This study analyzes the characteristics of the social value creation process through the collective appreciation of film. It focuses on the historical development of community cinema in Japan. In modern-day Japan, where digital video is easily accessible and the use of private, personalized media spaces widespread, a sub-culture of collective film appreciation is spreading, as more and more Japanese begin to attend movie screenings in non-commercial theaters. In addition, Japanese community cinema center has begun to integrate and support this viewing experience, which has come to be known as community cinema. A literature review revealed the following characteristics of community cinema. First, local theater screening groups or appreciation groups cooperate with residents to establish and operate movie theaters. Second, these spaces create theoretical and practical participatory learning opportunities that foster understanding of and participation in film culture, through large-scale associations with organizations or institutions that offer viewings. Third, based on collective appreciation, the film culture created through repeated joint viewings produces a social arena in which community can be realized. In these communities film can be put to socially productive uses, such as problem solving.

In modern times, damage caused by the spread of the Internet has become very diverse. In particular, due to the craze of K-pop since 2008, the damage caused by copyright infringement in the domestic and international music markets has become the biggest problem in the Internet market. However, the manpower of the police and copyright protection agencies to solve these increasingly intelligent crimes is insufficient. Therefore, we are trying to find out the role of the public interest detective as a supplementary force for the public authority and as a substitute for the copyright protection agency that can provide legitimate help for victims in the prevention of music copyright infringement and disputes. For this study, first, the concept and types of music copyright, the concept of public interest detectives, the current status and system of music copyright were identified, and the role of detectives for music copyright protection was explored through system operation and status analysis of protection agencies and literature review. Through the results of this study, it is hoped that the role of a professional detective in the public interest dimension of music copyright protection can be a good soil for the development of the detective industry in the future.

One of major goals of mathematics education is to cultivate human resources which equip creative problem-solving ability. Thus, the enhancement of creative and converging ideas has been emphasized in the national curriculum since the 2009 revised curriculum. In the current study, we analyzed authorized textbook series to examine how each curriculum material addresses the creativity convergence competency. The foci of the analysis were creativity (originality, fluency, flexibility, elaboration) and convergence (intrinsic connection, extrinsic connection). In addition, we analyzed the national textbook which was based on the 2015 revised curriculum to investigate the transition between the national textbook and the authorized textbooks. We found the tasks that focused on fluency were the most frequent type regarding creativity and the tasks that connected with everyday life situations (extrinsic connection) were prevalent across the three textbook series. We provided suggestions about the development of mathematics textbooks and their implementation.

This paper is intended to comparatively analyzed the KDC/NDC/DDC classification system for the field of civil engineering, the research field classification system of National Research Foundation of Korea, and the science and technology research field classification system of Korea Science and Engineering Foundation. And based on the analysis, it tried to propose the ways of improving the KDC classification system for the civil engineering field. As a result of the analysis, this paper has found that the KDC 5th-edition for the civil engineering field needed some corrections. That is, the classification items that reflect the trend of academic development should be added, the classification terminology of the basic theories of civil engineering should be properly developed, segmented topics should be added, any errors in classification codes and Korean/English descriptions should be corrected, and the omission of the KDC relative index of classification items should be solved. This paper proposed the ways of improving those problems.

X-ray diffraction method has been widely used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of a mixture of materials since every crystalline material gives a unique X-ray diffraction pattern independently of others, with the intensity of each pattern proportional to that material's concentration in a mixture. For determination of mixing ratios, extracting source spectra correctly is important and crucial. Based on the source spectra extracted, a regression model with non-negativity constraint is applied for determining mixing ratios. In some mixtures, however, X-ray diffraction spectrum has sharp and narrow peaks, which may result in partial negative source spectrum from independent component analysis. We propose several procedures of extracting non-negative source spectra and determining mixing ratios. The proposed method is validated with experimental data on powder mixtures.

The purpose of this study is to indicate a case that applied forming a instructional community-establishing instructional strategies-developing learning and assessment toolkits as a connective strategy between information literacy and curricula to foster the Library-Assisted instruction(LAI). In this case a new instructional community consisted of a teacher librarian, a korean language teacher, a korean history teacher and a korean geography teacher of the 10th grade. The community developed integrated learning topics connected with subject-specific classes and designed LAI's instructional strategy. Finally learning and assessment toolkits containing information problem solving and resources using model were designed by this community. This method can provide students with enough time in using resources and teach information literacy systematically. Also it will help teacher librarians improve leadership and partnership in the school community.

Creative teaching methods can be beneficial in enhancing creativity and self-directed learning abilities in the classroom. However, there may be some specific learning tasks where applying creative teaching methods can be difficult. This is because students may not have completed the necessary prerequisite learning before performing the learning task, leading to low reliability of task results or meaninglessness. This study aims to propose teaching methods that enhance creativity and self-directed learning ability when performing learning tasks that may not have sufficient prior learning. To achieve this, we present a case of applying creative teaching methods to a learning task called "national threats". As a research procedure, we provide a suitable teaching method model and detailed procedures for the given learning task, and apply them in actual classes. The results showed that applying the presented teaching methods for the learning task produced meaningful academic achievements. This study can be valuable not only for enhancing creativity in education but also for interdisciplinary research in fields such as education and national security.

The Internet of Things, which is the key factor of the 4th industrial revolution, are apt to apply to many systems. The existing security mechanism cannot be realized with limited resources such as low capacity of devices and sensors. In order to apply IoT system, a new structure and ultra-lightweight encryption is required. In this paper, we analyzed security issues that can operate in Internet-based smart home networks, and to solve the critical issues against these attacks, technologies for device protection between heterogeneous devices. Security requirements are required to protect from attacks. Therefore, we analyzed the demands and requirements for its application by analyzing the security architecture and features in smart home network.

In this paper, we propose a data augmentation method based on CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) learning for efficiently obtaining concrete crack image datasets. Real concrete crack images are not only difficult to obtain due to their unstructured shape and complex patterns, but also may be exposed to dangerous situations when acquiring data. In this paper, we solve the problem of collecting datasets exposed to such situations efficiently in terms of cost and time by using vector and thickness-based data augmentation techniques. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, experiments were conducted in various scenes using U-Net-based crack detection, and the performance was improved in all scenes when measured by IoU accuracy. When the concrete crack data was not augmented, the percentage of incorrect predictions was about 25%, but when the data was augmented by our method, the percentage of incorrect predictions was reduced to 3%.

Due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the influence applied to all areas of our society is continuing to develop at a rapid pace as the days go by. Recently, in the field of legal services, artificial intelligence technology has been introduced mainly in the United States, an advanced country, leading innovation in the legal market. As such, artificial intelligence is expected to rapidly grow as a means of replacing people, leaving the auxiliary role of people at a rapid pace, and the purpose of this study is to examine necessary measures for Korean professional legal professionals to survive in this legal market. After analyzing it based on prior research by domestic researchers and various data in Korea, the law was revised to prohibit non-lawyers from handling legal affairs, active state intervention in public information cases, and ways for the state and the private sector to check each other. Therefore, the above research is expected to throw a lot of discussion points in terms of legal services using artificial intelligence in the future.
