The Korean mobile telecom market has undergone a sea change since Apple created a new mobile ecosystem with Appstore and iPhone. Many non-telecom operators have been trying hard to come up with new business strategies to gain a competitive edge. The shifting competition landscape requires a new communications policy that can further stimulate the evolving market. This is why countries around the world are upgrading their communications policies: to renew the market foundation and better respond to the ever-changing industry environment. Using the ANP(Analytic Network Process) model, this study identifies policy variables and performs quantitative analysis on their priorities. The analysis results will help prioritize policy variables under the limited amount of resources, and serve as useful guidelines for making mobile ecosystem policies.

Recently mobile service industry has grown very rapidly. In this paper, I investigated the changes in mobile service industry as well as new direction of human life in future global society. Under these changing market conditions, competition has been also changed into global and ecological competition. But compared to the platform initiatives and ecological strategies of global companies, Korean companies' vision of building ecosystems is still unclear. New directions of mobile service industry are smart phone oriented open market, UCC, QPS and cloud computing. As such, I investigate the structure of mobile service ecosystem in order to gain strategic implications and insights in this paper.

The purpose of this study is to present the factors that affect business model and product innovation on the enterprise performance of the mobile ecosystem, and to confirm the results of whether they have an effect. To this end, through prior research, business model factors and product innovation factors were defined in the mobile ecosystem that was the mother of the 4th industry, and a hypothesis that each factor will affect corporate performance was established. Through the exploratory surveys and interviews, the value proposition of the business model proved to have a positive (+) effect on the financial and non-disaster performance of the company, and the innovation was proved to have a positive (+) effect on the non-financial performance of the company. It was analyzed that the price competitiveness of product innovation had a positive (+) effect on the financial factors of a company, and the initial market entry had a positive (+) effect on the non-financial factors. With this study, we propose the criteria for reviewing the performance of companies that are rapidly competing in the 4th industrial revolution in terms of business model and product innovation.

The Bio-Inspired System focuses on the creation of an effective system model for massive network applications and is being widely developed. However, the system has a problem-difficulty implementing three features in the system, which includes scalability, adaptability and survivability. To solve this problem, we designed an Ecogent as a multiple intelligence agent, and a Bio-platform to address the three features of scalability, adaptability and survivability. The Bio-Inspired System Platform consists of an ERS (Ecogent Runtime Services) Platform and a Bio-Platform. The ERS platform serves the basic functions of mobile agents, such as Registration, Life Cycle, Migration, Communication, Location and Fault Tolerance. The Bio-Platform includes the functions of Evolution Control and Stigmergy Control to address evolution and adaptation.

스마트폰의 급증 현상은 모바일 생태계의 패러다임을 변화시켰으며 다양한 SW 컨텐츠의 양산과 더불어 그 활용 영역의 확대를 가져왔다. 이에 따라 필연적으로 모바일 악성코드도 증가되고 있으며 개인정보 또는 회사 기밀정보의 무단 유출이라는 사회적 이슈도 대두되게 되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 모바일 어플리케이션에 대한 검증이 필요하고, 검증하는 방법에는 크게 정적분석 방법과 동적분석 방법이 있으며 분석 방법에 대한 자세한 내용은 선배 전문가들의 앞선 연구 사례와 논문에 몇 차례 소개된 바 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 정적분석 및 동적분석 방법을 응용하여 (주)안랩에서 실제로 운용 중인 모바일 어플리케이션의 분석 및 검증 솔루션(AMSD) 구현사례를 소개하고자 한다. 여기에는 기 알려진 정적분석 방법과 동적분석 방법에 대한 간략한 서술이 포함되어 있으며 시스템 아키텍처 정보와 실제 오픈 마켓을 대상으로 운용하면서 얻어진 앱 분석 사례 및 개선 방향도 담고 있다. 이를 통해 모바일 오픈 마켓 운영 시의 안전성과 신뢰성 확보 및 건전한 모바일 생태계 유지를 도모하는 데 조금이나마 도움이 되었으면 하는 바램이다.

모바일 컴퓨팅이 보편화 되고 기술이 발전 할수록, 모바일 환경에 가지고 있는 제약사항은 해결 해야 할 과제로 남아있다. 모바일 디바이스의 제약된 자원, 불안정한 네트워크, 서비스 접근성 등은 모바일 환경을 안정적으로 운영되기 힘든 요인이다. 이는 사용중인 어플리케이션의 서비스가 정지되거나 네트워크 전송의 실패 등의 문제가 빈번히 발생하는 원인이 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제 해결하기 위한 방법으로 정보를 효과적으로 수집하고 데이터를 분석하는 차세대 모바일 환경인 동적 모바일 생태계를 위한 모니터 시스템을 제시한다.

최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 대형 데이터 센터를 건립하면서 관련 투자가 확대되고 있고 이러한 추세는 최근 스마트폰 확산과 모바일 네트워크의 고도화로 인해 모바일 클라우드 시장이 급속히 성장하는 등 Big Data 대응 수단으로 더욱 더 주목받는 분야 중의 하나이다. 이에 정부는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 분야에 대한 종합적인 정책을 추진하기 위해서 각 기관 또는 부처 합동으로 정책 방향을 마련하고 있는 상황이다. 본고에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 구성하는 생태계를 관련 기술과 연계하여 분석해 봄으로써 각 생태계 구성요소별 경쟁력 및 시사점을 먼저 도출한다. 이를 통해 국내 클라우드 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 기술개발(R&D), 인력양성, 기반구축 및 제도개선 측면에서 정책 방향을 제시함으로써 향후 클라우드 컴퓨팅 경쟁력 강화를 통한 산업 활성화를 위해서 정부 및 관련 연구기관이 추진해야 할 아젠다를 수립하는 데 있어 그 방향을 제시한다.

최근 스마트폰 확산과 함께 모바일 시장이 개방적인 PC진영으로 편입되면서 ICT 산업구조가 복잡한 개방적 생태계로 재편성되고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 가치 네트워크(Value Network) 관점에서 타 산업 사업자간 상생적 협력관계 구축을 통한 수익배분 모델 등 주요 글로벌 ICT 리더들의 사업전략을 분석하고, 단말 및 서비스 플랫폼을 중심으로 하는 새로운 ICT 생태계의 진화방향을 전망하고자 한다. 특히 앱스 토어를 기반으로 하여 단말 플랫폼을 확장하는 애플의 전략 과 웹을 기반으로 하는 서비스 플랫폼을 통해 이용자의 접점을 확장하는 구글의 사업전략을 비교 분석하여 향후 글로벌 ICT 산업의 전망과 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
