본 연구는 규칙베이스와 사례베이스를 이용하여 은행의 내부감사 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 감사의 1단계에서는 규칙베이스를 이용하여 감사대상의 거래를 탐색하고 2단계에서는 사례베이스를 이용하여 감사대상의 거래를 심층 분석하여 감사결과를 도출한다. 규칙을 이용한 추론은 내부규정 및 가이드라인을 이용하여 추론하여 잠재적인 위험을 가지고 있는 거래를 발견하는 것 이 다. 사례베이스를 이용한 추론은 유사도를 개발하여 현재의 문제와 가장 유사한 사례를 탐색하여 감사를 하도록 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법은 실제 은행 내부감사에 적용하여 분석하였다.

학점은행제는 '98년 봄학기부터 최초로 실시되면서 몇가지 문제점들을 보이고 있다. 즉, 실시기관 선정에 따른 문제, 저조한 지원율, 학점은행제 운영기관의 재정적 부담, 교과목 연결 체계의 미흡, 기관마다 다른 수강료 등이 그것이다. 또한 시행기관수의 부족, 개설 교과목 부족, 졸업까지 너무 긴 시간이 소요된다는 점도 예상되는 문제점이다. 이들을 개선하기 위해서는 주말 강의나 계절학기제 도입, 실시기관의 컨소시엄 형태 운영, 유연한 운영체제 확립 등이 요구된다.

This paper examines the mainbank relationships of SMEs after the 1997 financial crisis in Incheon-Kyunggi and Daejeon-Chungnam regions where local banks have been merged by national banks. The results are as follows. First, national banks(except Industrial Bank of Korea and Kookmin bank) are reluctant to be mainbanks of regional SMEs. Second, those firms which have mainbank relationships with national banks borrow from relatively large number of banks. Third, their size measured by employees are relatively large. These tendencies become clearer after the 1997 financial crisis. It is the Industrial Bank of Korea and Kookmin bank that play important roles as mainbanks of regional SMEs. National banks including the Industrial Bank of Korea and Kookmin bank cannot be relationship lenders to SMEs due to the Williamson-type organizational diseconomies. It means that to ease the regional financial problems regional financial institutions are expected to play more active roles.

국가기간전산망사업의 일환으로 추진되고 있는 금융전산망사업은 금융기관의 급속한 전산화를 가져와 국민편의 확대는 물론 국제경쟁력 확보, 지급결제업무의 개선, 정책수립자료의 신속한 제공 등 많은 가시적 성과를 거두어 왔다. 이러한 금융전산망 사업은 그러나 은행.증권.보험.투자금융 등 각 업계별 전산화 뿐만 아니라 이들 전 금융기관이 공동참여하는 단일 전산망 구축문제, 그리고 외국은행 국내지점의 금융기관공동 전산망 가입 압력 등 대내외적으로 풀어나가야 할 산적한 많은 과제들을 안고 있다. 이에 본지는 대 국민 인식제고를 위해 금융전산망 전담사업자로 지정된 금융결제원의 도움을 받아 금융전산망사업중 주도적으로 추진되고 있는 은행공동전산망의 종류와 내용, 추진현황, 향후전망과 과제 등을 2회에 걸쳐 연재한다.

최근 전산화를 위한 대형 IT 프로젝트가 증가 하고 있다. IT 프로젝트를 수행하기 위해서 DB, Server 등과 같은 S/W, H/W 제품과 구현을 수행할 SI 업체 등이 사전에 선정되어야 한다. 현재 대부분의 대형 IT 프로젝트의 경우 제품 및 업체를 선정함에 있어서 내부적인 의사 결정 기준을 보유하고 있으나, 이를 외부에 공개하지 않음을 원칙으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한 은행이 직면한 제품 및 업체 선정 문제 사례에 대해 AHP기법을 적용하여 그 결과를 은행 내부 기준에 의한 의사 결정 결과와 비교해 보았으며, 절대적 측정 방법에 의한 Scoring System을 제시함으로써 향후 유사한 의사결정 문제에 있어서 보다 정확하고 신속한 의사 결정에 기여하고자 하였다.

정보기술의 급격한 발달은 오늘날의 교육체계를 변화시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 끊임없는 지식습득과 평생교육이라는 모토로 학습자의 다양한 상황을 고려한 웹 기반 자기 주도적 학습기능을 가진 문제은행 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 자기가 원하는 학습과 자기 수준별 학습평가를 통하여 학습 습득률과 전달률을 높이고, 교수가 전달하고자 하는 내용을 강조함으로써 교수와 학습자간의 신뢰성을 높이고 학습능률을 높이는데 목적이 있다. 인터넷이 되는 장소라면 언제, 어디서나 원하는 학습이 이루어지고 일상생활에서 접하는 다양한 형태의 문제해결에 필요한 학습이 즉시 이루어 질수 있는 환경이 구현되도록 하였다.

This study aims to present a direction for securing continuous growth and confidence, centering on two Internet banking companies that started recently. The banking market has been rewriting the history since the emergence of Internet professional banks. In order to improve the credibility and promote the development of the Internet professional banks, I conducted a questionnaire survey and In Depth Interview. As a result of this survey, the overall reliability is still low, and the factors affecting reliability are: 1.Security problem 2.Discomfort of customer service 3.Errors and unnecessary services. This is a start-up business, so the awareness and reliability can be changed soon. Therefore, it is necessary to continue research on this according to the changing user's perception.

The educational system has been changed owing to Web, which is most actively used on internet and has the characteristics of providing suitable environments for implementing constructivism study theory. WBI(Web Based Instruction), web-mediated teaching form for students at a long distance, has the advantages of possible interact between instructors and learners, offering a great variety of learning materials, and overcome the spatiotemporal restriction. This paper focuces on the construction of learning surroundings where the learner-centered, active learning can be done by design and Implementation of web based instruct system providing a sham examination with an item pool system. The web based Self-directed Learning system for word processor qualifying exams on this paper, can be mentioned as a real item pool that the question is not setting each time by the instructors but can be reused by reference on item pool bank, designed the number of question. It helps the learner Self-directed Learning study with evaluation during the web based instruct process and immediate feedback. It also provides the chance to research some similar using keyword. To sum up, this system can amplify the efficiency of study.

SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)은 세계 e-Learning 표준화 분야에서 가장 주목을 받고 있는 ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)의 표준화 모델이다. SCORM2004 RTE(Run-Time Environment) 에서 상호작용 데이터 모델(Interaction Data Model)의 기능을 활용하면 LMS(Learning Management System)가 문항을 자동 생성하여 문제은행을 보다 쉽게 구현할 수 있다. 내용학습 후에 형성평가를 실시하기 위한 문항을 학습자가 원하는 만큼 공급할 수 있다. 본 연구는 일반계 고등학교 수학교과의 삼각함수 성질을 학습하는 데 있어 RTE의 상호작용 데이터 모델로 구현한 문제은행을 갖춘 반복학습 콘텐츠를 개발하여 학습효과를 높이고자 한다.

정보화 시대의 요구에 대한 교육적 대응은 학습자 중심의 교육이며, 정보통신기술을 기반으로 한 원격교육이다. 특히 인터넷에서 가장 활발하게 사용되고 있는 웹은 그 특성상 구성주의 학습 원리를 실현하는데 적절한 환경을 제공하고 있으며, 교육 시스템의 변화를 가져오고 있다. WBI(Web Based Instruction)는 웹을 매체로 활용하여 원거리에 있는 학습자를 교육시키는 형태로서 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용을 가능하게 하고 다양한 형태의 학습자료를 제공하며, 공간적 제약을 극복할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹에 기반한 교육적 활용의 한 모델로서 학습자의 자기 주도적이고 적극적인 학습을 촉진하기 위한 자기 주도적 학습이론과 학습자의 개인차를 고려한 수준별 학습이론을 적용하여 효율적인 웹 기반 학습이 가능하도록 하였으며 이러한 학습이론을 웹에 기반한 정보처리 기능사 필기시험에 적용함으로써 실업계 고등학교 교육현장의 비효율성과 기존의 문제은행 시스템의 문제점을 보완하여 시험준비에 보다 효율적으로 대비하도록 설계 및 구현하였다.
