It is important to plan and operate various training programs at the national level to develop librarians' job performance expertise and future-oriented capabilities. The purpose of this study was to examine the possibility of introducing a librarian learning community as an training program at a professional education and training institution and to suggest an appropriate operation method. To this end, research was conducted using the following contents and methods: 1) theoretical discussion on program operation such as the concept, operation stages, and types of a librarian learning community through a review of related literature; 2) exploring the possibility of operating a librarian learning community through pilot operation and derivation of implications, 3) proposal of a librarian learning community operation model. This study reviewed the librarian learning community operating model through participant observation and participant opinion collection during the pilot operation process to minimize confusion in the early stages of implementation, and also presented an operational roadmap and support system for the successful establishment of the program in the future. There is a need to further develop the librarian learning community operating model presented in this study through implementation and empirical analysis over the next several years. However, the results of this study will also be useful as an initial operating model for a learning community for professional education and training in other fields.

The effect of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication on the development of metachronous recurrence after endoscopic resection (ER) of gastric adenoma is not well defined. The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of H. pylori eradication after ER of gastric adenoma for the prevention of metachronous recurrence. A systematic literature review and meta-analysis were conducted using the databases Ovid-MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, KoreaMed, and KMBASE. Thus, a systematic review and meta-analysis was performed to investigate this relationship. Pooled risk ratio for metachronous gastric lesions with regard to H. pylori eradication was calculated, and heterogeneity was also measured. Five eligible studies were finally identified in systematic review, and included in meta-analysis. H. pylori eradication was associated with overall 55% lower odds of metachronous events (RR=0.55; 95 % CI 0.34-0.92). Based on the best available evidence, eradication of H. pylori can also provide protection against metachronous recurrence after ER of gastric adenoma.

An experimental study on forging an axi-symmetric dome type of AISI4130 was carried out using modeling material. In order to verify the validity of the experimental data, a similarity study between plasticine and AISI4130 has been made. Friction conditions were characterized by ring test for the various lubricants. For the closed-die forging experiments of an axi-symmetric dome type of AISI4130 using the plasticine, various cylindrical billets with different aspect ratios were forged and different flash width to thickness(W/T) ratios were used in order to determine the optimum forging conditions. As W/T ratios decrease forging loads decrease while excess volumes increase. It was found out that the experimental results reproduce the similiar results available in the literature. As a result of these experiments, it was construed physical modeling is an excellent tool for forging process simulation at a practical level.

최근 수년간 모바일 상거래는 점점 더 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 그것은 도달성과 이동성이라는 점에서 전자상거래에 비해 강점을 지니고 있어 모바일 상거래는 주목받는 이슈가 되었다. 모바일 상거래의 현황을 검토하고 미래를 조망한 문헌을 연구해 보는 것은 흥미로운 시도이다. 이 연구는 Varshney and Vetter(2002)와 Ngai and Gunasekaran(2007)가 제시한 분류기준을 참조하되 세부내용을 일부 수정하여 모바일 상거래의 이론과 연구, 모바일 상거래의 애플리케이션과 사례, 무선 사용자 인프라스트럭처, 모바일 미들웨어, 무선 네트워크 인프라스트럭처 등 5가지 대분류기준에 따라 선행연구들을 검토하였다. 여기에는 최근 부각되는 모바일러닝, 모바일라이브러리, M-CRM과 M-SCM 같은 주제도 포함하였다. 연구결과 많은 논문들이 모바일 상거래의 이론과 연구 그리고 모바일 상거래의 애플리케이션과 사례를 다루고 있었다. 그리고 모바일 상거래의 성공은 서로 다른 애플리케이션의 강점과 필요한 기술을 잘 수용한 결과라는 점을 보여주었다. 마지막으로 모바일 상거래의 현황과 미래 방향에 관한 함의를 기술하였다.

This paper reviews real option theory and its recent application to management studies involving highly risky business. Three problems are identified in previous studies that created confusions in the application of real option view. It is proposed in this paper that by explicitly stating the underlying real asset on which real option is written, researchers can prevent real option analysis from becoming a tautology and clarify three problems identified in this paper.

본 연구는 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향요인에 대해 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이론적 배경에서 노인복지시설에 관한 문헌 검토와 노인 복지시설 종사자의 직무요인 및 조직성과에 대한 제이론을 검토하였다. 이론을 근거로 실증적 자료의 분석을 통하여 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인이 조직성과에 미치는 인과관계의 영향요인에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인인 보수, 승진, 조직풍토, 업무환경, 조직구조가 조직성과인 직무만족과 조직몰입 및 충성도에 다르게 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정하였다. 실증적 분석에서는 연구대상에 대한 인구통계학적 분석과 연구모형에 대한 적합도를 검증하며, 구조방정식모형을 향해 가설검증을 실행하고자 한다.

생산자동화기술을 도입하여 도입성과를 향상시키려면 자동화기술을 도입하고 활용함에 있어서 성공요인들을 문헌과 현장의 사례들을 통하여 충실히 검토하고 종합적으로 분석한 후에 이를 생산시스템에 적용할 때에는 자동화기술의 상반관계(trade-off)에 있는 성과변수를 동시에 향상시켜 경쟁력을 갖게 될 것이다. 기업전략과 생산전략을 수립하고 그 틀 안에서, 생산자동화기술 추진전략을 세워 전략사이의 적합성이 높을 때 자동화기술 도입성과는 크게 향상될 것임을 유념해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 생산자동화기술 성공요인이 자동화기술 도입성과에 영향을 미치므로 자동화기술 추진전략이 기업의 능력범위 안에서 이들 요인을 잘 반영하고 있는지를 검토하고, 분석한 후에 종합적으로 판단하여야 한다. 이러한 과정을 거쳐 자동화기술이 도입되고 운영될 때 자동화기술 도입효과는 극대화될 수 있다.

In these days, several bridges have been built or under construction over navigational channel in Korea. In these cases there must be careful consideration for the marine safety of vessels to be passed by below the bridge. This paper aims to analyze the factors influencing maritime traffic safety and to figure out ample width of main span of these kinds of bridges through the reference study and FMSS.

The origins, definition and research area of information economics are outlined in brief. For the better understanding and discussion of information economics, some important concept that require examination, such as information economy, resources, uncertainty and information value are reviewed in detail. Furthermore, a brief history of model and issues surrounding models are examined. In particular, some applications of models related to social sciences have been investigated since these models hold tremendous potential as diagnostic and test tools in the practical and theoretical work of library and information science.

Computers can be used in providing new ways to promote intellectual skills. A computer programming environment can create conditions under which an intellectual mode takes root. Especially problem solving skills can be promoted through programming. To investigate whether and, if so, how computer programming enhances problem solving skills, the nature of programming and problem solving skills are examined. Then, issues on the programming learning context in relation to problem solving are presented.
