Deep Learning System based on Morphological Neural Network (몰포러지 신경망 기반 딥러닝 시스템)

  • In this paper, we propose a deep learning system based on morphological neural network(MNN). The deep learning layers are morphological operation layer, pooling layer, ReLU layer, and the fully connected layer. The operations used in morphological layer are erosion, dilation, and edge detection, etc. Unlike CNN, the number of hidden layers and kernels applied to each layer is limited in MNN. Because of the reduction of processing time and utility of VLSI chip design, it is possible to apply MNN to various mobile embedded systems. MNN performs the edge and shape detection operations with a limited number of kernels. Through experiments using database images, it is confirmed that MNN can be used as a deep learning system and its performance.

  • Tn these server oriented network forms, users allowed to approach the a certain server only in slave and passive way, and are limited in sharing informations, and internet choose from a method of traditional centralized web server until now, so we pay a lot of money and have a problem of maintenance management. The P2P is the new solution of these limitations, but there is no verification about the possibility and validity of p2p as the business model. This parer offering to some solution for those problems using the JXTA technique and P2P compution. We will apply the JXTA platform that wireless environment as mobile environment. The JXTA technique can be interoperability between third-party. This paper is implementation of P2P communication system on mobile environment. It's implementation used by JXTA technique, J2ME and XML.

OpenGL ES 2.0 Emulation on Desktop PCs (데스크탑 상에서의 OpenGL ES 2.0 에뮬레이션)

  • OpenGL ES(OpenGL for Embedded System) 2.0 is one of the most widely used 3D graphics API(application progrma interface) standard for smart phones and tablet PCs at this time. During programming with this API, they prefer desktop environment rather than the target mobile environment, which has relatively low computing power. Thus, we need to emulate the OpenGL ES 2.0 API on the desktop PCs, where only OpenGL API libraries are available. In this paper, we present technical difficulties and their solutions to emulate OpenGL ES 2.0 on desktop PCs. Our final implementation of OpenGL ES 2.0 emulation library works on desktop PCs and passed over more than 96% of the official CTS(conformance test suites) to prove the correctness of our implementation. Additionally, for the commercially available benchmark programs, our implementation shows equivalent execution speeds to the previous commercial OpenGL ES 2.0 implementations.

  • In the focusing on the important of wireless internet, mobile terminal device plays a central role in tracking and coordinating terms in mobile business processing. Especially, mobile device has been considered as a key technology for embedded software and ubiquitous era. Because existing web environments is moving to wireless internet, the new concepts for wireless internet computing environments has gained increasing interest. Mobile agents provide a new abstraction for deploying over the existing infrastructures. Mobile application systems require the flexibility, adaptability, extensibility, and autonomous. New software developments methodology is required to meet the requirements. In this paper, we present an agent architectures model that allows compassable components with pluggable and independable. Our approach involves wrapping components inside a servlet. We have used the model and components to develop the PDA mobile agent.

  • Healthcare services can be provided through a number of independent service platforms for measurement of vital signs, diagnosis and prevention of diseases, and Information and communication technology(ICT) such as internet and mobile are converged to provide health information to users at anytime and anywhere, and it is in the center of the IoT(Internet of things). Accordingly, in this paper, we designed IoT based urination management system and evaluate the performance. A low - power Zigbee network was constructed for the configuration of the urination management system. The implemented capacitive diaper sensor was operable for the duration of 2,000 hours. We also built a database server using Raspberry Pi, a tiny embedded device, and stored the collected data to verify the data through an Android-based mobile application. The proposed urination management system can be utilized not only for the older patients, but also for the infants.

  • In this paper, automatic recognition of an accident and whether service delivery and risk driving through the giving of the driver to correct driving habits before and after the accident to reproduce highly scalable video Smart Mobile Blackbox DVR (SMBD, Smart Mobile Blackbox DVR) Computer of the model was designed. SMBD on embedded systems equipped with wireless capabilities to sleep in the car accident point and the image information by wireless communications, by notification in the control center, 24-hour emergency rescue service and traffic information can be provided. The vehicle ECU (Electronic Control Unit) of the vehicle information and sensor data in conjunction with wireless eCall (Emergency Call) services can be realized.

  • 플래시 메모리는 비 휘발성, 경량화, 견고성, 빠른 속도 등의 장점을 가지고 있어 임베디드 시스템이나 모바일 기기를 위한 저장 장치로 각광 받고 있다. 그러나 데이터를 업데이트할 때 덮어쓰지 못하고, 지우고 다시 써야 하는 물리적 특성이나, 이 때 생기는 오버헤드, 데이터를 쓰는 횟수의 제한 같은 기술적 문제점이 있기 때문에 저장 장치로 대체되기 위해서는 파일 시스템과 플래시 메모리 사이에 FTL 을 두어 이를 해결해 주어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 데이터를 업데이트할 때 성능 향상을 위해 새로운 가비지 콜렉션 기법을 제안하고, 그 성능을 분석하였다. 플래시 메모리에 수행되는 요청이 존재하지 않을 때 thread 형태로 가비지 콜렉션을 수행하여 시스템의 유휴 시간을 활용하며 이 때 정리할 블록을 효과적으로 선정하여 메모리로의 요청이 없을 때는 최대한 많은 가용 블록을 획득하고 메모리의 요청이 빈번할 때에는 최대한 빨리 가용 블록을 획득할 수 있도록 하는 알고리즘을 제안하고 이를 구현하였다. 이를 사용하는 경우 필요할 때만 가비지 콜렉션을 수행하는 것보다 최대 25% 쓰기 시간을 줄일 수 있음을 확인하고, 시스템의 상황에 따라 블록을 선정하는 알고리즘을 유동적으로 변화시킴으로써 가비지 콜렉션의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • IPv6 is the internet protocol for next generation which can solve the problem of IPv4 protocol. Mobile IPv6 efficiently provides the mobility for mobile devices holding the properties of IPv6. iSCSI(Internet Small Computer System Interface) is a block-oriented storage access protocol that enables a user to recognize a remote storage as their own local block device through general TCP/IP networks. Since iSCSI uses a standard Ethernet switch and router for this kind of access, it can not only be applized to Ethernet technologies, but can also be used to create a storage networking system without any distance restrictions that can equally be applied to a wireless network environment. Accordingly, this paper presents an alternative approach to overcome the limited storage space of mobile devices based on the IPv6 iSCSI initiator driver which was originally designed for wired networks. Also, this paper describes about the implementation and performance analysis of mobile education service system using virtual storage devices in IPv6 wireless networks.

  • 최근 몇 년 동안 컴퓨터 업계에서는 신뢰 컴퓨팅, 특히 TCG가 내놓은 새로운 표준에대한 필요성과 기능, 그리고 새로운 가능성이 큰 이슈가 되어 왔다. TCG는 세계 IT 업계의 핵심 기업들이 중심이 되어 설립된 비영리 업계 단체로서 PC를 필두로 컴퓨팅 환경의 보안성 향상을 목표로 하고 있고, 이에 따른 여러 제품들이 출시되고 있다. TCG관련 제품 중 특히 TPM을 탑재한 PC 및 handheld PC가 국내 시장에서도 보급되고있고, 전세계적으로는 연간 5천만 대 이상이 TPM을 채용하고 있다. 이제 신뢰 컴퓨팅을 적용할 다음 목표는 임베디드 시스템 분야가 될 것으로 전망된다. 본 고에서는 신뢰컴퓨팅의 개념을 설명하고 TCG의 최근 동향과 애플리케이션을 살펴본다. 그리고, TCG에 속한 다양한 워킹 그룹들 중 특히 모바일 폰 워킹 그룹(MPWG)에 대하여 고찰한 후 결론을 맺는다.

  • Most industrial robot have not load control box because of robot's weight and volume. A robot is connected to its control box by cables. and then there are a lot of problem for transfer, management and operation of robot. Now a day, A lot of control module are made small size by development of electronics part technology and control technology and they are developing as embedded and loading system. For that, control module and its servo system for a mobile robot is developed. they are small size in comparison with conventional products.
