한국건강관리협회 서울특별시지부가 지난 해 11월 한달 동안, 성노원 아기집 · 삼성농아원 · 은성기술원 등 10개 사회복지 시설의 수용자들에 대한 무료건강검사를 실시해 추운 겨울을 따듯한 이웃 사랑으로 훈훈하게 해주고 있다. 사회 환원사업의 일원으로 실시된 이번 무료검사에서는 670여명의 아동 · 장애인 · 부녀자 등이 검사를 받았다. 매년 다양한 무료검사사업을 실시해 온 건협 서울지부는 앞으로 이들 사회복지시설 수용자, 저소득층주민에 대한 무료검사를 더욱 확대해 나감으로써 전체 국민의 건강증진에 기여해 나갈 것이라고 밝히고 있다.

This paper proposes an optimal replacement policy following the expiration of a free renewing replacement-non-renewing minimal repair warranty. To do so, the free renewing replacement-non-renewing minimal repair warranty is defined and then the maintenance model following the expiration of free renewing replacement-non-renewing minimal repair warranty from the user's point of view is studied. As the criteria to determine the optimality of the maintenance policy, we consider the expected cost rate per unit time from the user's perspective. We derive the expressions for the expected cycle length and the expected total cost to obtain the expected cost rate per unit time. Finally, the numerical examples are presented for illustrative purposes.

This paper proposes a replacement policy following the expiration of a non-renewing free replacement-repair Warranty(NFFRW). The non-renewing free replacement-repair warranty is defined and then the maintenance model following the expiration of the NFRRW is studied from the user's point of view. As the criteria to determine the optimality of the maintenance policy, we consider the expected cost rate per unit time from the user's perspective. All maintenance costs of the system incurred after the expiration of the warranty are paid by the user. Given the cost structures during the life cycle of the system, we determine the optimal maintenance period following the expiration of a NFRRW. Finally, the numerical examples are presented for illustrative purposes.

스마트폰의 보급률이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며, 모바일OS 중 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 것은 안드로이드이다. 안드로이드의 스토어에는 100만개가 넘는 앱이 존재하고, 그 중 대다수를 차지하고 있는 것이 무료 앱이다. 무료 앱은 장치 고유의 키를 사용하여 암호화 시켜 접근을 제어하는 유료 앱과 달리, 스마트폰에 설치 된 후 앱에 대한 접근 방지책이 없어 접근에 취약하다. 본 논문에서는 무료 앱 접근에 대한 취약성을 분석하고 무료앱의 파일을 보호할 수 있는 대응방안을 마련하였다.

최근 무료 WiFi Zone이 확대되고 있고, Smart Phone으로 무료 WiFi에 접속하여 인터넷으로 접속하여 메신저를 하거나, 메일확인, 정보검색 등을 한다. 하지만 무료 WiFi Zone에서 Smart Phone으로 인터넷을 할 때, 개인정보를 해킹 당 할 수가 있다. 본 논문에서 안드로이드 O,S, Smart Phone에서 무료 WiFi를 이용하여 접속한다. 먼저 메신저와 웹사이트 로그인을 한다. 이때 AirPcap을 이용하여 패킷을 캡처한다. Packet 분석 툴인 WireShark를 사용하여 Packet의 내용을 분석하고, ID, PW와 메신저 대화 내용을 해킹한다. 해킹한 개인정보 ID, 비밀번호를 이용하여 인터넷 사이트에 접속을 하여 관리자 권한을 획득한다. 그리고 Smart Phone에서 WiFi접속 시 공격에 대한 보안대책을 제시한다. 본 연구는 Smart Phone에서 무료 WiFi 접속 때, 보안성 강화연구와 무선 해킹과 방어 기술 발전에 초석이 될 것이다.

This study surveyed editors of 309 gratis open access journals in Korea in order to examine the reason why they decided to open their journals to the public on the Web. Also this study examined their perceptions and attitudes toward open access publishing. The main reasons of open access publishing in Korea were expansion of free use, increasing citation, and international trends regarding open access in their scholarly fields. Also, 65% of all respondents were aware of the concepts of open access, and 75% supported open access. The reasons of supporting open access were sharing of research results with the public, increasing the availability of peer researchers, and enhancing journal reputations.

In this paper, we consider the periodic preventive maintenance model for repairable system following the expiration of non-renewing free replacement-repair warranty (NFRRW). Under this preventive maintenance model, we derive the expressions for the expected cycle length, the expected total cost and the expected cost rate per unit time. Also, we determine the optimal preventive maintenance period and the optimal preventive maintenance number by minimizing the expected cost rate per unit time. Finally, the optimal periodic preventive maintenance policy is given for Weibull distribution case.

The purpose of this study is to examine the tendency of open access income models in gratis open access journals and fee-based online journals in Korea. This study found that there was no clear difference between two groups and fee-based online journals had several of the same characteristics of open access journals. That is, the societies published fee-based journals have requested APC to authors and additional page charges for the articles with research funding. Also, in case of fee-based online journals, the journals received subsidies from external funding agencies were more than free OA journals. These findings show that fee-based online journals in Korea have a lot of capability to transition to open access journals.

매년 4월의 셋째주. 한국건강관리협회는 이때를 ‘건강관리 강조주간’으로 정하고 전국 20여개소에 가두 무료 건강상담소를 설치하여 각종 기본 건강검사 및 건강상담을 실시해오고 있다. 지난 4월 15일부터 1주일간 실시되었던 ‘91년도 가두 건강검사는 국민들에게는 건강관리의 필요성을, 협회에는 보다 활발한 검사의 필요성을 느끼게 해주었다. 총 1만여명에 대한 혈당검사혈액형검사혈압측정요검사기생충검사 등이 건강검사와 상담을 마친 서울지부 가두 무료 건강검사의 현장을 이번 호에 소개한다.

한국건강관리협회 전라북도지부가 복지시설에 수용되어 있는 장애인을 대상으로 하는 무료 건강검진을 실시해, 추워지는 날씨 속에 훈훈한 인정을 느끼게 했다. 지난 11월 14일부터 1주일간 실시된 이 무료검진에서는, 시설 수용자 550여명이 검사를 받았다. 이동 검진반을 이용한 순회 검진을 통해 7종목을 검사한 이번 무료검진은, 건강검사의 기회가 별로 없었던 장애인들에게 자신의 건강관리를 위한 새로운 계기가 되었다는데서 큰 의의를 찾을 수 있었다고 한다.
