relevant local self.governing bodies. Lastly, standards for cultural property fire protection systems should be tightened by improving related laws, and institutional bases should be intensified through preparing grounds for aggravated punishment for crimes against cultural properties such as arsons.

The purpose of this study is to establish the social support system for social integration by analyzing the effect of multicultural experiences on multicultural perception and stereotype and the meditating effect of multicultural perception. The research result is summarized as follow : First, multicultural perception is differently influenced according to multicultural experiences. That is, multicultural experiences have found to have the positive effect on multicultural acceptance and the negative effect on rejection about other cultures or prejudice about other cultures. Second, the result which analyzed the effect of multicultural perception on stereotype has found that acceptance about other cultures doesn't have any effect on stereotype. However, it can be found that the prejudice and rejection about other cultures are verified to be the variables which have the positive effect on stereotype. Third, the result which analyzed the direct effect of multicultural experiences on stereotype and the indirect effect through multicultural perception has found that multicultural experiences don't have any direct effect on stereotype, but do have the indirect effect through multicultural perception. With the help of information technology.

This study reviews recent shell midden studies in Korea. With more interest in biological materials, recent shell midden studies have attempted to reconstruct palaeoenvironment, and understand subsistence economy, the formation processes and function of sites and past culture. Especially, one of the major topics in prehistoric Korean shell midden studies is the transitional process from hunter-gatherer to farmer. To solve these questions related with shell middens, new sampling strategies and excavation techniques have been adopted. Analytical methods combined with scientifical technologies also have been introduced to shell middle studies. These methods indude stable isotope analyses(Oxygen isotope and Carbon and Nitrogen isotope analyses) and growth-line analysis, etc.

핵심적인 문화산업으로 높은 부가가치를 인정받고 있는 애니메이션 산업이지만, 정작 애니메이터들의 근무 환경을 상당히 열악한 것으로 조사됐다. 한국문화콘텐츠진흥원 애니메이터 500명을 대상으로 실시한 실태분석 결과를 지난달 7일 발표했다.이번 조사는 국내 문화콘텐츠산업 인력에 대해 실시한 최초의 실태조사로 애니메이터의 직무특성, 직무경력, 교육 및 훈련과정,인력수요, 근로조건, 직무만족도 등에 대한 항목이 조사됐다.
