This study is to examine the effects of problem-based learning on elementary school students' ability in coping with the dysfunction of information. In order to conduct research, prevention education for elementary school students using problem-based learning is designed and the designed teaching method is applied to an experimental group, but tradition teaching is conducted to a comparative group. Therefore, it is possible to understand the effects of problem-based learning on students' ability in coping with the dysfunction of information, ICT application ability and learning achievement. The study has a meaning to give correct understanding of the dysfunction of information and prevention consciousness, offering significant information to teachers for improving teaching methods for the dysfunction of prevention education.

본 연구는 대학의 실시간 비대면 수업에서의 문제중심학습 수업모형 개발과 그 적용가능성 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구 및 문헌분석을 통해 문제중심학습의 특징 및 수업운영 전략 등에 대하여 고찰하고, 문제중심학습 수업운영 경험자 3인의 인터뷰를 통해 실시간 비대면 수업 상황에서 적용 가능한 수업모형을 개발할 것이다. 이를 문제중심학습 수업 운영 경험이 풍부한 5인의 전문가를 대상으로 수업모형의 적절성과 적용가능성에 대한 평가를 실시하여 실시간 비대면 수업에서 적용 가능한 문제중심학습 수업모형을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 학습자가 실시간 비대면 수업상황에서 주어진 문제 해결을 위해 협력하고 창의적 사고를 하며 주도적으로 학습에 임하게 함으로써 미래사회에 필요한 역량을 개발하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to design the coaching strategies for the problem based learning and examine 'the problem situation' to analyze the process of learning as it applies to the students' perception on problem based learning. The steps of this model were as follows: 1) presentation of the problem situation 2) confrontation of the problem 3) know/ need to know 4) definition of the problem statement 5) collection and sharing of information 6)generation of possible solutions 7) assessment of the best fit of solutions 8) presentation of the solution. Problem-based learning steps and coaching strategies were designed and implemented to 2nd grade high school students for the environment teaching unit. The results demonstrated that group discussion in the know/need to know step was most helpful for students to review what they know and generate solutions. At first students tend to state problems widely but through repeated group discussions they gradually clarified the problems. In the students' personal reflection notes and perception questionnaire of problem-based learning, many students especially showed difficulties in defining the problem statement. In contrast they participated actively in the learning process and express their opinions enthusiastically. Therefore, this study suggests that developing problem situation based on real context is of great importance for implementing a problem based teaming model continuously.

We expected that PBL (Problem based Learning) methode has good effectiveness for HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) learning of elementary school students. In this study, a test was conducted in which a PBL method and the traditional lecture-based learning method were applied to an HTML class, and compared the level of educational accomplishment and compared the effectiveness of the two methods. PBL applied was based on the IMSA model of problem-based learning center. Educational accomplishment was evaluated base d on evaluation of theory and application skills. Test results revealed that there were no significant differences in theoretic learning between the two methods of learning. However, in application skills, the PBL was proved to be significantly more effective th an the traditional lecture-based learning method. Through the study, it was verified that PBL has a more positive educational effect that the traditional lecture-based learning.

This study aimed to develop a problem-based learning model for mind study based on the insight into a general problem-based learning and contemplation of mind study. Focusing on the main stages commonly regarded important in precedent studies on problem-based learning process, the procedures were designed as follows: 1) choosing a text 2) setting a goal for learning 3) developing a problem 4) preparing a set of learning materials 5) developing an assessment tool 6) designing a plan for teaching and learning. The content and range of the stages were presented and how the main activities should be conducted was also discussed in a main body. These procedures were specified through examples of problem-based learning on the subject of 'mind'. It also suggested how to play a role of teacher as a guide or coach with presenting various examples of teacher talk and specific activities for learners to keep the intention of primary problem-based learning by performing a set of procedures.

The purpose of this study was to develop 'the problem situations' for the Problem Based Learning(PBL) and to examine it's effects on the science achievement and the attitude towards science learning. Also the students' perception on the PBL model was examined. The topics of the problem situations developed were 'the future energy for reducing the green house effect' and 'the Indonesian forest fire and the El Nino'. The coaching strategies for the PBL were designed and implemented to 10th grade high school students in the science classes, the results are follows; First, the science achievement of the group of PBL is significantly higher than those of group of traditional teaching. Second, the scores of the test of attitude toward science learning of the group of PBL is significantly higher than those of group of traditional teaching. Third, the students' perception of the PBL was positive. Many students have interests and motivations in PBL, some students have difficulties in learning on the PBL. In the students' personal reflection notes the step of a problem statement is the hardest one of the PBL model. Therefore, this study suggests that developing the problem situations based on real context is of great importance for implementing a problem based learning model continuously.

In this research, we proposed a learner tailoring question recommendation system for web based learning evaluation system. For teaming evaluation process, this system used the item difficulty Each question was stored and managed to the question bank. Item difficulty was recalculated during teaming process and feedback in next course. For learner tailoring question recommendation, learner could choice the teaming part and set the learning difficulty. In application result of proposal method, almost learner could improve learning score by controling teaming difficulty.

This research aimed to investigate the benefits of incorporating Problem-Based Learning(PBL) approach in Business English classes in a Korean university. This study focused on student experiences of learning in a PBL environment. The study examined the feasibility of cultivating students' key job competencies, that of their learning achievement and their satisfaction with the PBL approach. Data on student experiences were gathered from questionnaires. The analysis of the data showed, first, that the PBL could cultivate students' key job competencies. Second, the PBL could have a positive effect on students' acquisition of business content knowledge and their English language development. Third, the PBL approach achieved above moderate level of student satisfaction.

본 논문은 웹 상에서 학습자 중심의 문제풀이 단계학습을 통하여 학습자가 자기 주도적으로 학습할 수학 교과의 학습목표 및 내용, 관련된 학습자료를 탐색하고, 교수자나 다른 학습자와 서로 상호작용을 하여 문제를 해결하기 위한 원격강의 프로그램을 개발하고자 일반적인 멀티미디어 체계적 교수설계 모형을 기초로 웹 기반 코스웨어 설계모형을 제시하고 학습자 중심의 실시간 수학 문제풀이 원격학습 시스템을 구현하였다. 이는 웹 기반의 수학 코스웨어 및 텍스트 모드로 제작 설계되었으며 웹 기반 학습자 중심의 수학 문제풀이 단계학습을 목적으로 한다.

In this paper, 1 design a mode of educational contents for Problem Based Learning(PBL) fitted education using ICT. I design a teaching and loaming schedule for PBL using ICT. I search pertinent items of educational contents to provide to student in PBL and design a mood fitted them. ,also, 1 design a pertinent mode of system to carry out a teaching and teaming schedule. Therefor, a teaching and learning schedule designed in this paper will apply easily. Because PBL manages ill-structured problem reflected the actuality and is high ratio which student participate in instruction, 1 expect that we take the effect of instruction using ICT in PBL.
