Research purpose of this project is intending Maintenance Free of freight car and speed up of freight train. At goods transport as heightening traveling by ship speed of freight train shortening raise railway share of physical distribution and stand on tiptoe to Northeast Asia physical distribution main country to contribute expect. This paper is the performance elevation methods of next generation railway freight vehicles.

오는 5월 31일에 제4회 동시 지방선거가 전국에서 실시된다. 인쇄업체에 있어 선거는 곧 특수다. 특히 지방선거는 광역.기초자치단체장과 광역.기초자치단체의원들의 후보자 수가 다른 선거보다 월등히 많아 인쇄물량은 몇 배에 달한다. 또한 5.31 선거는 무보수 명예직이었던 지방의회 의원들의 유급화가 이뤄지는 첫 선거이기 때문에 지난 2002년 지방선거의 평균경쟁률인 2.5대 1보다 2배 이상 증가한 6대1, 혹은 7대1 이상이 될 것으로 예상되고 있다.

Volunteer fire department is a private firefighting organization which is set up in Seoul, metropolitan cities, city/eup/myeon to assist firefighting service. It actively participates in prevention and aid of various disasters as well as in fire prevention/extinguishment to protect people's lives and property and to promote regional development. In short, it is a nonpaid, voluntary, private service organization; it is composed of residents in the area who have spirit of service and sacrifice, wish to join, and work in their own occupation while assisting firefighting work. Yet, voluntary fire department of such nobility and sincerity has not been vitalized, and accordingly, studies regarding this issue have been conducted in firefighting organizations and academia. Therefore, purposes of this research are 1) to analyze issues of current situation through looking at basic training for new volunteer firefighter, unification of power to appoint and dismiss captain and crews of the volunteer fire department, volunteer fire firefighters with a few good people, and vitalization of female volunteer firefighters; and 2) to propose vitalization measures based on the findings above.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of changes in household labor among middle-aged generations who are facing dynamic changes in the middle of their life cycle. The research method is a literature study that examines and analyzes related data. Specifically, it aims to analyze the basic characteristics of middle-aged generations and trends in household labor, which are revealed through Time Use Survey, market trend reports, newspaper articles, and books. From the perspective of family resource management, housework is an unpaid activity performed by and for family members, and is an activity that can be replaced by purchasing goods or services from the market. This study focuses on the rapid growth of the home appliance market that replaces housework with the development of technology after industrialization, and how the change of technology affected the efficiency of housework. In addition, the composition and characteristics of middle-aged generations greatly changed according to changes in family structure, form, and family value. Examining the current state of housework and changing trends of middle-aged generations, which have different characteristics from previous generations, is significant in that it can predict future market trends and suggest implications for family policies that support the improvement of the quality of life of middle-aged generations.
