게임 인공지능에서 경로 찾기는 매우 중요한 분야이다. 캐릭터나 NPC(Non Player Charater)가 목적지까지의 경로를 탐색하기 위해서는 복잡하게 구성된 게임 맵에서 오브젝트나 벽 등의 장애물을 회피하면서 가능한 최단 경로를 찾아야 한다. 기존의 일반적인 경로 찾기 알고리즘은 캐릭터의 움직임이 자유로운 간단한 게임 맵에서는 전역 최소해 탐색이 가능하다. 그러나 다양한 오브젝트 등이 배치된 큰 규모의 게임 맵에서는 캐릭터가 목적지까지의 경로를 탐색하는 과정에서 지역 최소해(Local Minima)로의 수렴이 발생함으로써 이를 탈피하는 것이 어렵고, 결국에는 목적지까지 도달하지 못하는 상황이 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존 경로 찾기 알고리즘의 단점을 해결하기 위해 시뮬레이티드 어닐링 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

게임이나 네비게이션 시스템, 관광경로 설계에 있어서 경로찾기는 매우 중요한 부분 중의 하나이다. 일반적으로 TSP(Traveling Salesman Problem), RPP(Rural Postman Problem), CPP(Chinese Postman Problem)와 같은 경로찾기 문제들은 일반적인 알고리즘으로 최적해를 구할 수 없다. 문제크기가 커질수록 해집합이 폭발적으로 커짐으로써 전체 해집합을 탐색하는데 많은 비용이 든다. 따라서, 이러한 문제들은 유전알고리즘이나 Simulated Annealing과 같은 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 이용하여 근사최적 경로를 찾는다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 경로찾기 문제의 근사 최적해를 구하기 위한 시뮬레이션 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 구현한 시뮬레이션 시스템에는 유전알고리즘 엔진(GA 엔진)과 사용자 인터페이스를 제공한다. 사용자 인터페이스는 유전알고리즘에 사용될 파라미터를 설정하는 부분이며, GA 엔진은 유전알고리즘의 연산자들을 제공하는 부분이다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시뮬레이션 시스템은 게임과 같은 경로찾기 등에 활용될 수 있다.

최근 들어 행정기관의 정보 기술 분야에 막대한 예산이 투입되면서 공공부문의 정보화가 빠른 속도로 전개되고 있다. 이러한 공공부문의 정보화를 위한 노력들이 과연 어떤 효과를 가져오고 있는지에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제기된다. 본 연구에서는 성과측정을 위한 척도로서 행정기관 IT생산성 지수를 산출하기 위한 지표를 선정하고 그에 따라 지수를 산정하여 이를 연도별로 비교해 보고자 한다. 행정의 업무효율성이라는 측면에서 IT생산성은 3년 동안 꾸준히 증가추세를 보인 반면, 대민서비스를 통한 고객만족도를 생산성개념에 추가시켰을 때는 2001년의 생산성지수가 전년도에 비해 약간 저하되었으며, 2002년에는 증가추세를 나타내고 있다.

공공부문에서 정보기술을 도입 활용함으로써 기관의 내부업무를 보다 효율화시키고 이를 기반으로 대민서비스를 제고시키는 효과를 가져오고 있다. 하지만 공공부문에서 이러한 효과를 보다 가시적으로 측정해서 분석했던 사례는 공공부문이라는 성격과 측정 자체의 어려움 등으로 인해서 극히 드물었다. 본 논문에서는 특허청의 특허행정정보화사업을 통해 특허청과 이를 이용하는 외부 이용자의 입장에서 나타난 효과를 화폐가치로 측정한 결과와 더불어 여기에서 적용되었던 주요 절차와 방법을 소개하였다.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the in vivo effect of Lentinus edodes on the harmful enzymes of mouse intestinal bacteria. When mouse intestinal microflora were cultured in the anaerobic media containing Lentinus edodes water extract or trehalose (LD) isolated From its extract, final pH of the cultured media was significantly decreased and the activities of harmful enzymes, particulary ${\beta}-glucuronidase$ and tryptophanase, were significantly inhibited. By orally administering Lentinus edodes water extract or LD, mouse fecal ${\beta}-glucuronidase$ and tryptophanase were also signifcantly inhibited.

Approximately 1% of intestinal bacteria of human and rats was alkalotolerant. Among these bacteria of human, bacteria producing $\beta$-glucosidase, $\beta$-glucuronidase and sulfotransferase were 40%, 4% and 0%, respectively. Among alkalotolerant intestinal bacteria of rats, bacteria producing, these enzymes were 70%, 8% and 0%, respectively. $\beta$-Glucosidase and $\beta$-glucuronidase of alkalotolerant intestinal bacteria of human and rat were induced by the medium of high pH: these enzymes activities were increased by elevating pH of the medium, but the growths were not changed. The enzyme activities at the medium of pH 7 were about ten-fold higher than those at the medium of pH 6.

Association rule mining searches for interesting relationships among Items in a given database. Association rules are frequently used by retail stores to assist in marketing, advertising, floor placement, and inventory control. There are three primary quality measures for association rule support and confidence and lift. If there is many item in the association rule, much time is required. Xiong(2004) studies new method which is to compute the support of upper. They used support of upper to the $\theta$. But $\theta$ is subjective. In this paper, we present statistical objective criterion for efficiently identifying correlated pairs.

We propose a specific ubiquitous sensor network (USN) architecture as a promising candidate of the future telemedicine model which offers the patient's mobility and more cost-efficient medical care system. This new USN architecture is a kind of cell-based secure sensor network supporting encrypted multi-casting communications and it has a hybrid routing protocol by adapting flat routing to hierarchical routing. For the patient's privacy and the protection of patient's vital information from eavesdropping, we adopt a lightweight PKI-based secure communication protocol with some formal presentation on its core procedure.

The information and communications service is recently being broadened, having much faster transmitting speed and multimedia performance. In addition, its introduction to general residential sites and construction of network facilities are being activated. Therefore new setup paradigm is being established other than the environment of plain old telephone service and data communication. In the present paper, the status of international and domestic standardization are reviewed and the operational environment of customer premise telecommunication facilities are investigated and analyzed. In order to enhance customer cabling facilities in Korea. The problems with the operational environment are analyzed, and how to improve customer cabling telecommunication facilities is suggested based on the above.
