Subjects for the study are educationally alienated class living in poor educational environment. Those students often live outside the reach of software education which is one of key capabilities of Fourth Industrial Revolution. The gap between student in rural and urban areas is becoming more distinct and schoolchildren in rural areas are further limited to access software development education under COVID-19 where face-to-face classes are more rarely conducted. To overcome the issue, AI based thinking skills coding educational program was developed and tested on children in 6 primary schools in south and north of Gyunggi-do, South Korea. Questionnaire were conducted before and after classes to research on students'awareness on AI thinking skills coding. At the end of the study, subjects showed statistically significant increase in confidence, interest, and attitude, and showed positive overall feedback on software development tendency after the program is conducted.

화재 등 재난으로부터의 어린이 안전관리를 기존의 담당기관과 관계자들에게만 맡겨놓고 있을 수는 없다. 국민 각자가 일상 속에서 안전에 대한 의식과 지식, 그리고 정보를 습득하고 유사시에 대응할 수 있도록 안전관리를 체질화하고 생활화해야 한다. 이를 위해 민과 관이 함께 해야 할 활동이 교육 홍보의 차원에서 무엇이 있는지 구체적이고 면밀히 조사연구 하길 바라며 그에 따른 후속 프로그램의 개발 또한 중요하다. 안전문화의 형성을 위한 제대로 된 교육시스템 마련이 중요하다. 관련 교과과정에 안전교육을 의무화하고 집체교육이 가능한 장소에서의 소방.재난 관련 체험 위주의 프로그램을 마련해야 한다. 특히 안전 불감증의 문제는 우리나라만의 문제가 아니다. 다만 '지속성' 과 '계속성' 에 차이가 있을 뿐이다. 우리나라도 '전 생애적 안전관련 프로그램' 을 마련하여 어릴 때부터 조기에 체험할 수 있도록 프로그램을 구성해야 할 것이다. 이와 관련한 관점에서 어린이 안전관련 부처별 업무현황과 추진상황 등을 분석하고 미국 등 선진외국의 어린이 안전사고 방지를 위한 안전교육제도 및 시스템 등의 소개를 통하여 앞으로 민.관 차원에서 현실적인 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purposes of this study were to review the necessity and establish the direction of verbally gifted education. To fulfil purposes, the following studies were carried out: (1) The necessity of verbally gifted education was reviewed based on the social, educational and personal aspect. (2) The concept of verbal talent was reviewed. According to the research of verbal talent, we called a person who has a high level of language intelligence a verbal talent. Or verbal talent can also be a person who accomplished a high level in anyone area among reading, writing, hearing, speaking, and foreign language. (3) The present condition and research states of verbally gifted education were analyzed. (4) The direction of verbally gifted education were proposed.

The purpose of this study is to develop the elementary 'after school' smart music education program using smart devices in connection with elementary school curriculum of 2015 music and education. The research method was based on the data related to the after school education program and the music-related contents of the current elementary school curriculum. And a smart music education program was developed by applying the contents of elementary school music curriculum to practical music using smart devices. The study result suggests three programs with 16 times. Through this program, we can expect diverse, systematic and continuous music education rather than one-sided or one-off music education which are provided by the existing public education courses. Through the field experience, students will be able to directly experience arts and cultures as well as to awaken their potential artistry and creativity. In addition, it is expected that it will help to reduce the economic burden by reducing the burden of private education expenses through the after school program and to realize the qualitative growth of music education in schools.

As computational thinking has been noted as an important competency worldwide, SW education was introduced in the 2015 revised curriculum, and SW education has been applied to the curriculum from 2018. However, in a poor educational environment, the educationally underprivileged class is in the blind spot of SW education and is not receiving systematic SW education. Therefore, this study analyzed the effect of conducting a non-face-to-face SW online education program for 267 underprivileged elementary school students in education at a time when non-face-to-face online education was being conducted through the COVID-19 mass infectious disease. As a result of conducting the computational thinking ability test, which abstraction, problem decomposition, algorithm, automation, and data processing, before and after education, the overall score of computational thinking and the score of all five factors were statistically significantly increased(p<0.001). Among the five factors, there was the highest score improvement in data processing score. These results suggest that the non-face-to-face SW online education program is effective in improving the computational thinking ability of elementary school students from the educational underprivileged class.

This study examines that how the effect of hackaton program on the willingness of entrepreneurship. In addition, this study is to examine the moderating effect of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial Motivation and team culture. The results show that hackaton program has significant impact on the willingness of entrepreneurship. The three key elements such as entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation and team culture that were expected to have a moderating effect on the entrepreneurial intend. but result of this study that just entrepreneurship motivation and team culture have moderating effect for the change in the degree of the willingness of entrepreneurship.

This study aimed to develop a 'star-car' operational program combining with the STEAM program and the PEST method for motivating elementary school students who belonged to less favored areas in terms of scientific culture to get an interest in astronomy and appropriately forming scientific concepts of Astronomy and Space and, subsequently, to examine the effectiveness of the program. For the purposes to be feasible, 5 experts participated in the study. They set a development direction of the program through a workshop, developed a draft with respect to a mobile astronomical observatory program of the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute, and then complete the development of the program through one trial application. The program which was developed in the study applied the STEAM program and targeted the elementary school students who lived in isolated regions of the scientific culture. The results of the research were as follows. First, The mobile astronomical observatory program developed in this study was improved as a program which stimulated the curiosity of elementary school students in all grades towards the Astronomy and Space. Second, The program developed in the study consisted of 11 periods in total; one period was for the presentation of the situation, five periods for emotional experience, the other five periods for creative design. Third, The results of analyzing the students' satisfaction were turned out to be effective in general. Judging from the aforementioned results, the mobile astronomical observatory program is expected to enhance learners' core competencies.

This study started from an understanding that a true welfare society requires voluntary 'sharing' of citizens in addition to the state's legal and institutional security and that to make the culture of sharing find a firm ground in our society, 'Philanthropic Education' is needed from the childhood. This study examined three issues; first suggested the need of philanthropic education and learning methods. secondly, to find out the present situations of sharing in Korea, the study looked into sharing cultures and philanthropic education in other countries. thirdly, the study explored ways of philanthropic education for elementary school students of Korea in literature based program methods. The structure of the program was designed as structured experimental group program. And the content of this program is composed of concepts, objects, process, institutions regarding philanthropy, and finally practical behavior of it. This study implies that discussions in taking root and revitalizing the philanthropic education to encourage prosocial behaviors of children by more efforts of family, community and school.

The government introduced a free semester in 2013, current targets middle school education as a core policy for nurturing creative talent, the year 2016 has been carried out in front of all middle school. This purpose of this study was to develop and spread the library-based reading culture program model for free semester. In this study, for which students, teachers, parents, conducted a survey of the reading culture program requirements librarian. A library-based reading program of free cultural self-semester course four areas according to the configuration (career exploration activities, group activities, arts and sports activities, theme activities select) was developed.

The purpose of this study proposes continuing education program development for disability services librarian training. To this end, there was researched and analysed the Curriculum for the librarian disability service training courses and the library services with disability and LIS curriculums in abroad and domestic. Based on the research results obtained by the more comprehensive study developed a model for continuing education programs to strengthen disability services librarian competencies. Models were divided program is being offered to Track 1, 2. There are Education types which are organized cyber-shaped form of education training, set-type training, and was organized in blended learning.
