  • Recently, IT-based environment is changing rapidly as changing in web services platform, evolution of cloud computing environments and expanding the base of a smart market. Accordingly, monitoring development of environment is changing quickly. So a customizable SaaS-based monitoring tool is required to provide monitoring services. It has to support a variety of environmental monitoring and a resource managers with requested information, and by an enhanced monitoring framework in clouding environment of management system. In this paper, the 3D viewer for the management of sensor node management system was designed and built. Through the 3D viewer by enhancing the accessibility and visibility, the sensor network will allow resources to be used efficiently.

  • In this paper, we proposed offloading delay method which determines effectively offloading timing by measuring of handoff delay and offloading time at mobile node side in mobile environment. The propose method measures each of handoff delay and offloading time and making decision of proper offloading timing on mobile node side. Therefore, it is possible to support cloud computing without changing previous implemented cloud computing structure for fixed node in a mobile environment. We compare the energy consumption of server and node to analyze efficiency of proposed method by using existing method of energy consumption measurement. Simulation results shows the reducing energy consumption more than previous method and operation time similar to previous method.

  • 최근 IT는 cloud computing이라는 새로운 컴퓨터 프러다임에 대해서 정부와 많은 IT 기업들이 관심을 가지고 있다. 이 논문은 클라우드 컴퓨팅를 제시한 크리스토프 비시글리아의 생각대로, cloud라는 공간에 개인 컴퓨팅 환경을 이용했을 때 발생되는 네트워크 트래픽 문제를 분석하여 향 후 클라우딩 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 안정적인 가상 데스크 톱 연결을 위한 방법을 제시한다. 이것은 향 후 모바일 장치를 이용한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경을 구현하기 위해서도 중요한 문제이다

A Study on the Cognitive Judgment of Pedestrian Risk Factors Using a Second-hand Mobile Phones (중고스마트폰 업사이클링을 통한 보행위험요인 인지판단 연구)

  • In order to secure pedestrians' right to walk, we have up-cycled second hand mobile phones to overcome limitations of the existing survey methods, analysis methods, and diagnosis to reduce pedestrian traffic accidents. Second hand mobile phones were up-cycled to produce mobile CCTVs and installed in areas where pedestrian deaths rate is high to secure image data sets for the period of more than 24 hours. It was analyzed by applying image visualization technology and clouding reporting technology, and more precise and accurate results were derived through modeling based on artificial intelligence learning and GIS-based diagnostic guidance. As a result, it was possible to analyze the risk factors and number of pedestrian safety, and even factors that were not known in the existing method could be derived. In addition, the traffic accident risk index was derived by converting data into one year to verify whether second hand mobile phone up-cycling mobile CCTV will be an objective tool for finding pedestrian risk factors. Up-cycling mobile CCTV of second hand mobile phones newly applied through research can be used as a new tool to find pedestrian risk factors, and it can be used as a service to protect the safety of the traffic vulnerable other than pedestrians.

  • The Fourth Industrial Revolution has emerged, and technologies of various industries are being converged, compounded, or clouded computing, mobile, or big data. The emergence of a variety of skills and new jobs to match them is bringing the public out of the education and occupation of traditional metal crafts. In this change, craft education should find and study the education method suitable for the present times, and apply it to the educational field to raise public interest and revival. To this end, we will investigate the cases of education in other industries where new materials or technologies have been introduced, and use them in education of traditional metal craft techniques. In addition, we will investigate various cases and features of 3D printing technology and use it for education in craft techniques that have limited time, space and resources.

  • Recently, the business environment of healthcare has changed rapidly due to the entering the mobile era, the intensifying global competition, and the explosion of healthcare needs. Despite of necessity in expanding new IT-based medical services and investing IT resources to respond environmental changes, the small and medium sized hospitals could not realize these requirements due to the limited management resources. CHISSMH is designed and presented in this research to provide high valued clouding medical services with reasonable price. CHISME is designed to maximize resource pooling and sharing through the visualization. By doing so, Cloud Service provider could minimize maintenance cost of cloud data center, provide high level services with reasonable pay-per-use price. CHISME is expected to be base framework of cloud HIS services and be diffusion factor of cloud HIS services Operational experience in CHISSMH with 15 hospitals is analyzed and presented as well.
