현금 없이는 모든 생산자재를 구입할 수 없다시피 변화된 무신용 시대에 육계업계는 하루 하루 원료 구입과 현금 조달에 어려움이 가중되고 있다. 천신만고 끝에 생산한 생산물은 전반적인 국가경제구조 조정이 이루어지면서 정리해고, 임금동결 및 삭감, 고물가 등 소비 악재 요인에 부딪혀 소비가 안되어 물량이 체화되고 있고, 생산비는 계속 상승하고 있다.

교통신호기는 다양한 교통통행에 우선권을 부여하는 교통안전시설물로서, 교통소통과 안전에 지대한 영향을 끼치는 매우 중요한 통제시설이다. 그러나 현행 부적절한 신호기 설치로 차량 교통의 흐름을 방해하거나 교통사고를 증가시키는 경우가 있다. 본 연구는 교통안전시설실무편람에 제세된 9가지 신호기 설치준거 중 보행자 신호기 설치 준거에 대하여 국내도로상황 및 보행자 특성에 맞는 새로운 설치준거를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 교통운영 측면에서 보면, 보행자 신호기는 보행자가 도로를 횡단하는데 적절한 간격을 찾을 수 없을 때 인위적으로 횡단간격을 만들어 주기 위한 교통제어시설이다. 따라서 보행자가 횡단보도에서 최대로 대기할 수 있는 시간을 기준으로 설치 여부를 결정하는 것으로 가정하고, 보행자가 보도상에서 기다릴 수 있는 최대한도 대기시간은 단일로상의 무신호 횡단보도에 교통신회가 설치되었을 경우 한 주기에서 녹색시간을 감한 시간으로 가정할 수 있다. 무신호 횡단보도 현장조사를 통하여 보행자 횡단행태, 횡단보행속도, 보행자 대기시간 등을 분석하였다. 차량의 간섭에 의한 보행자 회단간격과 차량 교통량과의 관계를 도출하고, 보행자 간섭에 의한 차량 교통량과 보행자 교통량과의 관계를 도출하였다. 결론적으로 차로수별로 차량 교통량과 보행자 교통량 상관관계에 의한 신호기 설치, 설치고려, 미설치 영역을 구분하여 보행자 신호기 설치준거(안)을 제시하였다.

In Korea, older pedestrian accounted for 57% of all pedestrian deaths although a ratio of older pedestrian accidents to total pedestrian accidents was only 25.9%. Though ageing population problem becomes more challenging for road safety, little is know about the behaviour of older pedestrian's behaviour. This study aimed to identify road crossing behaviour of older pedestrian at three-lane unsignalized crosswalks using video image analysis and to compare the behaviour of older pedestrian to younger one by indicators including approaching speed, the number of walking steps and other factors. The results showed that there was a difference of approaching time at kerb, waiting time at kerb, the number of glances at kerb, and the number of glances at crossing between two groups under the situation of car approaching to crosswalks. It also showed that older pedestrian usually spent 1.16 times more than younger pedestrian to walk across the crosswalk with only 84.4% of walking speed of younger pedestrian. The number of steps of older pedestrian for road crossing was 1.12 times higher with 90% shorter steps than younger pedestrian. It was concluded that older pedestrian usually decided to walk across in case of 1.67 times longer headway than younger pedestrian's decision. These results could be applied in road and facility design for better safety of older pedestrians.

In this paper I understand Zizek's interpretation of Christianity, and examine it critically and suggest its alternative. Zizek argues that Christianity in its core is turned out to be atheist. His atheist Christianity exposes revolutionary potentials with Christianity. His exploration of Christianity is designed to fight against global capitalism. It means an ideological praxis in theory. But he is misleading in interpreting Christianity. It is his fault that while he places much stress on the participatory interpretation of Jesus's death, he belittles the sacrificial interpretation of it. For the subversive power of Christianity springs from the latter. To tell the truth, Christianity is strongly grounded on simultaneous fulfillment of both of them. Zizek. In interpreting Christianity, he delivers us uncorrect understanding of sacrificial interpretation of Jesus's death while he intends to reveal the subversive core of Christianity. In particular, he is lacking in understanding the atonement function and expiation effect immanent in Jesus's death. There is no participatory interpretation without sacrificial interpretation. In this view, Zizek's pagan Christianity has to be revised or rejected. So, I suggest it is possible through orthodox Christianity, not through pagan Christianity to restore and reactivate the subversive core of Christianity in itself and by itself. The burden of proof is up to fighting theist, not fighting atheist like Zizek.

'Travelogue to Shenyang(瀋陽日記)' is a documentary literature that Seon Yak-hae (宣若海) who was a military official of Joseon(朝鮮) Dynasty, described matters happened in Shenyang when he visited there as an envoy during early 17th century when Qing(淸) Dynasty and Ming(明) Dynasty coexisted and had diplomatic conflict with Joseon Dynasty. This documentary literature is included in the data collection of China that gathers important historical data of China and has been published and delivered in China, but it hasn't caught attention in Korean academic society. There's another 'Travelogue to Shenyang' which is known in the academic society that is a record of eight years of hostage period of Crown Prince Sohyeon and his group in Shenyang. However, this 'Travelogue to Shenyangl' of Seon Yak-hae is a record of Joseon and other countries' status at that time as well as the Joseon intellectual's activities while visiting Shenyang before the outbreak of the Manchurian Invasion (to Korea) in 1636. Seon Yak-hae who wrote this 'Travelogue to Shenyang' recorded his successful works as an envoy with proud, and showed a unique appearance as a military official and intellect who wanted to observe political and military status of Qing Dynasty secretly and report to his country. Since he was an intellect who had military background, he responded bravely when dealing with diplomatic problem and collected data strategically. He also had the ability as an intellectual official, so he wrote realistic articles and also wrote some poems to express his honest feelings in this peculia Travelogue. Therefore, this ' Travelogue to Shenyang' has both values as a historic records that showed diplomatic status of Joseon in the 17th century and literature records that showed unique spirit to record as an intellect who also had military mind.

Images play an important role in the symbolic system as they are connected with imagination through the association of language. Through history, we know that Korean people have been a people of strong spiritual unity and unity for thousands of years. I tried to study how the Korean people's unified mental symbol system was utilized and accomplished through mythological images. Our people are recognized as a people of white clothes because they are connected with white clothes, and modifiers such as the country of the east where the sun does not go down are connected with the sun. The Korean people have been handed down according to the times, such as the son of the sky, the Hongik man, the birch tree and the Gyerim of Silla, as a symbol of the myth of Gojoseon, and do not know when it became a country that loved the sun and whether brightness became a symbol. In relation to the spiritual symbolic system of our nation, the mythical image of Jeju musindo embedded in the shamanist ideology was reinterpreted through the meaning of Roland Bart to provide a basis for the study of the spiritual symbolic system of our nation.

1960년대 이후 광범위한 항암제로서 그 임상효과가 탁월한 물질로 알려진 Anthracycline계 항생물질이 화학구조상 B환의 Hydroquinone형에 의한 생체내 산화환원 반응으로 이해 심근 독성에 영향을 준다고 알려져 있다. 이에 본 연구실에서는 Anthracycline의 Aqlycone 부분 12번 탄소의 전자친화력을 증가시키는 11번 탄소의 Hydroxy group이 제거되고 9번 탄소의 Hydroxy group을 Amine으로 대체함과 동시에 4번 탄소의 Methoxy group이 제거된 보다 독성이 적을 것이라 생각되는 Anthracycline의 새로운 Aglycone 유도체를 Design 하여 전합성 하였다.

오픈 와인딩 머신을 이용한 새로운 하이브리드 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 기존 하이브리드 시스템의 DC/DC 전력 변환기와 이에 필요한 인덕터를 필요로 하지 않으며, 주어진 DC 링크 전압과 배터리 전압으로 보다 높은 속도 운전영역까지 최대 토크 운전이 가능하다. 또한 전동기의 기계 출력, 배터리의 입출력 전력, DC링크단의 입출력 전력을 모두 양방향으로 제어할 수 있는 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다.

목적 :크롬친화세포는 카테콜아민 (CA)을 분비하는 새포로서 무신 수질내에 주로 존재한다. 따라서 부신피질의 영향을 배제하여 여러가지 자율신경계 작용 약물의 약리작용을 연구하는데 중요한 조직이다. 그러므로, 부신으로부터 크롬친화세포를 분리하여 배양하는 방법을 습득하여 자율신경계 작용약물연구에 이용코자 히스타민을 이용하여 CA 분비작용을 연구하였다. 방법: 도살장에서 소를 즉사시킨 후 좌우양측 부신을 분리하여 collagenase digestion으로 부신수질로부터 분리하고 Percoll gradient에 의해서 chromaffine cell을 정제하였다. 이렇게 정제한 크롬친화세포는 Dulbecco's modified Eagle medium에 10% fetal calf serum과 함께 culture dish에다 넣어 5% $CO_2$, incubator에서 유지시켜 주면서 실험을 시행하였다. 배양세포는 분리후 일주일 이내에 사용하였다. Catecholamine측정은 electrochemical detector를 연결하여 HPLC로 측정하였다.
