Mobile environment is relatively free from time and space constraints, and has unique characteristics such as not applying physical and social vulnerability because of it's non-face-to-face channel. Since such spatial and temporal speciality is likely to appear in a different form from psychological action and action in a general face-to-face environment, it is necessary to conduct an empirical study based on the results of the existing research that has been studied as major psychological variables of action in mobile environment. However, advance research have not been conducted in earnest on the vulnerability and anxiety of the consumers in a new environment called mobile finance. so this study intends to establish the basis through empirical research. As a result, women among traditional vulnerable groups perceived themselves to be vulnerable in mobile financial environments than men and felt fear of crime strongly. In addition, the vulnerability of mobile financial crime did not have a significant direct effect on mobile financial use, but it was confirmed that mobile crime fear was mediated completely and had an indirect effect on mobile financial use.

모바일 인스턴트 메신저에 적용된 암호기술은 사용자들의 개인정보를 보호하는 역할을 한다. 메신저에 저장된 사용자의 개인정보는 일반적으로 사용자의 패스워드, 사용자 정보 및 기기 정보 기반으로 생성된 암호화 키를 통해 암호화되므로 높은 안전성을 갖는다. 이러한 암호기술의 특성 때문에 국가 법집행기관은 범죄단서 확보 및 사실 증명을 위한 증거 분석과정에 어려움을 겪는다. 그러나, 최근 모바일 인스턴트 메신저를 통해 발생하고 있는 일련의 범죄 사건들을 볼 때 정당한 접근 하에 범죄단서 확보를 위한 암호분석 기술은 활발히 연구될 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 10종의 모바일 인스턴트 메신저에 대한 TMTO 및 GAN 모델을 활용한 안전성 분석을 제시한다.

최근 택배산업의 급격한 성장과 모바일 웹앱 환경의 급격한 발달 및 택배물량이 증가하면서 택배 피해 사례도 증가하고 있다. 현재 택배서비스 이용시 피해 발생시 책임소재 입증불가 및 책임회피의 문제점이 대두되었고, 택배기사를 사칭한 각종 여성 범죄 사고가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서의 택배정보 및 위치정보를 확인할 수 있도록 음성을 저장 및 인식할 수 있는 안심택배 관리 시스템을 연구하고 설계하였다.

최근 범죄 예방에 대한 관심도가 높아져 가고 있고, 이러한 요구사항을 수용한 다양한 모바일 앱이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문은 택시 범죄를 예방하고 승객의 안전 관리를 위한 모바일 앱의 설계를 제안한다. 제안하는 모바일 앱은 비전기반 증강현실을 이용하여 택시 번호판 조회 기능을 제공하고 GPS 위치 정보를 활용하여 길 안내 및 예상 경로 안내 서비스를 제공한다. 이를 통해 승객의 안정성과 편의성을 증대하도록 한다.

Using the mobile device, such as Smartphones tablet PC, online banking and e-commerce, as well as process and to their work. While going to high availability and convenience of mobile devices castle, SNS, letters, using an email Smishing financial fraud and leakage of personal information such as crime has occurred many. Smishing smartphone accidents increased sharply from 2013, MERS infection cases, landmine provocative events, such as the delivery of Thanksgiving has occurred cleverly using social engineering techniques. In this paper, i analyze the trends in Smishing hacking attacks on mobile devices since 2014. With regard to social issues, it analyzes the process of hacking attacks Smishing leading to financial fraud to mobile users. And, in this paper, i propose a secure way and measures of financial damage for mobile Smishing hacking.

스마트폰은 앱을 통하여 사람들에게 다양하고 유용한 기능을 제공하며, 새로운 앱들이 계속해서 개발되어 출시되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 긍정적인 측면에서 불구하고, 사람들의 편리한 사용에 대한 욕구를 이용하여, 신종 앱 사기와 같은 범죄가 발생하고 있으며, 이를 악용하여 금전적으로 피해를 주거나 개인정보를 탈취하는 범죄로가 증가되는 추세이다. 이와 같은 앱으로 인한 범죄를 대응하기 위하여, 신종 앱 사기 범죄를 분석하고 해결하는 방안이 요구되는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 신종 앱 사기 범죄에 악용되는 가짜 앱을 탐지하고, 공식 기관에서 제공하는 정보를 기반으로 가짜 앱과 공식 앱에 대한 대량의 정보를 공유하는 프레임워크를 개발한다. 개발한 프레임워크를 통하여, 정보를 공유한 사람들에게 가짜 앱에 대한 정보를 알려주고, 공식 기관의 앱을 확인하는 안전한 모바일 환경을 제공할 것으로 사료된다.

As the use of smartphones become more common, the communication via instant messenger becomes natural. However, it is important to secure the relevant information promptly since the chat room between participants can be used as a space for a criminal conspiracy, and crime-related contents can be stored and deleted easily on smartphones. Therefore, this study aims to identify the available data and to use it as proof by comparing and analyzing the instant messengers with high usage rate.

사회적으로 문제가 되고 있는 밤 길 치안 문제를 해결하기 위해 안드로이드 기반의 모바일 밤길 지킴이 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 먼저 위험 상황에 있는 사용자가 간편한 조작으로 현재의 위험을 자신이 설정해 놓은 지인에게 알릴 수 있게 한다. 위험 메시지를 받은 보호자는 현재 위험에 처해 있는 사용자의 위치를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있고 사용자에게 전화를 걸거나, 주위 사람들에게 신속하게 위험을 전파하여 효과적인 대처가 가능하고, 관공서에 현재 사용자의 위치 정보, 사진 및 음성과 함께 위험을 알릴 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 어플리케이션 사용자들이 위험 신호를 감지하였던 위치 정보를 저장하여 다른 사용자들이 이 장소에 접근하면 경고 알림을 제공하여 범죄 가능성에 대해 인지하도록 주지시킨다. 정확한 위험 감지와 빠른 피드백 서비스를 통해 사용자가 믿고 쓸 수 있는 범죄 예방 서비스를 제공한다.

최근 모바일 환경의 기술 발전과 더불어 그 활용분야는 더욱 확대되고 있다. 하지만 그에 따른 역기능에 대한 문제는 나날이 심각해지고 있으며, 뚜렷한 대책 마련이 미비한 실정이다. 대표적 모바일 기기인 휴대폰도 각종 범죄의 도구로 사용되고 있으며, 그에 따라 범죄수사 과정에서 법적 증거자료 획득을 위한 중요도가 높아지고 있다. 하지만 휴대폰으로부터 획득한 증거자료의 신뢰성이 결여된다면, 법적인 증거능력의 상실로 큰 혼란을 유발시키게 된다. 본 논문에서는 법적인 증거능력을 상실시킬 수 있는 휴대폰 내부 메시지에 대한 위 변조 가능성에 대해 실험적으로 증명하고, 그 위험성을 고찰하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 또한 이를 보완하기 위해서 해쉬함수를 휴대폰 내부 시스템에 적용하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.
