UX Design of Mobile Banking Usage Improvement for Seniors (시니어들을 위한 모바일 뱅킹 이용률 개선을 위한 UX 디자인)

  • Currently, the world's population has already entered a super-aging era, and the rate is expected to increase rapidly to about 40% by 2050. However, the rapid development of automation technology and the online service sector, the main technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, are still further isolating them in a world where many inconveniences and development technologies are applied. As such, alienation in daily life is widely expanded in various fields, but the financial service sector is one of the must-use areas regardless of age because of its strong nature in the public service sector, and is a very important factor in the period when branches are rapidly decreasing. However, the current utilization rate of mobile banking services is not around 5%, so users over 60 are rarely able to use them. The UX design of the most frequently used remittance service screen in mobile banking services was proposed, and the difficulty of trying to find the preferred bank among 56 or more banks was solved by analyzing the usage rate of each bank and dividing it into three stages by age group from 50 or older. In addition, it was designed to strengthen customized services by showing their recently used banks as the top priority. The design proposed in this study obtained an average of 4.8 points or more out of 5 points as a result of usability satisfaction through interviews with less than 50 senior groups. This study is believed to help each bank upgrade its different mobile banking designs in a unified manner.

  • 휴대전화의 모바일 뱅킹 기능과 모바일 증권 트레이딩 기능은 이제 낯선 개념이 아니다. 그 기능들을한 번도 사용해보지않은사람일지라도‘ 휴대전화로은행업무를볼수있다는거알아? 주식거래도하고?’라고말을 건네면‘ 당연히되는거아냐?’라고반문해온다. TV 모바일뱅킹CF에익숙해진탓일까? 아니면, 모바일만능시대이다보니모든게휴대전화에서일어나는게당연하게여겨지기때문일까? 이번호에서는‘ 당연한’개념인 모바일 금융을 다뤄 보고자 한다. 아직 모바일 금융의 대중화를 위해서는 넘어서야 할 몇몇 사항이 남아있긴 하지만, 이제‘ 당연한’서비스가 되기 위해 진일보하고 있는 모바일 금융을 남들보다 일찍 접하고 이를 통해재테크를할수있는기회를가졌으면한다.

  • Securing user authentication and transaction continuation is very critical in mobile banking. Malicious software, which is installed in user's smart phone, can either steal user's password or induce user to confirm manipulated transaction by handling transaction resource. In this paper, we propose schemes, that are aimed to secure user's password or to secure transaction confirmation, based on the security and usability analysis of existing schemes.

  • It is Study Service Model for Case Study of Internet Bank. With most major full service banks having launched transactional Internet banking, attention is shifting to the realities of managing the Internet channel as a profitable component of an overall delivery strategy. In addition to examining Case Study and Internet Bank Model. Services of Internet Banking available through the Internet are as follows. 1. credit card loans, personal loans. 2. high-yield financial products. 3. insurance products. 4. securities products. 5. Case study of Foreign Internet Banking(ING, BNP, HSNC, City Bank). The study reviewed fields, including financial services, customer service, Website formation and design, convenience of use and system safety, Internet Banking Model, and many related areas. Internet Banking earned high marks in most fields. This Study review focuses on the following: Understanding and meeting consumer expectations for us ability, site performance and functionality. Integrating the Internet channel into overall marketing, product delivery and customer service strategies.   • Today the paradigm of the financial services industry is shifting to mobile banking, and each financial company provides a variety of mobile banking services. Because of the innovation of mobile banking service, the Internet Only Bank has been launched recently. However, the actual number of users is far less than the number of subscribers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the intention to use of Internet only banking service by applying Task-Technology Fit (TTF) theory. In order to carry out this research, we conducted a survey on the user of the Internet only banking services, tested the measurement validity/reliability analysis and derived structural equation model. The results indicate that there are significant correlations between technology characteristics and task-technology fit and between task-technology fit and continuance intention. The results of this study are expected to provide implications for securing and maintaining the users of Internet banking providers.

  • 오늘날 사람들은 장소와 시간의 제약 없이 인터넷에 접속하여 정보검색, 인터넷뱅킹, 온라인쇼핑 등의 다양한 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다. 특히 모바일 기기를 활용한 서비스가 증가하면서 모바일 기기를 통한 다양한 인증기술이 선보이고 있는 실정이다. 최근에는 전자거래의 보안위협에 대응하기 위해 고위험 거래에서는 하나 이상의 인증요소를 결합한 다중요소 인증기술을 권고하기도 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 최근 ITU-T SG17에서 진행 중인 모바일 기기를 활용한 다중요소 인증기술 관련 국제 표준화 동향을 살펴본다.

  • In mobile Internet banking service through wireless local area network, security is a most important factor to consider. We describe the development of mobile banking service using Personal Digatal Assistant (PDA). In order to increase the strength of encryption, we adopted hybrid approach where both of the public key algorithm and the secret key algorithm are used during the transaction among PDA, banking server and authentication server.

  • With the increase in the use of mobile banking service, mobile banking has become an attractive target to attackers. Even though many security measures are applied to the current mobile banking service, some threats such as physical theft or penetration to a mobile device from remote side are still remained as unsolved. With aiming to fill this void, we propose a novel approach to prevent e-financial incidents by analyzing mobile device user's input patterns. This approach helps us to distinguish between original user's usage and attacker's usage through analyzing personal input patterns such as input time-interval, finger pressure level on the touch screen. Our proposed method shows high accuracy, and is effective to prevent the e-finance incidents proactively.

  • The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of trust on user acceptance of mobile banking and to identify if causalities among these factors are different between Internet and mobile banking. To test this model, this research applies the technology acceptance model(TAM) that incorporates trust. Additionally, this research use structural equation modeling to test the model and examine cross-group differences using a multi-group comparison method. The empirical results indicate that all path is significant expect the path from trust to intention to use. The results of a multi-group comparison test indicated that the path from trust to attitude, from trust to intention to use, from perceived usefulness to attitude and from perceived to intention to use are different between Internet and mobile banking.
