Mediating Roles of General-Satisfaction Trust and Commitment on Word of Mouth and Repurchasing Intention of Relationship-oriented Customers (관계지향적 고객의 구전 및 재구매의도에 대한 전반적 만족과 신뢰 및 몰입의 매개적 역할에 관한 연구)

  • 기존의 관계마케팅에 대한 연구에 있어서 소비자 만족과 같은 고객의 평가에 대한 경험적 연구들이 많이 진행되어 왔지만 기업에 대한 소비자들의 관계성이 강하고 약한 다양성을 구분하지 못하고, 대부분의 연구들이 상대적으로 단기적이거나 약한 관계에 대한 실증연구의 결과들을 제시하고 있기 때문에 상대적으로 관계지향성이 높은 고객에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 거래적 교환관계에서부터 관계지향적 교환관계까지의 연속적 고객관계선상에서 비교적 관계지향성이 높은 고객과의 관계구축을 구전의도와 재구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인의 관점에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 먼저 관계마케팅에서 핵심적인 구성요소인 요인별 만족과 전반적 만족 그리고 몰입과 신뢰 개념을 검토하고, 이들 구성요소들간의 관계를 파악한 후, 재구매의도에 대한 몰입과 신뢰의 효과를 검토하였다. 본 연구에서는 기업과 5년이상 장기적인 관계를 유지하고 있는 심야전력고객을 대상으로 하여 실증연구를 실시하였는데, 분석 결과 전반적 만족은 요인별 만족과 구전의도에 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계적 교환관계에 있어서 요인별 만족과 재구매의도는 신뢰와 몰입수준에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 요인별 만족이 신뢰와 몰입에 미치는 영향도 다르게 나타났는데, 심야요금제도와 서비스맨에 대한 만족이 몰입에 영향을 미치며, 제품요인과 대리점 요인에 대한 만족이 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Titles of Nintendo DS are frequently use humor to help users fall in short time. Among many humor element, many titles use exaggeration. It is because 'exaggeration' is the best instrument to make users understand humor without complex cognitive process. Therefore, portable game using humor storytelling as a strategy for attracting various people.

  • 본 연구에서는 방대한 양과 다양한 종류의 필드를 가지는 인력패널 데이터를 기초로 데이터마이닝 기법인 의사결정나무 추론 등의 기법을 활용하여 근로자의 직무 만족과, 조직몰입에 주요한 영향을 주는 요소를 상향식으로 도출하고, 이런 주요 요소가 근로자의 직무만족과, 조직몰입에 어떠한 관계를 가지는지 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 데이터마이닝 기법을 활용한 직무만족과, 조직몰입 모형구축을 통하여 기존연구들에서 고려하지 못한 주요 영향요인을 보완하고, 기업의 인적자원관리 및 개발 차원에서 조직의 발전과 성과향상을 기대할 수 있다.

Effects of Fun Elements of Online Games and Self-Construals on Gamers' Flow Experience and Game Loyalty (온라인 게임의 재미 요소와 게이머의 자아성향이 게임 몰입과 충성도에 미치는 영향: 사회적 게이머와 비사회적 게이머 집단 간 비교)

  • The study examined how the fun elements of online games and gamers' self-construals affected their flow experience and loyalty to games, focusing on the comparison between the social gamers and the asocial gamers. Results showed that, first, there were significant differences between the two groups in the respective fun elements of achievement, challenge, and closeness; second, differences of gamers' self-construals were found in game environment rather than lifeworld environment; third, the flow experience and game loyalty of social gamers were higher than those of asocial gamers; finally, there were significant differences between the two groups in the effects of the fun elements and gamers' self-construals on their flow experience and game loyalty.

  • Backed by the fourth industrial revolution as the background of the research, VR, AR and MR have increased interest and wireless Oculus Quest is releasing, creating hardware recall and continuing virtual reality devices, and game software develop or service VR games using such devices. As a result, it is expected that VR game markets will continue to grow in the future. For this purpose, we understand the technical factors of presence and immersion that appear in virtual reality games and should be able to apply them when we produce VR games. Through the process, we analyzed elements of VR game concept, immersion, and presence and analyzed three games that were commercialized. As a suggestion, we need to take into account presence and immersion characteristics when developing and experiencing virtual reality games in the future.

The effect of the entry programming course on the flow of elementary pre-service teacher (엔트리 프로그래밍 교육이 초등예비교원의 몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this paper is to verify whether the entry programming course applied with the flow based learning type is to affect the flow of students' learning. The subjects of the study were the students in the 3rd grade of the National University of education who had not experienced the coding before, and conducted two hours of programming lessons per week for three months. Learning contents and learning materials of beginner course in Entry Homepage were used as learning materials. The teaching and learning process consisted of clear goals setting, motivation, follow-up and immediate feedback, providing application problems, and providing reflection time for students. As a result of the study, the nine factors of flow were compared before and after the experiment. The seven factors - A balance between challenges and skills, Immediate feedback, Action and awareness are merged, Distractions are excluded from consciousness, No worry of failure. Self-consciousness disappears, The activity becomes autotelic-were obtained.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the components and to verify the relationship among service orientation effort, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention in logistics firms. A literature survey is presented; then, an empirical analysis is carried out using data from questionnaires to employees in logistics firms. The final results indicate that Service orientation effort of logistics firms is positively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, service orientation effort, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are negatively related to turnover intention. Following these results, it is necessary to concentrate on enhancing the service orientation effort to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment and decrease turnover intention.

A Study on Effect of the Equity and the Cognitive Performance on the Flow Experience of the Game playing (자아효능감이 게임의 몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • According to the Flow Theory, when the perceived level of Challenges of player and his skill are high, he is able to experience the flow state. What does the skill mean in the Flow Theory? This study suggests that the self-efficacy of the actor should be concerned to understand the perceived level of actor's skill in relation to the level of Challenges and his personal characteristics. This study hypothesizes the equity-distribution of extrinsic reward and the positive reputation influence the player's self-efficacy, and his self-efficacy affect the flow experience. This hypothesis is confirmed by the structure equation model test. This result can serve to understand skill related on the flow theory, and what factors players to get flow experience are given by.

  • Virtual reality is a technology that enables users to implement environments that are separate from the real world, and immersion is an important factor in implementing separate environments. However, a variety of studies have been conducted to solve this problem as the lack of awareness of the surrounding environment can lead to an unstable virtual reality game environment. Most studies are focused on solving problems through visualization. On the other hand, because visualizations are generally information that is not relevant to the space of virtual reality, research is needed on the effect of the degree of immersion in virtual reality to which they are applied. The guidelines are necessary because there are differences in individual tendencies and the factors that influence the immersion. In order to solve these two problems, we are going to conduct experiments on two systems: a survey based on the immersion tendency and a visualized communication of information about the surrounding environment. Through these results, we will measure the immersion of individuals and identify the impact of visualizations on virtual reality games by dividing them by their propensity to do so to present guidelines on the creation of virtual reality game environments based on the individual's tendency to engage in immersion.
