정보통신기술의 발달로 인하여 최근 가업의 제품수명주기는 점점 짧아지고, 성장산업과 사양산업의 전환도 급격해졌다. 급변하는 정쟁 환경 속에서 기업의 가치사슬을 전략적으로 통 합하고, 핵심역량을 극대화하기 위해서 c- Commerce, RTE, 협업 등의 가상기업 관련 개념이 부상하고 있다. Ubiquitous 환경에서 기업 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 목표로서 협업 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 가상기업으로의 전환이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 기존에 논의되었던 가상기업의 정의 및 개념에 대해 문헌연구 및 사례조사를 통해 가상기업의 확장된 범주를 알아보고, 가상기업 연구에 대한 포괄적인 틀을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 가상조직, 협업 네트워크 등의 가상기업 관련 문헌연구를 통해 u- Business 환경의 가상기업 연구의 참조모델을 제시하고, 연구방법론을 적용하여 분석, 연구하여 가상기업의 연구를 이해하고 흐름을 분류하고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 Ubiquitous 환경에 민첩하게 대응하고자 하는 기업들에게 환경 변화에 따른 전략 및 비즈니스 모델의 수정에도 의미를 제공하고자 한다.

유비쿼터스도시(u-City) 에서 제공할 서비스 즉, u-City서비스를 실제로 구현하기 위해서 사용되는 기술을 u-City 기술이라고 할 수 있다 본 논문에서는 u-City서비스, u-City 기반시설 그리고 u-City 기술들 간의 관계를 명확히 설명하기 위한 도구로서 u-City 기술 참조모델을 정의하였다. 이러한 참조모델을 사용함으로써 u-City 구축자, 서비스 제공자, 운영자, 이용자 등 여러 u-City 참여자들이 공감할 수 있는 서비스-기술 연계 모델을 제시하였으며 향후 u-IT 세부 기술이 발전하고 새로운 u-City 서비스가 추가되어도 이를 원활히 수용할 수 있도록 하였다.

Sequence-to-sequence models and similar pointer networks suffer from performance degradation when an input is composed of multiple sentences or when the length of the input sentence is long. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a hierarchical pointer network model that uses both the word level and sentence level information to encode input sequences composed of several sentences at the word level and sentence level. We propose a hierarchical pointer network based coreference resolution that performs a coreference resolution for all mentions. The experimental results show that the proposed model has a precision of 87.07%, recall of 65.39% and CoNLL F1 74.61%, which is an improvement of 21.83% compared to an existing rule-based model.

The domain model pattern which belongs to enterprise architecture patterns has reusability, scalability and maintainability. To use the domain model pattern, mapping with persistency layer, transaction management and various services are needed. This paper proposes that relationship management service to solve a consistency error which arises in case of removing domain objects. The proposed relationship management service monitors methods of domain objects and intercepts the flow of control to solve the reference errors. This service is implemented by using AOP(Aspect-Oriented Programming), so it can provide the service without modifications of domain objects and other services.

현재 인터넷전화 서비스는 SIP, H.323, MEGACO/H.248 등 다양한 신호 프로토콜이 존재하고, 인터넷 프로토콜도 IPv4와 IPv6가 혼재함에 따라 인터넷전화 구축에 따른 기술적 복잡성이 지속적으로 증대하고 있다. 이러한 기술적 복잡성으로 인해 인터넷전화 서비스의 상호운용성 및 안정성이 취약하고, 관리의 복잡성과 구축${\cdot}$관리비용도 증가하고 있다. 특히, 전자정부통신망 등의 공공분야에 VoIP 도입이 본격화됨에 따라 공공분야에서의 인터넷전화 상호운용성 및 안정성 확보는 매우 시급한 사안으로 대두되고 있다. 본 원고에서는 All-IP기반 네트워크의 핵심기술인 차세대인터넷(IPv6) 환경에서 공공분야의 인터넷전화 상호운용성 및 안정성을 확보하기 위한 VoIPv6 참조모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이 참조모델은 IPv6와 VoIP 분야 전문가 30 여명의 자문 및 문헌 검토를 통해 수립되었으며, 주요내용은 신호 프로토콜, 음성패킷전송기술, VoIP 음성코텍기술, VoIP 정보보호기술 및 서비스기술 등의 구성요소, 연계기술 및 서비스 품질 확보방안 등이다. 본 원고에서 제안하는 VoIPv6 참조모델은 정부${\cdot}$공공기관의 인터넷전화구축 지침 및 가이드라인으로 활용되어 이후 공공분야의 인터넷전화 구축 프로세스를 효율화하고, 나아가 공공분야의 인터넷전화 서비스 상호운용성 확보 및 서비스 품질 제고에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, we investigate and analyze the application of VV&A on the development of war-game models which were developed in Korea. Then we propose VV&A framework which comprises VV&A basic model, VV&A reference model and a supporting tool. The VV&A basic model consists of VV&A process, products and methodologies. The VV&A reference model includes VV&A check lists for each VV&A activities, an assessment model of VV&A execution level and VV&A process maturity model. The VV&A supporting tool is to document and manage VV&A products. The proposed VV&A framework can be used as the foundation of VV&A plan on its execution.

더욱 사람같은 대화 모델을 실현하기 위해, 페르소나 메모리를 활용하여 응답을 생성하는 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 다수의 기존 연구들에서는 메모리로부터 관련된 페르소나를 찾기 위해 별도의 검색 모델을 이용한다. 그러나 이는 전체 시스템에 속도 저하를 일으키고 시스템을 무겁게 만드는 문제가 있다. 또한, 기존 연구들은 페르소나를 잘 반영해 응답하는 능력에만 초점을 두는데, 그 전에 페르소나 참조의 필요성 여부를 판별하는 능력이 선행되어야 한다. 따라서, 우리의 제안 모델은 검색 모델을 활용하지 않고 생성 모델의 내부적인 연산을 통해 페르소나 메모리의 참조가 필요한지를 판별한다. 참조가 필요하다고 판단한 경우에는 관련된 페르소나를 반영하여 응답하며, 그렇지 않은 경우에는 대화 컨텍스트에 집중하여 응답을 생성한다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안 모델이 장기적인 대화에서 효과적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.

Most of the way shape estimation method using reference sources assume that the reference sources are in the farfield. That is, the reference sources are assumed to be far from the array. However, in applications of the array with reference sources, the reference sources are not far from the way, so that in practical ocean environments, the conventional method using farfield source model fail to estimate the positions of the hydrophones. In this paper, based on the nearfield source model, a subspace-based array shape estimation method was proposed. In the proposed method, nearfield reference source is modeled using the differential time delay at each hydrophone, and nearfield parameters are derived. Using these parameters, a subspace-based array shape estimation method that generalizes the existing farfield subspace fitting method which can work regardless of the range of the source is proposed. The Cramer-Rao lower bound for the proposed method is investigated. The results of the numerical experiments indicate that the proposed method performs well in estimating the shape of a perturbed way regardless of the ranges of the reference sources.

Much research has been recently accomplished for standardization in cloud computing. However, little research on standardization of data sharing and exchanging has been studied. Most of all, the corresponding standardization organization suggests no specific standardization items and reference model. This paper defines the current standardization problems and proposes a set of specific standardization items and a reference model for supporting the semantic interoperability. To achieve the goal of this paper, the overall standardization trend in cloud computing is first analyzed. Especially, this paper describes the status of standard development for addressing the semantic interoperability of data. This paper also defines the potential standardization items based on the concepts of standards in the data exchanging and management field, which are used for developing standards in various fields. Finally, the reference model is describe to show the relationships between items and overall semantic interoperability process. This paper can be used as a guideline for development of standards and also can facilitate standardization of cloud computing.

The purpose of this research is to investigate a way to increase interoperability between information systems. We proposed a technical reference model (TRM) and a standard profile (SP) that are components of ITA as tools to secure information system interoperability. First, we composed TRM by choosing technology field that need standardization for information system interoperability. And, we choose standards to apply in each technology field of TRM as a interoperability common SP.
