In this paper, we extended the Kim et al.'s two-stage unrelated question model(1992) and the Lee et al.'s improved unrelated question model(1998) to two sample unrelated question model of using two independent samples in the case of unknown $\pi_y$.

We suggest a stratified conditional unrelated question randomized response model to more efficiently estimate a sensitive character A when the population is composed of several strata. In that model, only the respondents who answered "yes" through randomization device which was consisted of a less sensitive character B and a question forcing to answer "yes" respond to our suggested model and we deal with two allocation problems of proportional allocation and optimal one. We expand the suggested model into two sample stratified conditional unrelated question model to cover the case of unknowing unrelated character and deduce minimal variance through optimal sample size of stratum h. Finally, we show that the suggested model is more efficiency than stratified unrelated models and the stratified Carr et al.'s model (1982) under some given conditions, and show numerically that the smaller the values ${\pi}_{h2}$ and ${\pi}_{hy}$, the more efficiency the fit of the model.

For procuring more sensitive information and estimating stratum target population proportion as well as an overall one form a sensitive population composed of several strata we suggest a two-stage stratified unrelated question model that uses stratified random sampling instead of simple random sampling in the two-stage unrelated question model by Kim et al. (1992) and extend it to the three-stage stratified unrelated question model. We also deal with the proportional and optimal allocation problems in each suggested model, compare the relative efficiency of the suggested two models, and show that the three-stage stratified unrelated question model is more efficient than the two-stage one in view of the variance.

방산물자 수출은 정부 대 정부, 또는 정부 대 회사의 경우가 대부분으로 무기획득 계획, 작전성능 요구사항, 국방획득 조달주기, 정책결정자에 관한 정보 및 해당 국가 방산업체의 마케팅 전략 등 방산물자 수츨울 위한 해외 시장정보를 얻기가 어려워 경쟁력있는 가격 제시에 한계를 가지고 있다. 국방부에서는 국방무관 및 군수무관을 활용하여 구매국에 대한 시장정보를 획득하고 있으나, 군수무관은 미국, 영국, 프랑스, 러시아, 독일 등 주요 방산생산국에 국한되어 운용하고 있어 군수무관의 운용 국가를 확대하거나, 국방무관에 대한 방산시장에 대한 정보획득업무를 정규업무로 규정할 필요가 있다.

Mangat(1994)는 Mangat-Singh(1990)이 제안한 2단계 관련질문모형의 사용 절차를 좀 더 단순화시킨 개선된 관련질문모형을 제안하여 민감한 질적 속성을 추정하였다. 본 논문에서는 Mangat의 개선된 관련질문모형을 양적속성의 무관질문모형으로 확장하고자 한다. 또한, 제안한 모형이 Greenberg et al.의 양적속성의 무관질문모형이나 최경호(1996)가 제안한 2단계 양적속성의 무관질문모형보다 효율적이 되는 조건을 제시하였다.

We apply stratified cluster sampling to a replicated systematic unrelated question model for a large scale survey in which the population is comprised of several strata developed by several clusters and with sensitive parameters. We first present a replicated systematic unrelated question model using an unrelated question model to procure sensitive information from the population of clusters and then develop a suggested model to an unrelated question by a stratified cluster replicated systematic sampling that can be used in large population of strata. We cover the proportional and optimum allocation for the suggested model. Finally, we compare and analyze the efficiency of the suggested model with the replicated systematic unrelated question model.

The main objective of this paper is to vindicate the Bayesian belief updating rule, i.e. conditionalization. For this purpose, I introduce first what I call Irrelevance Principle, and show that this principle is equivalent to conditionalization. In turn, the principle is vindicated by means of Bayesian confirmation theory. That is, I suggest some theses that Bayesian confirmation theorists should accept, and prove that if Irrelevance Principle is violated, the theses cannot holds.

We augment an unrelated quantitative attribute to Bar-Lev et al.'s model (2004) which is composed of sensitive quantitative variable and scrambled one to present a multiplicative unrelated quantitative randomized response model(MUQ RRM). We also establish theoretical grounds to estimate the sensitive quantitative attribute according to circumstances irrespective of known or unknown unrelated quantitative attribute. Finally, we explore the relationship among the suggested model, Eichhorn-Hayre model, Bar-Lev et al.'s model and Gjestvang-Singh's model, and compare the efficiency of our model with Bar-Lev et al.'s model.

Sinheung Military Academy was the first one which prepared for independence war built by members of Sinminhoe in Western Manchuria. Sinheung Military Academy is known that nurtured 3,500 independence soldiers during 10 years from 1911 thorough 1920. Nevertheless no people know how it recruited so many students for 10 tears. In the course of studying the recruit of Sinheung Military Academy, I became to focus on Manjugisa by Yi Sang-nyog. Although Yi Sang-nyon remembered that there were over five hundred students in Sinheung Military Academy from just after it's set up in Manjugisa, scholars overlooked that mention so far. In addition, in the Sixth poem of Manjugisa, Yi Sang-nyong recollected that there were 30 preliminary educational organizations in 1918 after installation of Sinheung Military Academy in 1911. Therefore I concluded that the over 500 students nurtured from just after installation of Sinheung Military Academy were summed up students of preliminary educational organizations over Sinheung Military Academy's and proved it. The students of preliminary educational organizations in Liuhexian Tonghuaxian entranced into Sinheung Military Academy after graduation. The graduates of Sinheung Military Academy taught the students of preliminary educational organizations a common and military educations in duty for two years. In conclusion, Sinheung Military Academy and nearby preliminary educational organizations were an wide military camp organically maintained by Korean in Western Manchuria for big purpose of independence war.

2004년, 말 많았던 인쇄용지 무관세 시대가 드디어 도래했다. 그러나 엄밀히 말하자면, 이미 1996년부터 단계적으로 관세가 인하돼 왔고, 2003년에 부과된 관세율도 2.5%에 불과했기 때문에 실질적으로 올해의 관세하락 효과는 2.5%라고 할 수 있다. 이런 이유에서 용지무관세 시대의 도래가 제지업계에 큰 파장을 줄 것이라고는 예상되지 않지만 업계 경쟁을 부추기는 새로운 단초로 작용할 것이라는 점도 부인할 수 없는 사실이다.
