According to the 2017 national survey of the disabled persons conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, rehabilitation centers for the disabled appeared to be the service agency that disabled women use the most. This means that rehabilitation centers for the disabled hold an important role in securing the maternity rights of disabled women. However, in the practice of welfare for the disabled, programs for securing maternity rights are inadequate, and the actual condition is not being surveyed. As a result, programs related to maternity rights based on the legal basis exist, but actual support services for resolving the difficulties related to maternity rights that disabled women experience are inadequate. Thus, the study suggests that rehabilitation centers for the disabled should pay a central role in establishing the maternity rights of disabled women and provide support services such as developing a manual on basic information about pregnancy, childbirth, and child rearing, offering childbirth-related counseling, activating a self-help group, providing an individualized program for families, connecting with medical institutions, and supporting case management.

This study examines the entrepreneurial experiences of unmarried mothers living in a community who have succeeded in starting a business. Attention was given to the maternal and labor rights of five single mothers in a community who gave birth, raised children, and engaged in vocational activities. Data were collected through one-on-one in-depth discussions with the participants and analyzed using Colaizzi's descriptive-phenomenological method. The data analysis revealed 53 themes and 10 clusters of themes. Based on these results, items such as overcoming pregnancy conflict, reasons for starting a business, and successful entrepreneurial experience were identified and described. The key themes of this study include "Pressure to live", "Hold oneself responsible for an unblessed life", "Stigma and deprivation of opportunity", "Maintaining basic life amid anxiety", "Starting from ground zero", "Work and parenting tug-of-war", "Let's rely on my ability rather than external support", "Securing credit capital", "Philosophy for shared growth" and "Infinite possibilities at the edge of a cliff". In the attempt to start a business using positive psychological capital for the well-being of themselves and their children's, the mothers uncovered social capital, which led to mutual growth. Based on the research results, the ethics and resilience of shared growth were discussed.

석탄화력발전소에 정착되는 고속분립체 이송용 곡관의 내마모성 향상에 관한 수치해석 및 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 22.5$^{\circ}$와 90$^{\circ}$ 곡관을 모델로 하여, 분립체에 의한 곡관의 마모를 감소시키기 위해 유동방향이 전환되는 부분에 와류장이 형성되도록 곡관의 단면형상을 변화시켰다. 삼차원, 난류유동장의 지배방정식을 유한체적법으로 이산화시키고, SIMPLE 알고리즘을 이용하여 해를 구하였다. 수치해석을 통해 마모감소를 위한 새로운 형상의 곡관을 설계하였다. 새로운 형상의 곡관을 제작, 운전중인 국내 화력발전소에 장착하여 마모실험을 수행하였으며 내마모성이 매우 향상되었음을 알 수 있었다.

본 논문은 성 통합적 관점에서 가족정책의 재구조화에 대한 논의를 전개함으로써 몇 가지 주목할 만한 결론에 도달했다. 첫째는 가족정책의 관점이 노동하는 주체의 관점에 섰을 때 일과 가족 양립의 문제가 특정성의 문제가 아닌 보편적 시민의 문제가 된다는 점이다. 즉 허구적 믿음에 근거한 공 사적영역의 분리를 (성별구분 없이) 노동하는 주체의 관점에서 통합시킬 때 공적가치인 정의의 문제와 사적가치인 보살핌의 대림이 해소될 수 있다는 것이다. 둘째는 노동주체로서 남성과 여성의 통합성과 현실적 문제로써 여성과 남성의 차이에 근거한 '이해'의 상이함을 반영하기 위해서는 가족정책의 틀은 가족 구성원이 노동하는 장소에 따라 구분해야 한다는 것이다. 셋째는 가족정책의 틀에 따라 가족정책을 가족영역과 시장영역으로 나누었을 때 가족정책의 내용은 가족구성원이 노동권과 부모권(모성권+부성권)을 실현하는데 장애가 되는 요인들을 완화 제거하는 정책이어야 한다는 것이다. 마지막으로 가족정책의 방향은 여성과 남성이 생계부양과 보살핌의 책무를 함께 나누게 하는 것이다. 이는 노동하는 주체의 관점에서 허구적인 공 사적영역의 분리를 통합시켜 내는 것으로, 궁극적인 가족정책의 지향점이라고 할 수 있는 보편적 일과 가족 양립을 실현하는 길이라는 것이다.

현재 엘리베이터용 worm gear의 wheel로써 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 것은 인청동이다. 일반적으로 청동에 인의 함량이 0.05% - 0.5% 정도 잔류하는 인청동은 용탕의 유동성이 좋아지고, 합금의 강도, 경도가 증가하며 내마모성, 탄성이 증가한다. 또한 P는 극소량 Cu 중에 고용하나 그 외에는 경하고 취약한 $Cu_3P$상으로 존재하고, P의 함유에 따라 Sn의 고용도가 저하하므로 주조 조직중에 $\delta$상($Cu_{31}Sn_8$)이 증가하여 Sn을 증가한 때와 같이 경도가 커지는 효과가 있다. 이같이 기지상 중에 간단한 3원 공정부 ($\alpha + \delta + Cu_3P$)상이 산재하여 있어 이것이 마찰상대면을 지탱하여 내마모 역할을 하기 때문에 인청동이 내마모 재료로써 많이 쓰이고 있는 것이다.

Weatherstrip coatings of urethane and silicon type which are fit to EPDM and thermoplastic materials are used in sealing systems for automotive applications for noise reduction and high slip characteristics for external applications, respectively. Polyurethane binder was successfully synthesized from poly(butyladiphate)diol (PBAD), poly(tetramethylene)glycol (PTMG) and isocyanate as starting materials. Then, polyurethane coating agents were prepared by using various additives. To investigate effects of segment types on the abrasion resistance of polyurethane coating agents, thin films based on polyurethane coating materials were fabricated. With increasing the amount of hard segment in the coating agent, abrasion resistance, modulus and tensile strength of the coating films were improved, but the elongation of the coating films was decreased.

Mr. Miyazaki's heroines tend to be plucky young women who combine guileless decency with tough-mindedness. However, in his the latest film the female character often change herself into wise older women who sometimes serve as foils, sometimes as mother figures. His heroine, Sophie, starts out as a shy girl, but then a curse transforms her into 90-year-old. Her partner is Howl who supports and is supported by Sophie their mutual drawbacks. At first horrified by the change, she comes to embrace it as a liberation from anxiety, fear and self-consciousness, and discovers in herself a new zest for adventure. The castle is surely one of the most extraordinary contraptions to appear on screen recently, more ingenious in its way than the intergalactic armada. It ranges freely from place to place and is also, somehow, in several places at once, its magical front door opening onto different landscapes with the flip of a knob. It is not exactly haunted, but it is nonetheless infused with whimsical and sometimes somber spirits. Sophie, in both her incarnations, joins an impressive sisterhood of Miyazaki heroines, whose version of girl power presents a potent alternative to the mini-machismo that dominates American juvenile entertainment.

본 연구에서는 콘크리트내 철근의 방식성을 검토하기 위하여 실제 구조물과 유사하도록 콘크리트 대형 패널 실험체를 제작하였으며, 실험체 제작시 콘크리트 내부에 염화물을 혼입하여 음극전기방식 공법을 도입한 실험체와 공법을 도입하지 않은 실험체의 염화물에 의한 철근방식효과를 비교 분석하였다. 실험에 사용된 음극전기방식은 비소모성 티타늄 양극망을 사용한 외부전원방식이며, 최근에 국내에서도 사용실적이 늘고 있는 리모트 모니터링 시스템을 적용하여 구조물의 유지관리상 연속성 있게 콘크리트내 철근의 방식정도를 확인할 수 있는지에 대해 검토하였다.
