디파이의 금융권 제도화 패러다임 전환: 기술적 접근

  • 최근 몇 년 동안 탈중앙화 금융(DeFi)은 블록체인 기술의 혁신적인 사용을 통해 금융 부문의 지형을 재정의할 획기적인 세력으로 부상했다. 본 연구는 DeFi의 제도화를 향한 패러다임 전환에 대한 포괄적인 기술적 분석을 제시하며, DeFi가 전통적인 금융 시스템을 혼란에 빠뜨리고 글로벌 경제 프레임워크를 재구성할 수 있는 잠재력을 강조한다. 본 연구에서 스마트 계약, 분산형 자율 조직(DAO) 및 합의 알고리즘을 포함한 DeFi 핵심 기술의 복잡성을 조사하고 이러한 요소가 어떻게 집합적으로 보다 개방적이고 투명하며 포용적인 금융 생태계를 조성하는지 탐구한다. 주요 고려 사항에는 규제 장애물, 보안 문제, 확장성 문제, 혁신과 소비자 보호 간의 균형이 포함된다. 금융 포괄성, 특히 은행 서비스를 받지 못하는 인구와 은행 서비스를 받지 못하는 인구에게 금융 서비스에 대한 접근을 제공하는 역량 측면에서 DeFi의 혁신적인 잠재력에 대해 논의하여 일드 파밍, 유동성 채굴, 분산형 대출 등 새로운 금융 상품 및 서비스를 도입하는 데 있어 DeFi의 역할을 평가하여 소비자와 기존 금융 기관 모두에 미치는 영향을 강조한다. DeFi의 기술 기반과 기관 금융 프레임워크 내에서 급성장하는 역할에 대한 자세한 조사를 제공함으로써 본 논문은 금융의 미래 궤적과 글로벌 경제 시스템의 진화하는 역학에 대한 귀중한 통찰력을 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.

Design and Implementation of a Test Bank System Dynamically Adjusting to Students' Achievement Levels (수준별 개별학습을 지원하는 문제은행 시스템의 설계와 구현)

  • We developed a test bank system which dynamically adjusts to students' achievement levels. In order to dynamically calculate the student's achievement level, our system uses the question-response theory which is usually adopted to CAT. The system proposes appropriate questions depending on the students' achievement levels so that they can do self-directed and individualized learning. The system consists of pre-test, main learning, and review stages. In the pre-test stage, the intellectual level of the student is examined to determine the starting point in the main stage. In the main learning stage, individualized learning is performed. Finally, a review session is added to re-examine the questions that the student gave wrong answers. The output from the learning process of the system is not the usual test scores but the level of the student's intellectual ability which is produced through the question-response theory. The intellectual ability level index objectively measures the degree of improvement of the student's learning ability.

  • In order to improve an efficiency of education and acquisition of PACS administor in Radiological technologist, we implement an e-Learing databank system providing more efficiently provide medical questions set for the integrated education and PACS administor without the limitation of time and space based on XML that is the standard of exchange and transmission of Web documents via Internet. The proposed system is composed of administration module and user module. The former supports some functions: a creation, classification, and management of Radiological question set. Our system can elevate ability of learning and interchange of information among Radiological technologist making preparation of PACS administor for Radiological technologist examination. Finally, our system can maximize an effectiveness of education by evaluating and training users individually with various level according to the user's ability of learning and realization.

Competitiveness Enhancement for Local Commercial Banks in Vietnam (베트남 일반은행의 경쟁력 제고에 관한 연구)

  • This study employed the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology with the enhancement of the competitiveness of Vietnamese commercial banks set as the overall goal of the model. Analysis of the survey questionnaire based on pair-wise comparisons and collected from experts in the field of banking led to three significant findings. First, banking safety is the most important evaluation criteria for the competitiveness of local commercial banks in Vietnam, followed by operating efficiency, intangible values and large scale. Second, in order to achieve the overall goal of enhancing competitiveness for local banks, securing healthy financial conditions should be made the priority. Effective management systems, strategic human resource planning and high-quality products and services all show strong connections to achieving the evaluation criteria. Third, the study found that bad debt settlement is essential in obtaining healthy financial conditions. In order to introduce effective management systems as well as high-quality products and services, technological advances are very important. Improving the quality of executives and staff is imperative for strategic human resource planning purposes.

A Fuzzy Retrieval System to Facilitate Associated Learning in Problem Banks (문제 은행에서 연상학습을 지원하는 퍼지 검색 시스템)

  • This paper presents a design and implementation of fuzzy retrieval system that could support an associated learning in problem banks. It tries to retrieve some of the problems conceptually related to specific semantics described by user's queries. In particular, the problem retrieval system employs a fuzzy thesaurus which represents relationships between domain dependent vocabularies as fuzzy degrees. It would keep track of characteristics of the associated learning, which should guarantee high recall and acceptable precision for retrieval effectiveness. That is, since the thesaurus could make a vocabulary mismatch problem resolved among query terms and document index terms, this retrieval system could take a chance to effectively support user's associated teaming. Finally, we have evaluated whether the fuzzy retrieval system is appropriate for the associated teaming or not, by means of its precision and recall rate point of view.

  • Privacy of financial customers is becoming important due to frequent leakage of personal information. Financial customers, who experience the leakage of personal information, feel threatened by their privacy and this changes customer's awareness about financial institutions or behavioral intentions. By examining the influence relation of personal information security vulnerability of the bank information system with usefulness, trust and attractiveness perceived by bank customers, this study aims to analyze the effect of each variable on bank customers' willingness to stay.

  • 그 동안 웹 프로그램 언어인 HTML에 대한 교수-학습 방안과 온라인 학습에 대한 연구들이 이루어져 왔지만 단순 태그 기능 학습에 그쳐 고급사고력을 높이는 프로그래밍학습의 목표를 달성하기는 부족하였다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 창의력과 문제해결력을 높여주기 위한 HTML 교수-학습 지원 시스템을 설계하였다. HTML 교수-학습 지원시스템은 구성주의 교육 방법인 문제중심학습(Problem-Based Learning)을 이론적 토대의 하여 설계되었으며 나선형 교육과정의 원리에 따라 이원화된 학습요소들에 의해 학습의 위계를 실정하였다. 이 교수-학습지원시스템에서 HTML 학습에 대한 평가는 구성주의 원리에 입각하여 다양한 방식을 통해 지속적으로 이루어지도록 하였다. 또한 교수-학습에 활용되는 해결 과제는 같은 수준, 같은 영역의 문제은행을 축적하여 교수자가 자유롭게 상황에 맞게 선택하여 활용하도록 하였으며, 학습자의 학습 곁과를 통계자료와 도표를 통해 한눈에 살펴보고 적절한 피드백을 주도록 설계하였다. 이와 같은 원리를 토대로 한 교수-학습지원시스템 설계를 통해 학습자가 보다 많은 프로그래밍 경험을 축적하여 창의적이고 자기주도적으로 웹 프로그래밍을 할 수 있는 능력을 키워줄 수 있음을 기대하였다.

Examination Questions Selection Algorithm in Web-based Engineer Test Education System (웹 기반 기사시험 학습 시스템에서의 문제 출제 알고리즘)

  • It is making researches in questions selection method for examination in web-based education system. Most questions made for these remote examinations use methods of making questions using fixed questions or randomly using item pools or automatically using degree of difficulty. This paper proposes a new examination questions selection algorithm in web-based education system for engineer test. Generally, Engineer test is characterized by adequate examination questions selection for degree of difficulty and equally between all units. Therefore this algorithm selected examination questions equally well as regards degree of difficulty and distribution between all units. This algorithm providers more effective education examination method as compared with previous algorithm.

  • In this paper, we introduce an analysis system for answer dataset by using a data mining method. We analyze students' answer data collected from a test including multiple choice question items, and find associations between the items. Analysis of evaluation results based on our system will not only provide correct information on students' achievement levels but also provides a basis for modifying weaknesses of the evaluation procedures, question items, or teaching/learning procedures. Furthermore, it will enable us to improve the quality of question items for future use so that we can secure itemsets of high quality.

  • 웹 기반 교육 시스템에서 문제 집합 구성은 주로 고정 출제 방식, 무작위 출제 방식, 난이도에 따른 출제 방식으로 이루어진다. 문제 집합의 구성 시 문제 은행에서 문제 난이도에 대한 객관성을 유지하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 난이도를 재조정하는데 학습자들의 문제 풀이 결과를 반영하는 새로운 난이도 재조정 알고리즘을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 학습자 피드백 기반 문제 수준 조절 방법은 개인 시험 결과, 그룹 시험 결과 그리고 개인의 특정 섹션 시험 결과를 함께 고려하여 난이도를 조절한다. 기존 알고리즘과 비교 분석한 결과 문제 난이도의 변화율 측면에서 보다 현실적인 문제 난이도 변화를 확인할 수 있었다.
