$Poincar\acute{e}$ is mathematician and the episodes in his mathematical invention process give suggestions to scholars who have interest in how mathematical invention happens. He emphasizes the value of unconscious activity. Furthermore, $Poincar\acute{e}$ points the complementary relation between unconscious activity and conscious activity. Also, $Poincar\acute{e}$ emphasizes the value of intuition and logic. In general, intuition is tool of invention and gives the clue of mathematical problem solving. But logic gives the certainty. $Poincar\acute{e}$ points the complementary relation between intuition and logic at the same reasons. In spite of the importance of relation between intuition and logic, school mathematics emphasized the logic. So students don't reveal and use the intuitive thinking in mathematical problem solving. So, we have to search the methods to use the complementary relation between intuition and logic in mathematics education.

This study is intended to analyze the conflict between the mother and the daughter revealed in the film, 'Daughter' and tries to suggest the therapeutic counseling techniques in the integrated perspective. It used a convergence in-depth psychological method. After deriving the unconscious conflicts of main characters through several film reviews, it was found that at the unconscious level true self and the false self, the ego ideal and the super ego, the individuation and the dependency are in mutual struggle. For Therapeutic counselling, the most important thing in the initial stage of the counselling is the experience of authenticity. The counsellor himself or herself should establish the right life values and stimulate the ego-ideal and strengthen the drive of true self. Also the counsellor should be aware of the dangers of the religious behavior as the transitional phenomenon. In the final stage, the counselor expects the client to continue to make efforts to change with the hope for the well-being.

In the 1980's, Lee Geun-sam wrote critiques that analyzed North Korea's performing arts and ideology. In the critiques, he posits the following characteristics of North Korea's performing arts. First, the works are designed in such a way to befit the purpose of the authorities' policy. Second, the works embrace political ideology whose purpose concerns class struggle. During the critique process, Lee Geun-sam compares the "freedom" of the performing arts activities in South Korea and the "regulatory" aspect of North Korea's performing arts activities and reveals implicitly the superiority of South Korea's system. In addition, Lee Geun-sam criticizes the political ideology of North Korea's performing arts and objects to viewing the concept of ideology from a Marxist viewpoint. According to Lee Geun-sam, an ideology is explained as an idea system representing an artist's conscious/unconscious worldview. Also, he contends that arts should distance itself from political ideology.

In der Kritik der reinen Vernunft entfaltet sich die Lehre des $Selbstbewu{\ss}tseins$, die in sich die verschiedene Auffassungen ${\ddot{u}}ber$ das transzendentale Ich $enth{\ddot{a}}lt$. $Demgem{\ddot{a}}{\ss}$ ist das transzendentale Ich einerseits das Ich als reine $Selbstt{\ddot{a}}tigkeit$. Die Vorstellung des Ich $dr{\ddot{u}}ckt$ insofern als die intellektuelle Vorstellung ${\ddot{u}}ber$ die spontane Handlung des denkenden Ich die numerische Einheit oder die Einfachheit der verschiedenen Handlungen desselben aus. Aber andererseits ist das transzendentale Ich im $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$ das Ich als den Gegenstand ${\ddot{u}}berhaupt$. Das Ich als Gegenstand ${\ddot{u}}berhaupt$ ist gerade das Ich als Gegenstand des inneren Sinnes oder das empirische Ich ${\ddot{u}}berhaupt$. In diesem Sinne $dr{\ddot{u}}ckt$ das $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$ die unbestimmte Wahrnehmung ${\ddot{u}}berhaupt$, oder apprehensio simplex aus. Auf diese Weise $enth{\ddot{a}}lt$ das transzendentale Ich im Selbstbewusstsein in sich die doppelseitigen Momente. Das Ich im $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$ ist einerseits das Ich als das denkende Subjekt, $n{\ddot{a}}mlich$ das logische Ich, aber andererseits zugleich das Ich als das wharnehmende Subjekt, das psychologische Ich ${\ddot{u}}berhaupt$. Und diese doppelseitigen Momente des Ichs unterscheiden sich voneinander, aber zugleich auch $dr{\ddot{u}}cken$ in sich ein und dasselbe Ich aus. Dennoch ist das Problem der Einheit und Entzweiung des Ich im Selbstbewusstsein bleibt in der Kritik der reinen Vernunft als ein $unerkl{\ddot{a}}rbares$, $unaufl{\ddot{o}}sbares$ $R{\ddot{a}}tzel$. Eben mit diesem Problem setzt Kant sich im Opus potumum ernsthaft auseinander und $l{\ddot{o}}st$ dieses Problem durch eine neue Lehre des $Selbstbewu{\ss}tseins$ oder die Lehre der Selbstsezung auf.

The unconscious and non-intrusive measurements of activity signals or physiological signals represent important enabling technologies for realizing a ubiquitous healthcare environment as well as a related UI. Particularly, non-intrusive measurements should be used in activity monitoring system for long-term monitoring. This paper is based on activity estimation by measuring the activity signals of a user using a handhold device with an accelerometer. The user activity estimation system (UAES) presented in this paper makes non-intrusive measurements of activity signals to minimize inconveniencing a user and to create a more practical implementation in real life. Thus, a variety of positions in which the handhold device can be carried by a user for daily use is considered, such as in the front/hip/shirt pockets, a backpack, on the waist, and in the hand.

This study examines the concepts and functional characteristics of consciousness in comparison of memory and attention from the perspective of information processing. It also provides an understanding of the relationships between the three as hypothetical constructs. Consciousness is regarded as too ambiguous a concept to be understood and accepted as a mental construct without the inclusion of memory and attention in any conceptualization. We need one criterion to count satisfactorily as an explanation of consciousness in information processing. Consciousness would be a subjective awareness of momentary experience and also have the characteristic of an operating system performing control and consolidation in information processing. This could be called cognitive consciousness which refers to a subjective awareness and an executive control system, even though those are not equivalent concepts. Consciousness, memory and attention, three mental constructs could operate dependently or independently depending on the specific tasks conditioned in many information processing levels whose modules with three mental constructs could operate in hierarchy. In this premise, working memory could not be a unitary system, contrary to those of Baddeley and Hitch(1974) and Baddeley(1992, 2000), just being a mental workplace consisting of two components: the phonological loop, and the visual-spatial sketchpad without the episodic buffer and a central executive which are the characteristics of consciousness. In the continuum of information processing, the conscious processes and the unconscious processes seem not to be totally different and contrasting processes.

A few studies have shown that the function of fusiform face area is selectively involved in the perception of faces including a race difference. We investigated the neural substrates of the face-selective region called fusiform face area in the ventral occipital-temporal cortex and same-race memory superiority in the fusiform face area by the event-related fMRI. In our fMRI study, subjects (Oriental-Korean) performed the implicit distinction of the race while they consciously made familiar-judgments, regardless of whether they considered a face as Oriental-Korean or European-American. For race distinction as an implicit task, the fusiform face areas (FFA) and the right parahippocampal gyrus had a greater response to the presentation of Oriental-Korean faces than for the European-American faces, but in the conscious race distinction between Oriental-Korean and European-American faces, there was no significant difference observed in the FFA. These results suggest that different activation in the fusiform regions and right parahippocampal gyrus resulting from superiority of same-race memory could have implicitly taken place by the physiological processes of face recognition.

User-centered design aims to develop device naturally without the interference of user' s conscious and unconscious behavior. Accordingly, designers need to understand their user's requirements, observe user behavior and interaction in the real environment. However, existing observations suggested a vast range of analysis system and observation techniques which are often ambiguous to the designers. Therefore, this research is aimed to propose an observation system for collecting data from user's behavior. In order to do so, we define the components and behavior level within the context of driving.

As an art, Korean dance is a history, a tradition, and a continuing activity of consciousness. It is a present and future activity in the past that will continue the identity of Korean people. So storytelling is not just a description of the historical background, but of eternity that is being recreated. From this study, the inquiry of artistic beauty of Korean traditional dance is questioning the original essence and value of 'storytelling' through old tradition and historical art. If the study of the Korean dance among them was a study of the theorists for the aesthetic essence or the ideological system, the point of view of the storytelling of the Korean dance is that the public understanding about the core structure and reason of Korean dance and the study of the humanistic value It reminded me of a desperate attitude. The meaning of this study is to verify the usefulness of storytelling as a way to construct various contents of Korean dance in conceptual definition of storytelling. In the symbolic meaning of Korean dance, Cheoyongmu text formed the deep meaning network of the original art beyond the linguistic narrative structure and suggested the importance of storytelling development as DB of original contents.
