A Study on the Development of AR Content for Promoting Memory Learning -Nursing Education Learning Content (암기학습 증진을 위한 증강현실 콘텐츠 개발 연구 - 간호 술기 학습 콘텐츠 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the existing augmented reality (AR) contents in education and to develop digital AR contents to promote the learning outcomes in nursing skills education. AR contents has been widely used in education such as children's books, coloring, or exhibition experiences, but rarely developed in nursing education. We wanted to develop AR contents on nursing skills which required memorization of complex contents. In order to improve nursing students' memorization skills, we developed AR techniques holding and executing cameras along with game elements of time and points. In order to give the effect of placing objects in front of the user's eyes, an augmented reality camera was applied, and a total of 40 levels were created to produce the sequence of nursing techniques. This study showed that learning contents in the medical field requiring expertise could be implemented as AR contents. The content developed in this study will be used as a learning aid for nursing students.

  • Demand for "pet plants" and "planteriers" is increasing due to the increase in COVID-19 and fine dust. In this paper, Smart pots for planterior should be small in size while providing the functions for cultivation without any problems. They should provide a user interface for long-range control for user's convenience. We implemented smart pots by incorporating IoT into pots. In response to the growing number of iPhone users, we developed an iOS app for user interface and UX/UI design. By communicating with the smartphone app and a home pot server over the Internet, users can check and control the state of the pot anytime, anywhere. The server and the pot module were separated to reduce the size of the pot itself. By locating a water bottle at the bottom of the pot, we expect that it is suitable for a "planterier" because it adopts a circulating structure in which drainage flows down to the water bottle as it is.

  • In this paper, in order to compose the visual perception cognitive function training content that can be linked with the IPUZZLE image block, an interactive content device that utilizes photos and videos of smartphones. Four areas of visual memory, visual continuity, spatial relationship, and visual discrimination were derived and the content operation, application method, and scenario were written. It was intended to continuously give and induce children's desire to participate in training by designing the content image and developing the existing learning terrain visual and perceptual cognitive function training materials in the form of mobile mini-games. Experiential activities were conducted for general children and their guardians using the developed contents, and the results were found to be significant in terms of concentration, effect, and effect compared to basic puzzle toys. It is expected that this thesis will be a meaningful data for the study of cognitive function improvement activities based on digital toys and contents.

The Effect of Self-Construal Type, Mobile Product Recommendation System Type and Fashion Product Type on Purchase Intention in Moblie Shopping Environment (자기해석유형과 모바일 상품추천유형, 패션제품유형이 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • As the online shopping market grows, channels in the mobile shopping environment have become increasingly diverse as a wide variety of products are introduced every day. This study investigated the effects of the self-construal type, mobile product recommendation system type, and fashion product type on purchase intention. The experimental design of this study was a 2 (self-construal type: independent vs. interdependent) × 2 (product recommendation system: bestseller vs. content-based) × 2 (fashion product type: utilitarian vs. hedonic) 3-way mixed ANOVA. Women (n = 387) in their 20 to 30s residing in Seoul and the Gyeonggi area participated in the study. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 24 program and 3-way ANOVA and simple main effects analyses were conducted. The results were as follows. First, self-construal, product recommendation, and fashion product types had a statistically significant impact on purchase intention. Second, fashion product and consumers' self-construal types had significant interaction effects on purchase intention. Finally, product recommendation and fashion product and self-construal types showed significant 3-way interaction effects on purchase intention. The study confirmed an interaction between the self-construal, type of product recommendation system, and the type of fashion product used in influencing purchase intention.

  • The objective of this study is to pay attention to the personal media environment that is in the center of rapid changes in the media industry, to especially explore the activity area of one-person or minority media creators who lead the mobile media environment that could be connected, watched, and produced anywhere, and to closely examine the mutual ecosystem between creators and viewers. Especially, paying attention to the recommendation service YouTube provides, for example, based on the big data algorithm related to users' habitual use, when users' data used are provided more, the users face the advanced service, this study aimed to examine the effects of recommendation service on the formation of trust between user and producer, user flow, and subscription intention, and also to demonstrate the process of forming this mutual relation through concrete data. In the conclusion, implications that can be inferred based on the research results and suggestions for further research in the future were presented.

  • This study was conducted as part of a phased study aimed at closely examining the mutual ecosystem between creators and viewers through paying attention to the personal media environment that is in the center of rapid changes in the media industry and particularly exploring the areas of activity of the single-person or minority media creators who lead the mobile media environment that could be accessed, viewed and produced anywhere. In particular, this study aimed to not only pay attention to the situation in which the potential to expand professional YouTuber areas encounters the changing desire and demand of content service users who continue to become more evolved as time passes, but also examine the influence of the reputation of professional YouTubers on users' loyalty and subscription intention, examine the moderating effect of sincerity on the relationship between YouTubers and users, and demonstrate such relationship formation process based on concrete data. In the conclusion section, implications that can be drawn from the study results and suggestions for further studies in the future were proposed.

User Interface Design for One-Handed Web Searching on Large Screen Smart Phone (대화면 스마트폰에서의 한 손 조작 웹 검색을 위한 인터페이스 디자인)

  • As smart phones have been increasingly used to access information with bigger screens and higher resolution, smart phones have rapidly grown larger. Even Apple which had stuck to the 4-inch smart phone screen size, released 5.5-inch iPhone 6 plus. In this trend of smart phone enlargement, manufacturers have mostly incorporated one-handed modes to 5-inch or larger phones to keep the convenience of one-handed operation. But most of them provide just smaller screens and are rather complicated to set up after several menus to touch. In this study, this research examined one-handed functions of each smart phone manufacturer to understand problems in the one-handed smart-phone manipulation of web-browsing which is one of the frequent smart phone services. And by investigating smart phone users, this research found out requirements for one-handed web search operation. Based on this examination, the author of this research designed an efficient one-handed interface for mobile web-search without reducing the screen size. Then, to assess the possible usability improvement, the prototype was applied to a large 5.5-inch-screen smart phone to evaluate its performance through observation and surveys and find out manipulation satisfaction and further improvements.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the need for smart home service based on the lifestyle of a rapidly growing single household. When we compare the need and the arbitrary service according to the pattern of the lifestyle of the consumer, we try to analyze whether there is an effect on the future use. In the questionnaire survey of 1 person, 8 questions were selected such as food, state, line, leisure, communication, consumption, mobile life, Single household characterization question should be added so that concrete measures can be presented to future services. Competitive smart home services will be presented by examining the lifestyle of the 20th and 30th generation of single households, It is intended to be used as basic data on the direction of development of smart home service of the rapidly increasing single person households, and it is aimed to be a direction of improvement and development direction of the existing plan.

  • The purpose of this research is possible to reduce cost of management and maintenance to realization of smartphone and using data server network technology instead of GPS. Former wireless bus information system was focused on supply side management structure and national spread thus it needs to establish GPS terminal, Windows CE, Window XP embedded and LCD panels which provide only one way communication of information of public traffic information. Therefore, former system management and maintenance cost are very expansive. This research is not use GPS terminal and other hardware equipment but design and realization using smartphone and data network server. This system also provides low cost of management and maintenance. It is not only service downtown area but also out of town and small and medium-sized cities. This system functionally gets a satisfying result user convenience and satisfaction using function of set-up route map, real-time display, and running statically analysis.

  • This research focus on the value of smart phones for university students in Korea, considering on the correlations between the main causes influencing intrinsic value(price attributes, function attributes), network value(learning effects attributes, externalities attributes) user satisfaction, and intentions of repurchase of the smart phones market in Korea. Through the statistical analyses on the 8 hypotheses from a research model, we found that intrinsic value and network value gave an attentive influence on user satisfaction and repurchase intention. Call charge and Liquid crystal display and Design of smart phone have an influenced user satisfaction and repurchase intention.
