The on-line and mobile communication technologies provide an environment to make users share information on the rove. However learning on a file received from on-line or mobile internet environment is able to read only, According to this, users cannot use various learning methods to make multimedia contents for learning like coloring and underlining considerable parts. Also, in case of storing, it cannot be stored in a standard file format HTML. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest a new learning platform to be able to change text contents in a web documents and implement a prototype system to process learning system in on-line environment

This paper designs and implements wire/wireless web service system based on SOAP for price comparison dynamically using web service technoloies in real time. This web service system composes web service client module including functions of product search, product sort, product order and UDDI retrieval browser, and server module including functions of remote procedure call for product search/order and functions of UDDI publish browser, and mobile client module supporting functions for product search/order in wireless environments. This web service system can exchange product information based on SOAP messages and support independence of platform and flexible portability in environment conforming to SOAP, WSDL and UDDI standards.

Recently, information communication technologies such as smartphone or mobile app greatly affect various application fields including geo-spatial domain. And development scheme of mobile web app or hybrid app regards as the most important computing technology which is combined each advantage of mobile app and mobile web. Despite these trends, it is general case that satellite images are used for the background image for other contents services. With this motivation, hybrid app for geo-metadata as the base for dissemination and service is designed and implemented as the prototype, in this study. At the design stage, HTML5, which is the core technology on an international standardization process for hybrid app, is applied. In the implementation, PhoneGap and Sencha Touch as mobile SDK(Software Development Kit) supporting HTML5 on cross-platform in open sources are used. In prototype, some KOMPSAT-2 images covering small area and mandatory elements in geo-metafata standard are tested. As mobile industry applications and business service models based on satellite images on mobile platform are progressing and diversifying, it is expected that this approach and implemented prototype are considered as an important reference.

Mobile Collaboration is an enabling technology that makes users share information between mobile devices and various Mobile P2P platforms have been designed and implemented for it. There are, however, few research papers on application of SIP protocol to spatial data sharing on mobile devices. In this paper, SIP based real time sharing framework is proposed to compose a mobile P2P platform on which spatial data can be trans(erred. A new protocol based on WKT and WKB is defined to send and receive spatial objects with SIP MESSAGE method. Base maps such as digital maps and parcel maps can be provided by a map server that is integrated with SIP server after a new SIP session established and client agents are registered. The framework proposed based onSIP enables users to transfer spatial data such as maps and satellite images directly between mobile devices during VoIP based voice call and therefore, mobile applications can be applied in various domains such asforest management and national defense.

본 논문에서는 홈 헬스케어에서 건강측정을 위하여 가장 많이 사용되는 개인 건강 기기(personal health device)인 혈당계, 혈압계, 심박측정계(heart rate monitor), 산소포화도 측정계(pulse-oximeter), 심전도 측정계(ECG monitor)의 5가지 홈 헬스케어 의료기기를 구성하고 표준 핵심 기술 요소인 ISO/IEEE 11073, HL7을 준용하는 게이트웨이 플랫폼을 스마트폰에 적용하여 기존의 홈 헬스케어 시스템을 구성하는 단말기 형태의 게이트웨이나 홈 서버 하드웨어 구성을 필요로 하지 않으면서 집안의 고정된 게이트웨이로 인해서 생기는 위치종속성 문제를 해결할 수 있는 PMG(personal mobile gateway) 기반의 홈&모바일 헬스케어 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

The domestic and overseas IoT (Internet of Things)-based automation industry is developing remarkably, and the development of this automation technology is further accelerated by the development of sensor technology. In recent years, the smart farm industry for the purpose of growing crops based on various sensor technologies is rapidly developing. In the case of smart farms, real-time monitoring and mobile services are provided by measuring representative environmental data such as temperature, humidity, and CO2 required for crop cultivation. Most of these environmental monitoring and control operations use the RS-485-based Modbus (RTU) communication method. In this paper, we intend to test the performance of sensor data and actuator information required for smart farm construction by building a platform for controlling sensor data and actuators based on LabView using MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport), an IoT standard protocol.

In accordance with the rapid non-face-to-face environment and mobile first strategy, the explosive increase and creation of many structured/unstructured data every year demands new decision making and services using big data in all fields. However, there have been few reference cases of using the Hadoop Ecosystem, which uses the rapidly increasing big data every year to collect and load big data into a standard platform that can be applied in a practical environment, and then store and process well-established big data in a relational database. Therefore, in this study, after collecting unstructured data searched by keywords from social network services based on Hadoop 2.0 through three virtual machine servers in the Spring Framework environment, the collected unstructured data is loaded into Hadoop Distributed File System and HBase based on the loaded unstructured data, it was designed and implemented to store standardized big data in a relational database using a morpheme analyzer. In the future, research on clustering and classification and analysis using machine learning using Hive or Mahout for deep data analysis should be continued.

최근 휴대용 기기들이 대중화되어 한사람이 하나 이상의 휴대용 기기를 소지하고 있고 스마트폰 활용도 또한 늘어나는 추세이다. 때문에 폭발적인 스마트폰 응용 활용이 늘어나고 있지만 현재의 애플리케이션 스토어는 각 플랫폼별로 애플리케이션을 개발해줘야 하는 종속적인 면이 있다. 앱스토어는 크게 애플의 앱스토어와 구글의 안드로이드 마켓으로 양분되어 있고 각 플랫폼에 맞춰 애플리케이션이 개발되어야 한다. 각각의 플랫폼에 맞춰서 애플리케이션을 개발하면 비용도 더 들고 다른 소규모 플랫폼(Ex 바다)들은 애플리케이션 개발자들을 끌어 모아야만 자신들의 플랫폼에 맞는 애플리케이션이 나오는 단점이 있다. 각 플랫폼에 맞춰서 개발된 네이티브 애플리케이션의 범용성에 대한 해결책과 모바일에서의 다양한 요구사항을 수용하기 위해 웹 애플리케이션이 각광받고 있다. 웹 애플리케이션은 플랫폼에 종속되지 않고 어느 휴대용 기기에서도 동작하기 때문에 각 플랫폼별로 개발하지 않아도 된다. 따라서 웹 애플리케이션 스토어끼리의 연동 프로토콜을 통하여 애플리케이션들을 어느 웹 애플리케이션 스토어에서도 볼 수 있고 플랫폼에 구애받지 않는 거대한 시장이 생겨날 수 있다. 하지만 아직 웹 애플리케이션 스토어라는 표준이 없고 존재하는 웹 애플리케이션 스토어가 없다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 연동에 관한 프로토콜을 제안한다.

모바일 단말과 같은 임베디드 시스템은 배포 후 버그를 수정 재 배포하기가 힘들다. 이러한 문제점을 해결 하기 위하여 OMA(Open Mobile Alliance)에서는 OMA Client Provisioning기반의 OMA Device Management 규격을 정의하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기반이 되는 OMA Client Provisioning 규격을 지원하기 위한 Provisioning Library 와 Provisioning Agent를 설계 및 구현 하였다. 본 논문에서 구현된 Provisioning Library는 Standard C를 이용하였으며, Bootstrap 및 Continuous Provisioning을 지원하기 위하여 설계된 Provisioning Agent는 국내 단말 3사가 채택하고 있는 표준 플랫폼인 WIPI 기반으로 제작 되어 단말간 이식성이 높도록 하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템은 사용자가 새로 추가된 정보 서비스를 받기 위하여 네트워크 정보를 업그레이드를 원할 경우 서비스 센터에 직접 방문하여 단말을 업그레이드 받을 필요 없이 OTA를 통하여 네트워크 정보를 업그레이드 할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다.

최근 웹 표준의 준수와 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 기업체에서 뿐만 아니라 공공기관 등에서도 확산되고 있으며, 필수 요소로 자리매김하고 있는 추세이다. 인터넷을 사용하는 환경은 개인용 컴퓨터의 윈도우 기반에서 인터넷을 사용하는 환경과 시대에서 벗어나고 있다. 학생들의 인터넷 사용 환경도 핸드폰, PDA 등의 모바일 기기를 이용한 다양한 플랫폼으로 확산되고 있는 실정이며, 이에 따라 교육용 홈 페이지에서도 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 필요한 때이다. 이 논문에서는 한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 대하여 알아보고, 일선 학교에서 운영하는 교육용 홈 페이지에서 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 방법으로 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 따른 평가 방법을 도입하는 방안을 제안한다.
