The police is responsible for protecting nation's property and life. Protecting nation from crime among the core duties is the most important activity of the police. But the big problem on reported crime system of the police was founded in the recent Suwon incident. Unfortunately, the unprofessional response made a toll of human sacrifice. Taking this opportunity, we need to consider closely the problems of the reported crime and system of the police and the solutions on the problems. This study analyzes the reported crime system of the police from the law and institutional and try to seek the solutions. This study searches the management status of the police system and arranges the problems in legal and institutional terms. And then, it arranges the solutions on the problems.

선박은 화물 및 여객을 수송하는 해상교통 수단으로써 여객 및 승무원의 안락성, 탑재장비, 기기의 성능 보전 상, 화물 및 구조부재의 안전성 차원에서 진동제어가 주요 해결 기술의 하나이다. 또한 최근 선박의 대형화, 고속화로 인해 엔진과 프로펠러의 기진력은 커지는데 반해 구조 강도계산 기술의 발달로 인해 선체구조 경량화가 촉진되어 선체의 유연성이 커질 뿐 아니라 전통적인 선체 구조와 기관, 축계 강성사이의 균형이 깨어짐으로 선박의 진동제어는 더욱 중요시 되고 있다. 선박의 경우 건조 후에 진동제어를 위한 조치를 취하는 일은 매우 제한적이고 많은 비용이 들기 때문에 설계단게에서 선박진동제어를 위한 사전 노력이 충분히 이루어지는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 선박의 주 기진원인 프로펠러, 주기관 등의 기진력 자체를 적정화하는 노력과 함께 그로 인한 응답을 극소화하기 위해 설계 단계부터 인도까지 단게별로 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 단계별 진동제어의 한 예를 Fig.1에서 보여주고 있다[1]. 선체와 같이 복잡한 대형구조물의 진동특성 및 응답을 계산함에 있어서 컴퓨터의 발달과 유한요소법과 같은 해석기술의 발달로 실제 구조와 매우 유사한 3차원 모델링이 가능하게 되어 해석의 정도를 높일 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 프로펠러 기진력, 유체와의 연성효과, 감쇠특성 등을 정도 높게 산정하는 데는 아직도 많은 어려움이 있다. 이와같은 문제는 진동응답의 계산정도를 저하시키는 주요 요인이 되어 설게단계에서 충분히 진동 제어가 이루어졌다 하더라도 건조 후 실제운항 시 진동문제가 발생되는 경우가 있다. 건조 후 진동문제 발생시 구조변경을 통한 해결은 한계가 있기 때문에 각종 진동제어 장치의 연구개발이 최근에 활발히 이루어지고 있다[2]. 본 고에서는 설계단계에서부터 건조 후까지의 선박진동제어 과정[1,2,5,6]을 단계별로 고찰하여, 점점 까다로워져 가는 선박 진동규제[3,4]에 대처하고 승무원의 안락성에 대한 욕구, 구조물의 안전성, 장비의 성능보존이 만족되는 저진동 선박의 건조를 위해 향후 해결해야할 과제들을 도출하여 선박진동분야이 연구개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

This research studied the role of images between visual thinking and analytic thinking to contribute to the ongoing discussion of visual thinking and analytic thinking and images in mathematics education. In this study, we investigated the thinking processes of mathematically gifted students who solved tasks generalizing patterns and we analyzed how images affected problem solving. We found that the students constructed concrete images of each cases and dynamic images and pattern images from transforming the concrete images. In addition, we investigated how images were constructed and transformed and what were the roles of images between visual thinking and analytic thinking. The results showed that images were constructed, transformed, and sophisticated through interaction of visual thinking and analytic thinking. And we could identify that images played central roles in moving from visual thinking to analytic thinking and from analytic thinking to visual thinking.

This study was aimed to investigate how students' relational thinking about equations could be formed by exploring web-based balance. The researchers developed 3 groups of 4 typed 12 equation problems of (a+b+c = d+ _ ) to test 24 4th graders. Pretest and post-test were conducted using Eye-tracker for investigating their eye movements. The researchers interviewed students who were not having distinct strategies to look into their cognitive process. As a result, we can conclude web-based balance helped students to get the concept of the equal sign and to form the relational thinking by the process of comparing both sides, right and left on the basis of fulcrum on balance.

The purpose of this study is to use K-MOOC, which has limitations in utilization because it is centered on theory delivery, to derive tasks to activate the teaching methods of instructors, and to implement the derived tasks using the metaverse platform. to develop a prototype. According to the purpose of the study, the study was conducted as follows. First, from October 4 to November 15, 2022, a Delphi survey was conducted on 21 experts with experience of consulting, research, class development, and operation related to the K-MOOC project. Second, in order to realize the tasks in the teaching method field derived from the Delphi survey, matching with the teaching method class model elements to result of Delphi survey was applied was carried out. Finally, based on the results of expert Delphi and the elements of the class model applicable to the metaverse platform, a teaching method was developed. Through the process of the study, a total of 16 detailed items were derived for the teaching method-related tasks for the activation of K-MOOC: support strategic tasks, teaching method competency, aspect of class design, evaluation and sharing of learning outcomes. By applying the metaverse, the teaching model elements for K-MOOC revitalization were derived from four categories: self-directed repetition, individualized problem solving, practice opportunity expansion, and immediate feedback, and matched with the first 16 detailed items. A four-step teaching model was completed: course attendance (step 1), mission analysis by individual level (step 2), sharing of mission solutions (step 3), and mission evaluation and feedback (step 4). Through the results of this study, the possibility of using the metaverse as a teaching practice platform was confirmed even in terms of the introduction and development of specialized techniques.

과학교육에서는 과학과 기술과 관련된 사회적 또는 환경 문제의 증가를 더 이상 간과할 수가 없게 되었고, 이로 인해 과학-기술-사회-환경(Science-Technology, Society-the Environment: STSE)교육을 통한 실천적 과학 소양의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 환경 내용을 다룬 초등학교 6학년 2학기 과학 단원, 3. 쾌적한 환경을 학습하는 과정에서 환경 중심 STSE 교육의 어려움과 그 가능성에 대하여 고찰하고자 하였다. 초등학교 6학년 두 개의 반 아동 86명은 단원 학습에 참여하는 동안 설문, 그리기와 쓰기, 면담에 참여하였다. 수집된 자료는 아동들의 과학-기술-사회-환경의 관련성에 대한 인식과 과학 지식의 실천적 소양이라는 측면에서 분석되었다. 결과로는 첫째, 과학-기술-사회-환경의 관계에 대한 아동들의 인식은 현대 사회가 가지고 있는 가치관과 복잡하게 얽혀 있었으며, 이 안에서 과학/기술의 발전은 사회 발전과 환경 문제의 두 측면에서 다소 상반적인 관계를 보였다. 둘째, 환경 문제에 대한 아동의 인식은 높은 반면 실천적 소양의 측면은 상대적으로 낮았다. 셋째 과학-환경 지식은 환경 문제 인식과 문제 해결에 그다지 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 본 논문은 실천적 과학 소양을 위한 과학-기술-사회-환경 교육의 문제점과 어려움에 대해 논의한다.

2016년 다보스포럼에서 클라우드 슈밥이 언급한 '제4차 산업혁명'은 우리의 삶을 획기적으로 바꾸고 있으며, 그 정점에 자율주행자동차가 이 시대의 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 그러나 우리나라에서 자율주행자동차가 성공적으로 도입 및 정착되기까지는 아직 극복해야 할 과제들이 많이 있다. 특히 '인간' 중심의 법제도를 '인공지능'이 포함된 법제도로 패러다임을 변화해야 할 것이다. 자율주행자동차 시대의 안정적 운용을 위해서는 사람중심의 입법체계에 대한 획기적인 변화가 필요하다. 즉, 자율주행자동차를 운행하는 운행주체가 누구인지(무엇인지)와 일반도로에서 일반 자동차와 운행이 가능한지 여부, 교통사고 발생 시 민형사상 책임 문제, 자율주행자동차 관련 보험 문제, 개인정보수집과 이용에 관한 문제, 제3자에 의한 오남용 문제 등을 종합적이고 포괄적으로 검토해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 도로교통 관련 국내 법률, 해외 법제 현황, 자율주행자동차 관련 법적 쟁점 등을 검토하여 입법론적 관점에서 자율주행자동차 운행 시 발생하는 제반 법적 문제 해결을 위한 별도의 법안 신설을 제안하며 그 법안에 대한 내용을 제시하였다.

This paper finds the regular pattern of n = [3, ∞] for Euler square game related with n = 6(6×6=36) thirty-six officer problem that is still unsolved problem. The solution of this problem is exists for n = [3, 10] without n = 6. Also, previous researchers finds the random assigned solution for specific number using computer programming. Therefore, the solution of n = [11, ∞] Euler squares are unsolved problem because of anything but easy. This paper attempts to find generalized patterns for domains that have been extended to n = [3, ∞], while existing studies have been limited to n = [3, 10]. This paper classify the n = [3, ∞] into n = odd, 4k even, 4k+2 even of three classes. Then we find the simple regular pattern solution for n = odd and 4k even(n/2 = even). But we can't find the regular pattern for 4k+2 even(n/2 = odd).

It is well known that records management is closely related to democracy, and the records management 'innovation' in Korea did also aim to reach democratic 'accountability' and 'governance'. Likewise, the first reason this article deals with the establishment of archival community in the East Asia is to help promote democracy and form a co-operative relations in the region through records management. Secondly, the distorted view of history easily found in the history textbooks of each countries should be corrected for the 21st East Asia in peace. Records and memories in the past are main components for the present and the future. A great many records to solve the disputes over history still remains inaccessible at large in the archives of the East Asia. A coming archival community will endeavor to disclose and share the historical records for harmonious awareness of history. Cooperation and solidarity within archival community in the East Asia featuring democratic accountability, governance and more records disclosure can be a brand-new start for peace and 'better' democracy in his region.
